Trance: What now?

Aorashi: Ah! Oh...hi....Dr. Trance....uh...

[i]She folded her arms, eyebrow up....sarcastic comment on the tip of her tongue.[/i]

Trance: Are you done?

Aorashi: Yep. Went smoothly...of course.

Trance: Then I'm sure you didn't get any bright ideas about going off again. Did you?

Aorashi: Of course not.

Trance: Good. Because I'd like a private word with you in my office.

Aorashi: Uh...

Trance: Now.[/COLOR]

Aorashi wheeled himself with the doctor. they past Kazuma and Aerow who waved and walked to there beds.

Aorashi: they must have got my shift, man now i do feel bad. i have to get better fats so i can help.

Trance just keep quiet and walked to her office. they pased the hanger where Aorashi saw his mech just standing there doing less than he was. the two continued on until they reached Trance's office.

Trance: ok, there's something i have to tell you....

[Raiha]

[COLOR=royalblue]Trance: There was permanant damage done to your spine. I've partially corrected it with implants, but your movement will be severely restricted from now on. Piloting a mech just got far more difficult, much less walking. I hae to be the bringer of bad news, but your spinal injuries are slightly beyond my....experience.

Aorashi: So what are you saying?

Trance: I've put several disks into your spine, they need to be updated once a month, not to mention the severed nerve endings. Have you noticed any tingling in your feet?

Aorashi: A little.

Trance: If you don't start walking again, they'll atrophy. Muscle regrowth is very difficult....I hope you have the will to survive.

Aorashi: So will I ever be back to normal?

[i]Trance looked out the window, arms folded.[/i]

"Lets hope so.[/COLOR]

Aorashi: well, i didn't get this far to be stopped by something this small.

Trance: this isn't small, if not treated right you could lose use of your legs.

Aorashi: i don't have to worry. with you as my doctor i won't have a choose in the matter but to treat it. anyways, i don't mind having to learn to walk again. a challenge is a challenge, but until i can fully walk again i'd like you to make a few modifications to my mech.

Trance: like what?

Aorashi: well, since our mech are controled by a standing system were your movements are transfered to the mech. why not give me a setting arrangement instead. this way i can still make my rounds and help the others, and give my legs a rest from getting them to work.

Trance: you know how long that will take?

Aorashi: i have an idea, but i'm not going anywhere. i'll help as much as i can. i'm sure the others will help a bit as well.

Trance: you better hope so.

[Raiha]

[COLOR=royalblue][i]She gave him a gentle smile, one she usually reserved for children, then walked out into the hanger. She eyed his mech and brought out the toolkit. He grinned and she shook her head with helplessness.[/i]

Trance: You're watching. That way...I can make you put it back when you can stand again.

Aorashi: Of course.

Trance: You owe me big.

Aorashi: I think all of us do.

[i]She rolled her eyes and went up. The mech's entire interior needed to be rewired. She moaned inwardly, but started the process of taking it apart again.[/i][/COLOR]

[Boo]

[I]Aerow shook awake. The room was filled with darkness. Then, he recognized Kazume standing next to his bed.[/I]

"So you're awake. I wandered when you would jump up, with sweat on your face. heh."

"Damn..." [I]"Im having the same old dream over and over. Each night i have to withstand the terror. I wish it would stop! Stop with coming up. Why cant i just forget it?... How ask that?! Nobody can forget that day! But... Why my parents?..."[/I]

"Yeah. Nice word to start your day with. 'Damn'. It looked like you were having a nightmare. What was it about?"

"..."

"You could atleast talk you know."

"It was the same old dream as ever... But this time another part was added to it. [I]A creepy dark night. The sun is blocked by the big clouds and the thick smog. the only light being spread was the light of a building standing on fire. Yelling, screaming. And there... There was A boy like 20 meters away from the building, he was running. He was running his whole freeking lungs out, but he wouldnt get any further. He wanted to go to the building, but he couldnt get off his damn place. He could only stand there, just to see his house, including his parents, being burned down. He fell on his knees and 2 tears roled over his cheaks. Then... The boy looked up seeing a gigantic metal leg. And when lookign up, he saw a huge body attached to it with rifles, ready to shoot. They started rattling. But you cant see at what. You can only hear, listen to whats happening. Hearing the last breath of a woman. Then the Mech turns to him, but strangely he doesnt shoot. No, he just looks at him. The boy looks deeper into the Mechs face, now able to see a man sitting in it. The man stood up and opened the hatch. His mouth opened... "This is all your fault! if she ahdnt run after you, i wouldnt have to shoot her!"[/I] This is how normally my dream goes... But now it continued even further... [I]It is at that moment that everything turns black and the only thing in this black world of emptiness is the boy. The boy with two streakes over his cheaks. The boy with the frozen yet torn heart. But the boy stands up and a door apears infront of him. Not knowing where it'll lead him, the boy opens it. He steps into an other world, yet the same. A world where he isnt alone, but even in this world he still has to fight. He tries to step in, but he cant. Then a hand appears through the door and helps him in. The hand is attached to a face who he would recognized even when he would be lying on his death bed... You kazuma... You helped the boy through the door and when he got through, he became taller and stronger. The boy and you were fighting along sides of eachother. Untill... A huge crack opened up the earth and you fell in. The boy grabbed your hand and tried to pull you up. But there was the darkness. The same as the one Kazuma helped him out. He got around the boy, who tried to hold on. But his grip became weaker and you slipped away...[/I]"

"Damn... Quite a dream... That boy... Is that... you?"

"......I think so..."

"Ok. Stand up and get dressed. At this rate there's no such thing as sleeping anyways, so lets take a walk okay?"

[I]Aerow got dressed not even thinking about why he should listen to Kazuma. They walked off, to the elevator leading outside the Base. Here they went towards the only real forest which was left and still had green in it. they began walking through it, without saying a word. After a bit, Kazuma began to talk.[/I]

"the silence. its rare these days...."

"hm.... I...."

"Huh? What? What was that you wanted to say?"

"...nothing."

"Man. What did you want to say?"

"Nothing!"

"Why wont you say it?"

"Just get off of my bag!"

"What have [i]I[/I] done?! Why the hell do you get angry so quick?!"

"What would you be when you saw a woman die right infront of your eyes, because of you?!"

"MAN! Why wont you get it in your freeking mind that it wasnt your damn fault?!"

[i]Suddenly, Kazuma smashes Aerow against his chin, making Aerow out of balance and then making him trip over a strunk.[/I]

"Nothing that happens in this world is someone's fault except the one who did it."

"..."

"Come, let's continue our walk."

[I]Kazuma helped Aerow up and they walked on. They crossed hunderds of trees and still Aerow nor Kazuma said something. Eventually they reached a trench. They sat on it to relax a little. The trench was right next to the biggest and far oldest tree of the forest. It was like four times as big as the other trees. Kazuma walked over it and leaned against it. Aerow still sat on the trench. He wanted to start a conversation, but he didnt know what to talk about. And this silence was quite nice too anyways... Suddenly Kazuma slips and while slipping he takes a part of bark with him. Aerow walks over him. Now [b]he[/b] helps [b]Kazuma[/b] up.[/I]

"Damn. Slippery stuff."

"Hm..... Wait, whats that?"

"Whats what?"

[I]Aerow walked to the spot where Kazuma ripped the bark off. Some words were scribed into the wood. Aerow tried to read them.
'When the time is right.
Light will be freed from its dark crystal.
And will make the darkness fade.
Forever, to never return.'[/I]

"Kazuma. Look at this."

"Eh? Text?"

[I]Kazuma readed it aswell. He frowned a little and Aerow pulled off another piece of bark, showing another piece of text but in an other writing and less old than the other one.
'he got the crystal. We need it back.
Im heading for Glasgow right now...
If i fail, we might never see light again.
I have to be quick... They're gaining on...'[/I]

"I... think they got him..."

"Kazume. get your pocket Computer."

"yeah. Ill type it down to show the others."

[I]Kazume typed it all down in his Pocket computer and they headed back to base. But faster this time. This might be the only chance they have to beat Darkness and they've gotta take it...[/i][/size]

[Shinobi]

[i]Denny sat in his bunk, he was awoke by Kazuma and Aerow about half an hour ago. He heard everything about Aerow's dream. Aerow and Kazuma must be realy close. It doesn't really show though. Denny finally pulled his lazy a*s outta bed and dressed and took a wander about the complex. The place was huge and he had already laped the diametre 3 times. It was starting to get boring until the two returned from their walk.

Kazuma ran in first with his pocket computer raised in the air. He waved it shouting about how him and Aerow had found some stuff that could help them defeat The Darkness. As soon as Denny heard this he was the first to reach the two.[/i]

[Syn]

Kazuma: We've done it! The end to this stupid war!
Aerow: Yeah!
Denny: What? You've....you've what?! how the hell did you manage that ?!
Kazuma: I fell .....
Denny: .... Right
Kazuma: ¬_¬ Shat ap....

Kazuma danced around excitedly then ran off to show everyone at the command centre. He came back bouncing around, he met the two in the mess hall, they were talking about dreams and such. Kazuma popped down 3 glasses and poured some random alcohol into the glasses.

Kazuma: I dont know what the hell this is, I just found it lying around, but hell, if it dont kill yah then who cares, right ?

They all down their drinks and hope for a quick end for this terrible war.

Aorashi and Trance came into the mess hall to see the three celebrating. Aerow saw the two and called them over.

Aorashi: heard about this find of yours. can we really beat the darkness with it?

Aerow: yeah, we found something on a tree from the people who fought the darkness before us.

Trance: thats great, what is it?

Kazuma: its writing that talks about a way to get rid of the darkness for good. something about a crystal.

Aorashi: and do you know where this crystal is?

Aerow: well not quiet, but still its great thing to know.

Aorashi: ok, i'll give ya that, but yntil we find this crystal we should hold off on the celebration. if those mechs attacked right now it would put a big damper on your plans.

Kazuma: ok, ok. so lets find out where this thing is. Trance can you do anything?

Trance: i'm a doctor and i work on the mechs thats it. i'm not some computer hacker. try the guys in the com center, those guys should be able to help.

Aorashi: good thing we got my mech done. now i'll be able to help you guys find this thing. i feel a quest coming on.

Denny: i like the sound of that.

[Raiha]

[COLOR=royalblue]Trance: You are NOT going anywhere without the permission of the Cheif Medical Officer. That would be me.

Aorashi: You can't!

Denny: Oo, wrong turn.

Trance: I can actually. It's one of the technicallities I find the most refreshing.

Aorashi: But I need to help them.

Trance: Yes, when you can walk again. If you're ambushed on this so called quest, you'll be nothing but a danger to yourself and the others.

Aerow: The doctor has a point.

Trance: Furthermore, if this is a long quest, you'll need tune ups on your spinal column every now and then. I have to stay here...

Aorashi: Can't you teach them how to do it?

Trance: I barely understand it myself. What do you think?[/COLOR]

Aorashi: i understand your points but this means more than me being able to walk. i would give up my legs a thousand times if i could get rid of the darkness. this is my fight as much as its everyone elses, and if i can some how make a diffrence in this God for saken place then i'm going to. i trust my skills and my heart enough to know what i can and can't do. you may be a doctor but i still know my body better than you. if i die during this quest ut will be for a good cause, and i promise you this. if i do die i will make the darkness remember me before i do. i'm not going to sit here and watch my friends die anylonger. i'm going to help them, and other than killing me yourself you can't stop me. and yes i know who i'm talking to but it dosen't matter. you may have a temper but you also have a heart.

the other just stood there looking at Aorashi. they were asonished and scared for there friend. no one had ever talked to Trance like that before. they were all to scared of what she would do to them.

[Raiha]

[COLOR=royalblue][i]He watched her eyes. They dialated, then they contracted and he waited for the outburst. It never came. She clenched her teeth, bit her lip, then nodded.[/i]

Trance: Very well then. You have my leave to go.

[i]Her lower lip trembled, and she turned and made a swift exit.

Before anyone could ask why her eyes were particularly bright.[/i][/COLOR]

[Boo]

"Hmmm... I figured the whole second part i think. But it doesnt sound good..."

"What do you mean, Aerow?"

"I mean that the 'he' in the first line is in the way of.... Darkness."

"...Damn. Thats... probably a problem..."

[I]After he said that, Aorashi leaned against the wall and the others just stood there in silence. It was that quiet for a while untill Denny opened his mouth.[/I]

"Just gotta go to Glasgow then huh? Quite a trip so we'll still have our 'adventure'."

[I]Kazuma now stepped forward after Denny's words.[/I]

"Denny's right. If thats the only solution we've got, lets take it. What you Arus, Aorashi, sean, trance?"

"Together no one can beat us. I'm in."

"I'm in aswell."

"Im with Arus and Aorashi."

"I am supposed to stay here, so i cant save your sissy arses, but i can wish you good luck. You'll need it without me repairing your mech after each battle."

[I]They were all pretty exited, Trance in her own way that is. The only one who's missing out of the group is Aerow. He's sitting at the balcony, his head leaning in his hand. He's thinking about something, but about what? No idea. But just then, when he looked up at the sky he smiled... He turned around and walked to the others.[/I]

"Buckle up! before night fall we're heading to Glasgow!"

"Yeeehaaa! You said it Aerow! Lets get back to my hometown and teach that idiot a lesson in pain!"

Aorashi crawled into his mech, but couldn't shake the face Trance had after he spoke. he had never seen her look like that before. maybe he was out of line, all she was doing was watching out for his wellbeing. he checked over his systems and sat in his mech waiting for everyone. he decided that he would apologize to Trance after they got back. he was rather harsh with the heart line, so in all standings he owed her an apologie for that. he watched the others walking to there mechs and going over there systems as well. it would be acouple of minutes before they could take off. the main path had to be checked and cleared to ensure they would atleast get past there own base.

[B]OOC:[/B] Ok Jay. Aerow never is really happy, i noticed that in my sign up post. And There is nothing fishy about the thing wrote down ok? >.> (so please get into your mech and we'll be heading to glasgow...)

[COLOR=royalblue][i]Trance choked down a sob in her thoat, and forced herself to concentrate. Renayoshi sat next to her in the cafeteria, occasionally pouring her another cup of tea when it ran out.[/i]

Rena: Why are you so sad? They're going to banish the darkness.

Trance: I'm not...

Rena: Yes you are.

Trance: I don't want any of my friends to die. Aorashi is more at risk than they think...I don't want him to get hurt again.

Rena: So you do have a heart.

Trance: Sometimes. I am sworn to help those in need. Prevent harm when I can.

Rena: You can't always do that.

[i]She smiled up at the doctor, and received a hug in return.[/i][/COLOR]

[Boo]

"...Weaponry check.... O.K. Armory check.... O.K. full body check... O.K. Checks have been accomplished."

"Done..."

"Yeah! Onslaught is checked too. How about you Aorashi."

"Hm?... oh yeah... Its checked."

"Mine is checked too. Now where is Arus? Oh there he is."

"I double checked his jets with my own eyes. Im set."

"Then I guesse we're free to go huh, Aerow?"

"Yeah, denny. You lead the way ok?"

[I]They started their mechs. Denny left first with Sean on his tail. After them Arus. Aerow and Aorashi still stood on teh ground.[/I]

"Come on Aorashi. Lets go. Trance will be fine and so will the base."

"Hm. I guesse your right."

[I]They lifted up to follow the others. Denny already blasted away when they just got out of the base. They followed him. Next stop: Glasgow.[/I]

[Shinobi]

[i]Denny blasted off leading the way. He swooped in and out of the trees and other obsticals in his way. He lead the group like the main wolf in a pack. It almost looked like a game of follow the leader.

They had been flying for approxamitly an hour. They had gotten this far without any interuptions at all until now...[/i]

Denny: EVERYONE! STOP AND HIDE! STOP AND HIDE!!!

[i]All of the Mechs dropped to the floor and dissapeared. A huge jet black soldier carrier flew over head. They were obviously stocking up to attack another base somewhere! Denny checked for anymore, the coast was clear. The group got up and continued on there journey, but this time with more caution.[/i]

[Raiha]

[COLOR=royalblue][i]Rena looked out the window and yawned. Trance picked her up and carried her to her bedroom, setting her down and tucking her in. She smiled. Little squirt was already asleep. The doctor walked out, quietly closing the door behind her, then padding away.

She ran into her superior officer and exchanged various pleasentries with him before he set up an appointment with her in his office... The usual standart procedure, but something didn't feel right.

She cursed inwardly, but smiled rightly and let him pat her behind. Then she made a swift exit to her office, locked the door behind her, and droped into her chair.[/i][/COLOR]

the group had been traveling for what seemed hours. it wouldn't take much longer to get there now, but of course there was always the chance of getting caught. there was enough of them to tak care of a small force.

Aorashi: this really seems to easy.

Aerow: maybe they never thought anyone would be dumb enough to come this far.

Aorashi: good point.

the group continued on there travels and chated like it was a road trip. about another 30 minutes and they would reach the city.

[Raiha]

[color=royalblue][i]She sat down in his office, hands gripping the chair tightly. Declining the glass of wine. That was the last thing she needed. She sighed and waited for him to start the conversation.[/i]

Boss: So....you've grown fond of him.

Trance: Aorashi is a professional aquaintence of mine.

Boss: Not from what I've seen.

Trance: ....I do not let my personal feelings interfere with my work.

Boss: They can affect your judgement. Your control over your work. Would you like to be replaced?

Trance: No sir.

Boss: Then you know what to do.

Trance: Yes sir. I will do my best.

Boss: That will do. Dismissed.

[i]She stood and left quietly. He waited until the door closed, then opened her file on his computer and added in today's conversation. She was quite smart. Maybe a little too smart. For her own good. It wouldn't do if she was hurt.....or offed.[/i][/color]

Aorashi could see they were getting close. but something wasn't right, there were no guards anywhere. the scaners showed nothing for miles.

Aorashi: i don't like this. its way to easy.

Aerow: i know what you mean, there has to be something wrong.

Denny: maybe there attacking somewhere else and we got lucky.

Sean: or there waiting for us and are gonna jump us with ahundred mechs.

Aorashi: well, lets go with Denny's idea. lets just hope.....wait a minute i got something.

Aerow: what is it?

Aorashi: its moving fast and towards us.

sean: i see it. what in the world kind of mech is that.

then a flash went out and Denny's mech had a cut on its right arm.

Denny: what in the hell!?

then the mech landed and was able to be seen well. it was a black mech very light in build and with two beam sabers in it hands. it had red eyes that almost looked through you.

Aerow: what is that?

Mech: i am one of the guardians to Glasgow. this is where you stop.

Aorashi: well, your fast with a sword but how fast.

Aorashi pulled his two swords and stood infront of the black suit.

Mech: you can't win, i'm second best only to the darkness himself.

the mech blasted forward and both sabers meet with both of Aorashi's. the two pushed on the others sword. this was going to be won in a blink of an eye. Aorashi only hoped he could time it right.

OOC: D_A PMed me with the final stats on the bosses. this is one of them. he gave them to me cause he said he wouldn't be on as much for awhile. he also wants the last post though. i think we can give him that. i'm hopeing to hold out on the first two bosses until D_A can post more to finish the main guy, but will see.

[Raiha]

[COLOR=royalblue][i]She sighed and was about to retire for the night when Rena's mother, Iris, came rushing in, crying and screaming hysterically. She looked up from her papers....[/i]

Trance: What's wrong Iris?

Iris: The children! They're ...they're ....dying....high fever, we can't do anything...

Trance: Calm down Iris. They will be fine. I'm sure I have something for them. Let's go.

[i]She put on her shirt, and followed Iris down the hall at a run. She entered the children's sleeping quarters and found several of them crying and sobbing for their mothers. Doctor Trance leaned over the nearest and felt her forehead with the back of her hand. She frowned and took out the usual antibiotic. She dosed the child, who took her medecine without a whimper, then moved onto the next. Iris followed in her wake with cold cloths and bandaids and gauze.[/i]

Rena: Am I going to die?

Trance: Not if I can help it dear.... now try to sleep.

[i]She tucked the covers in and finished up with the others. Fitfull crying, and sweating profusely..... it broke her heart. Iris and one of the other caretakers leaned over to her.[/i]

Iris: How bad is it?

Trance: I don't know yet if it's a virus or a bacteria. But everyone seems to be unaffected. This could be a child sickness....one I've never seen before.

Iris: What are we going to do?

Trance: I need to rest. You can put the caretakers on shifts. Rotate them and monitor the children's vital signs. If there's any advancement, let me know.[/COLOR]

Aorashi pushed on his blades but could not feel them move an inch. then a beam let out and struck the black mechs arm. this made it lose its grip and Aorashi slashed throw. Aerow stood with rifle in hand smileing. Aorashi turned with a grin as well. the mechs right arm feel to the ground, and the guardian turned in rage.

Aerow: you may be able to best one of us, but together is a diffrent story.

as he said that all the men pulled there sabers and pointed them at then dark mech. the guardian took a step back then smiled.

Mech: then meet my friend!

then laser blast rang out and pelted the heros suits. when the looked they could see another mech standing next to its wounded friend. this one was much wider and bigger. it had weapon panels open all over it, which were smoking.

Mech 2: now, then real fun can begin!

[Boo]

[B]Mech 2:[/B] Stand back deadeye. Repair your arm while i keep these guys up.

[B]Aerow:[/B] [I]At this rate we are coming nowhere. The one called deadeye is quick as hell and that other one seems even more powerfull...[/I] ... Bring it on.

[B]Kazuma:[/B] Deadeye only lost his arm. What will happen to you when we do our best?

[B]Mech 2:[/B] You think you can handle me, Bazooka, on your own?

[B]Denny:[/B] Ehm... Bazooka? What kinda name is that?

[B]Bazooka:[/b] Want me to show why they call me that way?

[B]Denny:[/B] err.... no, rather not.

[B]Aorashi:[/B] Bazooka huh? Just bring it on.

[I]And he had not yet finished his sentence or hell unleashed. It was like Bazooka exploded unleashing hellalot missiles. Some hitted, some missed, but it surely took their attention. Sean straighted up again and began shooting at bazooka, not showing any sign of effect damage though. And again bazooka began shooting but this time with his chain guns. The non-stop rattling, and the bullets hit their targets. The ORGUN soldiers stood back and some were leaning on one knee and others were getting their weapons ready but none expected to stand agaisnt this much power even before Darkness...
Suddenly, Aorashi shot forward to Bazooka, knowing he would stand no chance in his own. But he wasnt alone. Aerow and Kazuma were right behind him. Aorashi cutted at Bazooka, who aimed one of his chain guns at him. Right before he could shoot, Kazuma was right infront of him and hitted the gun with full strenght, making it break and fly away. Bazooka, now currently busy aiming his other chain gun at the two, didnt see Arus spedding at him. Arus aimed and shot at him, not doing great damage, but atleast a little. Now Denny came in with Onslaught. He began shooting everyhting he got at Bazooka, making him almost lose balance. Aerow took this opportunity and slashed right at him. But then, right before he hitted his target, he got bashed by Deadeye who had kinda put his arm back on.[/I]

[B]Aerow:[/B] So you're back for more huh?

[B]Deadeye:[/B] Is that a challenge?

[B]Aerow:[/B] No. Its distraction.

[I]At that moment, Sean came from behind and rammed into Deadeye's back. Deadeye turned around and took a fighting stance. His red eyes glowed up and his blades did aswell.
Aerow and Sean both didnt liked how the situation was looking, but they kept on their places, knowing the danger.
Deadeye shot towards them and his blade clashed into Aerow's. Aerow got a rifle and shot right through him. Deadeye jumped back and leaned on one knee. Again he shot forward but this time at Sean. Sean took a defending stance, but didnt expect Deadeye to jump over him and cut him in the back. Sean fell to the ground and Deadeye turned around to see Aerow spedding at him at raging speed, too late he saw him lifting his blade. Aerow cutted off an arm and a leg of Deadeye and then aimed both rifles at him.[/I]

[B]Aerow:[/B] ...
