Ralph
hey all you zelda fans out there. I have Zelda: Oracle of Seasons for GBA and I haven't played it in ages. I picked it up the other day but i didn't know where to go next in the game! :bawl: I have just got ricky the kangaroo and i believe i have to go to spool swamp or sunken city or something- but i don't know where it is or how to get there or what to do there. Can anyone help me and tell me where i have to go? thanks :)
Deedlit
Sunken City lies to the west, and Spool Swamp lies to the east. If you just got Ricky, then you should go to the Swamp. ;)
Desbreko
You've got it backwards; Sunken City is in the northeast and Spool Swamp is in the southwest. ^_^ But yeah, if you just got Ricky, you'll want to head west to Spool Swamp. Until you get the Power of Summer, you can only reach the Swamp by using Ricky to jump up to the top of a ledge which otherwise blocks the path. (Until you get the Power of Summer, that is, and can make vines grow up the ledge). After you get into Spool Swamp, you'll need to drain it at a house in the northeast corner of the swamp. Then you'll need to go to the southwest corner, where you'll find a warp to Subrosia. From there you'll be able to gain access to the Temple of Seasons and get the Power of Summer for the Rod of Seasons, which you'll use to gain entrance to Level 3: Poison Moth's Lair. (You have to make vines grow up a ledge that leads to the entrance). If you need more specific help, just ask and I can help with whatever you're having trouble with. :)

I don't understand what you're trying to say. Are you asking which seasons you have to have gained control of before you can get the Power of Summer? You should take more time to type your posts, to make them more coherent. (The use of grammar really helps a lot, and also one of the rules on OB is to have readable posts). Otherwise, people won't be able to understand you, like now. Sorry. :cross:

Desbreko
Which level? Level 3: Poison Moth's Lair? Yeah, you need the Power of Summer to get into Level 3. The Power of Summer is the second season you gain control of, if that's what you're asking; you get the Power of Winter before getting the Power of Summer.

Desbreko
*blinks* . . . Then why are you posting in a help thread? I already posted what he needs to do to get to Level 3, if you were answering his question. It sounded like you were asking a question of your own, though.
Lady Asphyxia
I shall now proceed to translate, because both of you seem mixed up. Yuka posted in the thread to help, saying that you need the Power of Summer before you can get to the next lair [which is what the original question related to] but it sounded like a question. I'm either helping, or being a pest. Heh.

Ah, okay, I see now. She was asking Ralph how many seasons he has control of, and then telling him that he needs the Power of Summer to get to Level 3. I'm sorry, yuka-kitsune, but you really need to improve your post quality. At least to the point where people can easily understand what you're saying. Sheikahmon
My kid brother is having some issues with the same game, and ever since I let him save his quest over my file, he's been having trouble with things I don't remember from when I was playing. He's near the location of the fourth dungeon, and he needs the aid of Moosh (I think), but he can't find the bananas that Moosh wants before helping him. Can somebody tell me (so I can tell him) what he needs to do? Also, something I posted in another Oracle of Seasons thread: Do Subrosians have hair? I don't need to know, but it would explain Rosa's hair bow.
Desbreko
Lol...do Subrosians have hair? To tell the truth, I have no idea; it never shows one without its hood up. So they could, and we just don't know it. As for where to get the bananas, you get them from a banana tree a few ledges higher up from where you find Moosh. You need the Power of Spring to be able to cut through the stone flowers on the screen where you find Moosh, and from there you can get to a Blue Cucco. Pick up the Blue Cucco with the Power Bracelet and tap the A button repeatedly in order to have it fly you up to the nearby ledge. Then just go through a couple caves until you reach the ledge with the banana tree on it, cut some bananas down with your sword, and voila, you've got access to Moosh.
Sheikahmon
Now my brother wants to know how to get to the 4th dungeon keyhole on Oracle of Seasons, and both my brother and I need to figure out how to get to the 4th Dungeon in Oracle of Ages (If there's another thread for Oracle of Ages help, LET ME FREAKING KNOW because I haven't yet found it.). We're both in Symmetry City.
Desbreko
No problem; I can just change the title to cover OOS and OOA help. Easier that way, instead of having two threads. :) Anyway, to get to the keyhole in OOS, go west from where you first find Moosh until you get to a Blast Bloom. (The flowers that, in Spring, shoot you up cliffs). Use it to reach the ledge above, and then walk back to the east until you come to a tree stump in front of a waterfall. Change the season to Winter, and walk back to the west again. The snow drift will let you get up into the high cave in the cliffside, which will take you to the top of that mountain peak. There you'll find another Blue Cucco, which will take you across the gap to the east to another peak. You'll find the keyhole in a rock on that peak. As for getting to the fourth dungeon in OOA, it's actually right in Symmetry Village. Once you restore the Tuni Nut and place it back on the alter in the central building of the city, the lava coming out of the valcano, north of the building, will stop flowing and a cave will be revealed. Inside is Level 4. If you need help on getting the Tuni Nut restored, I can help with that too.
Sheikahmon
Yes, we would like help with getting the Tuni Nut fixed, please. And I would like my little bro to stop hovering over my shoulder.:flaming: And thank you for your help with Oracle of Seasons, Desbreko (I hope I spelled it right). Lady Asphyxia
Just as a side note, there are quite a few walkthroughs on the internet. The best one I've found so far belongs to Shdwrlm3 and AstroBlue. That can be found here. [Sorry, Des, if that's against the rules.] That was, instead of having to post every time you need help, you can just check up there. Of course, you can always come to us. We're more than happy to help. ^.^ To fix the Tuni Nut, you first have to get to [and up] restoration wall. You may have seen it on your way to Symmetry City. It was the big green vine. Actually, you may not have seen it, you may have just seen the path. Ahh...I can't find my Zelda game at the moment, so I'll leave it to my brother to help you. [Sorry. I always feel really stupid using the walkthrough to help other people. I go through and do it to make sure I'm correct normally.] Honestly, this is so frustrating. I can remember in my mind the path, but not specifics. But be warned -- you have to do that same route again if you want to get the Noble Sword -- game and all! Desbreko
You know, I could've sworn I had already changed the title to also cover Ages... *changes it* Okay, to repair the cracked Tuni Nut, you'll need to take it to Patch at the top of Restoration Wall, like Lady Asphy said. Before you can get to the wall, however, you'll need the Tune of Currents. So, go down the western stairs from Symmetry Village in the past, and walk one screen to the west. You'll see another set of stairs leading back up. Go up them and keep heading north up another set of stairs until you come to some water. Up in the northeast corner of the screen, you'll see one square of deep water. Dive into it to get to Tokkey's house. (Not to be confused with the creatures on Crescent Island, which are called Tokays). Talk to him and then play the Harp of Ages for him, and he'll teach you the Tune of Currents. This song allows you to warp from past to present no matter where you are. Still in the past, walk back down the two sets of stairs you just went up, and then continue heading west at the bottom of the second set of stairs. Cross a small stream at the base of a waterfall, and you'll see an owl statue and a place to open a time portal. Ignore the time portal spot and play the Tune of Currents while standing in the southwest corner of the screen to warp to the present time. As you can see, there are some stones that would've blocked your path if you had used the time portal. With the Tune of Current, however, you were able to bypass them easily. From here, head south as far as you can until you can go south no farther. Instead, head one screen to the east, and you'll see some vines growing up a wall, with another spot where vines can grow though there are none. Ignore the vines for now and just head north up the stairs in between the vine spots. Lift up the rock with the Power Bracelet to reveal a time portal spot, use it to warp back to the past via the Tune of Echoes, and then walk back down the stairs. As you can see, in the past the vines haven't had time to grow. There is, however, a large bulb at the base of the left vine spot. Push it over so that it's under the right vine spot before walking back up the stairs. Now, don't bother warping back to the present and climbing the vines. If you do, you'll find your path is blocked by boulders and gaping pits in the ground, and you'll have no choice but to return to the past. Instead, go into the cave above where the time portal was in the present. you'll emerge on a hill above the cave entrance. (I think there are two exits from the cave, but I'm not sure. If there are, you'll want to take the exit on the right). Outside once again, you'll see on odd looking stone to your left. Push it farther to the left into the water, and then go back through the cave the way you came. Back down by the vines, play the Tune of Currents to warp to the present. Now when you climb the vines on the right, you'll find the boulders and pits have been filled with water from the stream you diverted in the past. (If you leave the bulb on the left side and climb the vines after you've diverted the stream, you can get an upgraded Bomb Bag that can hold 30 Bombs). Swim across the pool and climb the stairs to the north. Head north again, then east, and then south down another set of stairs. Here you'll find a time portal, with which you can use to return to the past. Do so, and retrace your steps back down to the pool of water. Finally, nothing lies between you and Restoration Wall. Simply head down the set of stairs from the pool of water and walk to the east, then north to find the wall. Climbing the wall itself is no easy task itself, however, as boulders constantly rain down from above. If you can make it to the top, though, you'll find a large cave entrance. Inside you'll meet Patch, who'll repair the cracked Tuni Nut... If you can complete his "Restoration Ceremony," that is.
