Sign Up Return of the Aniar Stones

[Kinetic]

In an ancient era upon the land of Galeia there were 5 stones of great power. The Aniar Stones. Each stone was driven by the magic of the elements, Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, and Lightning. The stones are highly sought after by many whom believe in the legend. Most villagers and peasants think of it as a myth, but those with authority, and adventurers, once were on journies to seek the stones. But 'twas not an easy task, finding the stones. There was an emperor, Malius, who also believed in the legend. All he sought after were the stones and control of Galeia.

In an unlikely turn of events, 8 adventurers banded together to find the stones and delete the sadistic emperor and his army. The adventurers were as follows:

Mara Heartlock: Human, Time Mage and Sorceress, leader of the band.
Tyron: Werewolf and Warrior
Relee Kittana: Human, Sorceress that relies mainly on potions.
Kain Yagyu: Human warrior seeking revenge on Malius by any means necessary.
Ryan Schezar: A black mage who lived as a mercenary.
Elsyan Eglaannun: A High Elf Warrior and vital member of the group.
Miko: A Human that studied as a black mage.
Auron: A human warrior with great power and toughness. Unmatched by many. Somewhat lunatic.

In the journey, the warriors gathered two of the Aniar stones and heard tale that Malius had taken the other three. The band infiltrated his castle and fought many battles with his minions and monsters. Malius was too strong however, even Auron, the strongest warrior could not take him down. The warriors managed to hold him back long enough for Mara to gather the stones. She sacrificed her life using the power of the stones to defeat Malius. In the battle, Tyron, the brave werewolf was also killed.

Now an even greater evil has arisen. In the land of Kinyo, a dark mage has taken control of the elements and created yet another Aniar stone, combining all of the elements of Galeia and fused them with darkness. With this power, he has created an army of undead that have ravaged local villages and caused chaos to come upon the land. It is time once again for the group of warriors to band together and defeat this evil.

Age: 22

Race: Human

Class: Monk

Bio: Ilmiwyrth was born in, and spent most of his time in, a monastery of the Order Of The Long Death, a group of monks that worship the passing of life to unlife in all its forms. Death is not a god to them, merely a force, which they refer as The Silent Lord. Ilmiwyrth's order is only intervening because of the undead involved, which they consider an abomination. As well, Ilmiwyrth seeks certain tools involved in passing the final initiation to the inner circle of the Long Death's order.

Appearance: About six foot tall, and very slender formwise. Hair is a dark, metallic grey, skin a lighter, luminous version of the same hue. Living with death changes one. Ilmiwyrth wears long black pants and a black dobuk style shirt, and soft soled shoes. Noiseless, you know.

Personality: Rather introverted, and completely devoted to death, but he is in no way a raving psycho who kills at any trigger. Rather, Ilmiwyrth is merely accepting of the transience of life. Death is beautiful, if one knows how to appreciate it.

Weapons: Martial arts and a pair of kamas.

Other: Channels an energy known as [I]qi[/I]. Not exactly magical, but it has its uses.[/font][/color]

[Deedlit]

[color=009966]Name: Elsyan Eglaannun

Age: 750

Race: High Elf

Class: Warrior

Bio: Elsyan's father faught in the Two-Year-War and died an honorable death in battle. A few months later, her mother was accused of assassinating a general and was executed even though she was innocent. Elsyan grew up in a small hut on the edge of an Elven village for many years and has decided to seek the Stones of Aniar because she feels it will make her parents' souls happy that she set things right.

A few years later, she joined up with some adventurers to gather the Aniar Stones. They succeeded, but at a high cost. She lost two of her best friends, then the rest of the group parted and went their separate ways. Five years have passed since then, and Elsyan has been training hard not only with her sword, but she has been learning a bit of magic as well, but it's still very weak.

Appearance: Elsyan has long brown hair, green eyes, like all Elves she has long pointy ears, she's about 5'3" tall, slender, now wears a dark-blue tunic with black pants, a green cape, black leather armor and wears a sword at her side with a few pouches around her belt.

Personality: She can be serious in battle, light at heart when she's happy, or sometimes quiet when she's troubled or has alot on her mind (so in other words, it depends on her mood)

Weapons: a sword and a long bow/quiver of arrows

Other: she has a small blue dragon with her that she has had for many years. The dragon's name is Runeth, and it can expand its size to about 15 feet high or shrink to 2 feet high. He helped out alot during the battle against Malius.[/color]

Class: Black Mage

Bio: Raised to become a Mage skilled in the arts of white magic. But his interests overlooked his family's heritage and decided to make a change in becoming a black mage.

Appearance: Wheres white Pants, a dark blue T-Shirt, Black boots, black hair, blue eyes, (eyes change to white when enraged), he wheres a glyph symbol around his neck.

Personality: Loves to flirt with girls but can never get the words out of his mouth, somewhat shy. Loves a good fight and never gives up. Helps others when in need.

He did dirty little jobs, to outright assasinations, to farming services. His Black Mage powers aided him in his work-for-hire jobs. Now he has grown weary of the hatred and pestilance plauging this land. Someone has to find the Aniar Stones. Even if it means going alone.

Bio: Kain is a warrior that once sought revenge upon Malius.Now that Malius is no longer a threat he is a mercenary for hire.His skills from his last journey to destroy Malius make him an excellent warrior.Not many can match his swordsmanship but Auron.

Appearance: Kain has dyed his hair a dirty blonde.He has also his hair spiked.Kain wears a white gi with black underclothing.Kain also wears white gloves with the fingers cut off.He carriers his old faithful katana on his back in a black sheath.Kain Has a scar near his left eye.

Personality: Kain is calm and humble.Although he is calm he is always ready to fight and use his skills as a swordsman.

[Shikaku Kitoku]

Name: Hietzhu Chuang Wi

Age: 63

Race: Half-elf

Class: Warrior

Bio: Hietzhu was raised by the elves. His mother, being an elf, kept him. His father was a great Shaolin monk, and a belovent being. At the age of 37, Hietzhu left to fend for his own. Being already schooled in elf-lore, archery, and some sword training, he headed out of the woods into the desert. He found his fathers late temple, and stayed with them for a decade, learning all he could. Become skilled in Drunken Boxing, and Wing Chun kung fu, he left there also. He now wanders throughout the lands, looking for misdeeds to right.

Appearance: Small, lithe, Chinese looking male. He has his head shaved bald, except for a long ponytail in the back. He has dark brown eyes, stands 5'6" in heaight, and weighs approximetly (sp?) 132 pounds.

Personality: Heitzhu is always quiet. He only talks when needed. Whenever he sees a misdeed he feels he must correct it to help better the world (think of half monk half paladin). He does not like to kill anything, human or animal alike, but will if he has to.

Weapons: Kusari-Gama ( a kama with a weight chain attached), nunchaku, and a butterfly sword.

Other: Hietzhu wears goggle-like attachments over his eyes. It is 2 half ovaled spheres with small slits in them, painted black. It allows him to have better periphreal vision whil still keeping his frontal vision. They are attached to his head with cured and tanned deer hide.

personality: very honor bound, has a very furm set of morals he lives by. belives in chivalry
weapons: two black straight blade swords. short to him but long to a normal person.

However, her family participated in a secret organisation to find the aniar stones, and were later on executed by Malius's men. Relee's parents had died by a nearby village, where an old 'witch' found and raised her. As the years passed, Relee grew up to be a sorceress. There she learned a few healing techniques, and ways to make healing potions and poisons. Her powers rely on her potions, that mainly heal, and heal only. She has visions of the future, and an ability to read minds of the pure-minded. Relee was determined to find the aniar stones once she recieved news on her real parents, and how they had died at the hands of king malius.

Bio: Auron was a child in the town that sent the warriors. His father being one of them. Once they heard about the deaths of the warriors, Auron and his mother were left to fend for themselves. His mother grew sick, and died few weeks later, he then fled into the woods, fending off thievs, and other creatures. While in the forest, he becomes skilled in the art of archery, and crafts a bow, and some arrows, and can hit a 1/2 an inch rope from 50 feet away. He hears of the new crusade, and returns to the town, to join the other warriors.

After the battle with Malius he went back to his home town to be congratulated on his victory but only for a short while. A year later he started a small business selling goods but that didn't take off very well. He closed up shop and became a mercenary, destroying people or even monsters, for the right price that is. He is now 32 and still running strong. He has heard of the recent terror rising across the land and plans to combat the undead. . .after he finishes his recent job that is.
Appearance: Short brown hair, caucasion, wears a red trench coat, with a black tank top underneath (I had a mind block when I made the signup)

Personality: He's not very talkative, unless it's about serious matters. He is not very friendly either, yet...not mean. During the journey for the stones he went mildly insane but is recovering slowly.

Weapons: Long Sword, about 2/3 his size, a hidden katana, and bow/arrows.

E D I T 2: Very sorry about the delay. My computer has a virus, and I had a chance to get on at another computer today. When I find a way to get rid of the virus (I might clear my whole hard drive, but I'll have to burn all of my files first possibly), then I will start this up and apologize to each of you.
