The Worst you've ever been zoned out

Whats the worst you guys have ever been completely zoned? It's has to be today for me, because I've almost been hit by cars twice today. I didn't get to sleep till 2 o'clock this morning, and 3:30 if you figure I was listening to my '14 Shades of Grey' CD through my headphones. So, I've gotten very little, if any sleep today, and I'm completely gone. I'm surprised I can type even...although it would be a godsend to fall asleep on the keyboard and end up with something like 'you're rihgjhgskjagsdfyugsadt' on someones post....it'd be funny too!

*cackles* I don't zone out much. Even if i do have only about 2 hours sleep, i just swallow coffee..or random stuff to keep me hyper O_o

However i do have an *really* bad habbit of letting my mind wander in algebra *twitches* so i guess ya can call that zoning out. My teacher would call on me to answer a problem and i'd be thinking about an RP-post or an e-mail or anime..or something.

I think he spent that entire class-course thinking i was an idiot..i suprised him when i passed my exam though *cackles*

Hmm, well yesterday I was pretty zoned out. I got to school and I took my math final then my band final. I went to an anime convention with a friend and I didn't have much to eat/drink. I even played in a DDR tournament and that just made things worse. As the day went on I just got really tired and uncomfortable. Someone would ask me something and it would take me a while to reply. Eventually I got something to eat but then I was zoned out pretty badly again later that day/earlier this morning (whatever you want to call 12/1am). So over all being zoned out = not very fun.

The only time I ever zone out is when I am sitting on the computer working on some aspect of a site I am doing. I just get lost in what I'm typing or drawing, along with getting lost in the music I'm playing... So I'm totally oblivious to anything else going on.

I'm zoned out whenever I don't get at least 5 hours of sleep. I wake up zoned out every day anyway, so it doesn't help much. seriously, I've done stuff like thrown knives in the garbage after buttering toast, put peanut butter in the fridge and put the milk jugs in the cabinet. then I realize after ten seconds ".....something isn't right...". by that time I've usually got my head on straight and put everything back where it's supposed to go. it kinda weirds me out sometimes. 0.o'

I usually zone out when listening to my music. I'll have the headphones on and turn the volume up really loudly and just lie in bed daydreaming to it. And I can be there for ages- sometimes I've had the music on, let my thoughts wander for what I think is about a second, and then realise I'm three tracks later ^_^;

Whenever someone knocks on the door I leap six feet out of bed, though. It always gives me a fright. It's almost like falling asleep.

Heh I zone out just about every day, but I did it alot during Algebra and Georgia History, and especially in the car. One time we were going somewhere and one of Ste's friends asked me something....I didn't even know it until she poked me. heh

I zone out on a daily basis. But only when I'm drawing or listening to someone who's been going on and on about something nonstop. I'll just tune everything out and think about random things. I freaked my mom out one time doing that. But I've found it helps out a lot at times, lol.

I don't zone out much but I have in Civics/Careers class. We have (actually I should say had^^) a teacher that really likes to talk...and he usually get off topic but its not like the topic is exciting. I usually never know what he said at the end of the class. I'm usually thinking of something else when he's talking or watching the clock go backwards O.o

I zone out a lot when I'm reading a poem, story, or book that's too boring for me. But that mainly happens when I'm reading it for school. I zoned out a lot during my Spanish class. Whenever the teacher said my name and asked me a question in Spanish while I zoned out, I come back to reality and manage to get lucky and reply with a correct answer. And I also remember zoning out during Theology class. Man was that class boring. And it's very easy for me to zone out during a ride in a car or if someone I find boring talks to me. Hopefully I won't zone out when I start driving soon.

The worst I've ever been zoned out was in middle school, grade seven. I got zero sleep that night because I had a high fever. It broke at about four in the morning an slowly began coming down, By the time I got to school (big test. I would have went if I still had the fever) I felt a millon percent better but completely drained. After I finished my test I just sat there and stared out the window.

I though only one class period went by. Three had.

I've been zoned all day. I had another boring family reunion today, where everybody sat around talking about people I didn't know.

My aunt jokingly said, "Deborah, you're going to get quizzed on this later."

I replied very loudly, "I'm not even paying attention anymore." I can be such an ***.

I dont zone out from bordem or anything... I dont zone out almost ever... the one time I zoned out the worst was because, I was so depressed and so confused that I just completely lost myself. I sat in the same postion for an hour supposedly, I dont remember anything. I'm almost never depressed though, I'm happy more then half the time, Just was going through a hard week. But yeah I dont zone out, if I do its just really weird.

Now is bad... But the worst has to be after a week long cadet camp, hard work all day and not going to sleep until 11:30 at night and then getting up at 6:00, that?s just a killer. It's that thing above Zoned out? lol. Though now is bad too I've just gotten back from a weekend ex with cadets and I'm smashed goodly! ...And James is trying to have a debate with me, I'm trying to get a straight answer out of my isp about something and I have an english assignment due tomorrow... *Falls over*

Anyway. I think I might try and get everything done and fall asleep! I hope this post made sense? :p

Well, I have ADD so I zone out a lot. The only situation I can actually remember was my parents and I were talking to some counseler about ADD. She asked me a question about it, but I was staring at my shoelace. Everyone started laughing and they explained it to me later.

i zone out alot, especially when i am writing a story and i have my headphones on. i can go on for hours at a time, and i come out of my room to get a snak and everyone is already sleeping. i wonder to myself why they go to bed so early and then i realize that it is 3a.m. my aunt however has the worst zone out record. she has like, 7 kids and the middle chile walked up to her and asked her if he could go around the block with his friend. his mom told him to ask his grandma (who lives next door). Grandma came over and asked my aunt why she had asked him to ask her(the grandma who has no control over what the kids do while the mom is home) and my aunt replied "ask you what?" she was soooo zoned out, but when you have 7kids (two of which are babies) you are allowed to zone out once in a while.

For me, either reading or listening to music. Or in algebra...>_< one time i had my hand up for five minutes without realizing it and my teacher had called on me. The whole class just sat and stared at me. I probably wouldn't have zoned back in if my friend sitting next to me hadn't poked me in the side.(a very sensetive spot for me because my kidneys are weird)

I zone out all the time! I don't remember the worst situation I was in for zoning out. One time though, I was walking down the hallway at school and was completely zoned out. I had no clue where I was walking or who I was looking at. I kept walking looking at one person and realized, "Hey he looks familiar..." I nearly walked right into him. --'

I actually fell asleep for like, two minutes during computer class early this year. The computer teacher is so boring. He talkes really slow, and you can't really help zoning out.

...
...then...you...go...to...Microsoft... ...word ...open...the...pro..gram...

Luckily, my computer faced the wall across from him, so he throught I was staring at my computer. xx;;

Though, I usually don't fall asleep much in classes. I fall asleep more when my dad's watching his Golf.

Ah! I just remembered! One time in Language Arts my teacher asked me to read a sentence and make the proper corrections. I stared at the book and was half asleep. My teacher asked me if I was going to give my answer several times. I look up and every one started laughing. After that I read the answer and tried to fall asleep. *shrugs* That happens a lot...

Last weekend.

On saturday I worked 5:00PM 'till 12:00AM. From there, I walked up to the movies to meet Daniel and Rachael. We had tickets to th movie marathon so we weren't going to not use them. We seen 8 Mile, Jackass and 2 Fast 2 Furious in a row. We got out at 6:00AM. Once we were out we went to McDonald's for breakfast. At 6:30AM mum picked us up and dropped Rachael home. Then she dropped me and Danial off at work. I had to work at 7:00AM 'till 3:00PM. During that day I ended up breaking my hand. Daniel stayed the whole day at work without any sleep, because he had to work 6:00PM 'till 12:00AM.

Because I was so tired I couldn't sleep the next night. Pretty ****in' wierd. I broke my hand as a result of being so damn tired at work. Anyway. **** happens.
