The movie looks a little weak overall, but I would go see it purely for the turtles (mainly because they seem like they are on LSD or something... o_O). The banner serves its purpose. I like the banner, actually. I'll be interested to see how Pixar manage something with fins as opposed to legs. It makes a nice montage at any rate and the ultramarine is pretty - well done!
