That's reeeeeally cool, but his face looks a bit kiddy... Other than that, it is really awesome.

Nice picture,
a couple of suggestions:
~ The white that is under his arm, and all around in that area (The eyeholes of the mask, around his hair)- it looks like either you may have not deleted that portion out of your original picture before merging it with another layer, or that is meant to be the light of the building, either way, you should get rid of it. If it's nighttime, the lights can be out in the building and it wouldn't be anything out of the ordinary. As it is right now, that area seems to distract from the rest of the picture. Maybe you can make it all black and shades of gray? ...?Specially the eyeholes of the mask.
~ The dark cloud under the moon; can't tell if that?s an effect, (plastic wrap?) or just blending, again, either way I would take it out, or clean it up a bit.
~ The shading on his face seems a bit odd and as Dark said, also a bit kid-ish, but then again, that may be the age that [i]your[/i] Spiderman is.

I love the reflection of the moon in the building, great job on that.
