RPG Eternal Darkness

[COLOR=royalblue][i]Trance woke to the sound of wailing. She ran, getting dressed at the same time. Renayoshi was dead. Her mother was keening. Shouting over and over, how her child was dead.

They were all dying. She was helpless. There was nothing. It was the virus she couldn't tame. Like the Hauntavirus ...only with children. Helpless children that did not deserve to die. There was no cure, even for the adult version. You get feverish, you cough up blood, then you die in agony. Such was this. Yet Renayoshi's mother held the bloodstained child anyways. Trance sobbed, sinking down to her knees...amid the moaning and suffering. No cure......FAILED.

Failed.

What would Aorashi say?[/i][/COLOR]

Aerow aimed his weapons to finish off deadeye. at that time Bazooka ran to stop him. Aorashi and Kazuma got in his way. Aorashi flipped his mech over the big mech and landed putting his two blades into the things shoulders. Kazuma put his own blade into the mechs gut, and Sean followed up with his to the Bazooka's side. with three mechs and four blades the lug couldn't move very fast. Aerow pulled the trigger and gave deadeye a deadeye. Aerow turned to see his friends pushing against Bazooka. he flew over and meet up with Arus and they too put there blades into Bazooka.

[Boo]

[B]Aerow:[/B] Such a fine warrior, but at the wrong side.

[B]Kazuma:[/B] Too bad. This is your end. Denny, your turn.

[B]Denny:[/B] Righto! Any last words?

[B]Bazooka:[/B] I sure do.

[B]Arus:[/B] Well?

[B]Bazooka:[/B] Boom!

[B]Aorashi:[/B] Dammit! Everyone, get back!

[I]Everyone jumped back, just to see Bazooka using his last strenght to destroy himself with all the ammo left in him. The explosion was so great that all the rocks and tree's and stuff, was blasted away like half a mile further. The ORGUN mechs had trouble holding their place and Sean with his damaged mech was about to get whiped away too if Kazuma and Aerow didnt get him.
The remaining parts of Deadeye were gone, probably already whiped away. And there also was no sign of anything of Bazooka. They were both nowhere to be seen. The road to Glasgow was now totally clear, the only problem was... The Mechs were too damaged to withstand another of those attacks...[/I]

[B]Aerow:[/B] I hate to say this, but... I wished Trance would be here.

OOC: were probally not coming back for awhile. the way D_A told me were about to face the darkness its self. i don't think this RP will be going on for to much longer. the mechs do have com links though, hint..hint.

Aorashi opened his hatch and looked around.

Aorashi: it looks like a astroid hit this place.

Aerow: yeah kinda.

the group continued moving in there beat up mechs. it was clear that the mext thing they ran into would have to go down fast, or they would be fighting without there mechs.

[i]Onslaught flew at a snail pace, he was knocked up bad. Thick black smoke billowed out of the main CPU. He started to slowly but surly he started to sink, then he crashed into the dark dusty ground. The mech was engulfed by a huge cloud of smoke. With all his might, he pulled himself up, the others helped him. He couldn't fly atall, he could only drag his ruined leg and arm behind his battered body.[/i]

[Raiha]

[COLOR=royalblue][i]JHis com link blipped and he touched the pannel Trance had so lovingly transformed. Crackles of static, then he heard Trance's hysterical voice coming through, apparently she was at a source of much chaos. She wasn't the only one hysterical....if the background was any indication. Similar signals were bouncing around on his companion's mechs, apparently it was a recording of some kind.[/i]

Trance: It's me! The children are dying....one by one, it's a virus...I can't stop it! You've got to do something. The disease can't be halted by anything I've got, and I don't have the means to make an antidote! Somebody help us please!

[i]His transmission automatically cut out and he digested the information slowly.[/i][/COLOR]

Aorashi: what in the world?

Aerow: the darkness must be attacking the children some how.

Sean: what a horrible thing to do!

Aorashi: Aerow can we send another transmission?

Aerow: i think so, give it a try.

Aorashi: Trance! if you get this please hang on. were trying to put an end to this but its harder then we thought. i know you can do anything you set your mind to. just please try and hold out alittle bit longer.

Aerow: thats it. the channels dead.

the others continued moving at a faster pass. they had to get rid of this thing soon, or the children would suffer.

[COLOR=royalblue][i]Trance opened her eyes at the transmission, then she walked down to the lower levels...examining the equiptment meant for preservation. Freeze the children cryogenically, then revive them when the darkness was banished. It could halt the disease with it's sheer agonizing cold...but if they never woke from the cold sleep? Last resort. She didn't care.

Dr. Trance Megelani grabbed her things, opened the pods, prepping them at the same time, and raced up the stairs.

She burst into the sickrooms, and instructed every available mother and guardian to take the children down to the lower levels. They complied swiftly, sensing the urgency. Renayoshi went into the first holding cell, and turned in her sleep. Trance sealed the pod and engaged the long night sequence. One by one, the children were frozen in mortal time and thus preserved until the cure was found.

She sighed and turned away. She couldn't bear to look at their closed eyes.[/i][/COLOR]

[size=1][B]OOC:[/B] if ED2 would be playing in the dark ages, would you all be joining? (its with the same characters, or others if you want.) And ehm... Raiha, if you are going to join ED with Trance, could you lift with Sean back to Darkness? ^_~ You will soon see why I ask this all.

[B]Aerow:[/B] We dont have much time so we need to find Darkness emmidiatelly.

[B]Denny:[/B] We cant battle Darkness with Sean this damaged.

[B]Sean:[/b] Ill just get back to the base and you destroy him. Hopefully Trance will come with me...

[B]Arus:[/B] You cant be serious. You wont make it back there!

[B]Sean:[/B] I can try cant i?

[B]Arus:[/b] ...

[B]Sean:[/b] Guys. Give him my part aswell huh?

[B]Kazuma:[/b] O.K. Good trip...

[I]And with that, Sean sped back to the base, as fast as he could. Sometimes flying; sometimes running. But he sure was going fast. One warrior less in the battle agaisnt darkness already. He will probably come back later... if he'll make it...
While Sean was heading towards his HQ, the others had found a stadion who was probably used for soccer first, but it was reconstructed at a lot of parts. Like a big gate with a tunnel attached to it, probably used for the entering and departing of mechs.
They landed on the ground infront of the gate. Searching for a control pannel to open the door, Aorashi his mech's hand, hitted a switched, making the gate open.
Once they stepped in, all the lights went on, just to reveal a big hall with mechs having no head, arms, or other body parts like that. As soon as they got like half the hall, everyone stood still... What happend?[/I]

[B]Arus:[/B] Whats going on here?!

[B]Denny:[/B] Onslaught! Why arent you responding?

[B]Kazuma:[/B] Dammit! They're all down!

[B]Aorashi:[/b] Darkness put this trap up!

[I]At that moment a radio went on, first makign a lot of noice but later, more silend. A voice began to talk. A silend, yet scaring, voice. They all jumped out of their Mechs. The voice... Was it... Darkness?[/I]

[B]Radio Voice:[/B] Well thought Aorashi.

[B]Aorashi:[/B] How do you know my name?!

[B]Radio Voice:[/B] Aorashi my boy. I am Darkness. I know everything.

[B]Aerow:[/B] Darkness...

[B]Denny:[/B] Show your face so I can blast it!

[B]Darkness:[/B] Well, if you really want it.

[B]Arus:[/B] Yeah, watch out, you might scare to death by his ugly head.

[B]Darkness:[/B] Trust me. You really are going to regret saying that.

[I]The smaller gates opened, showing a lot of smoke. From out of the smoke, a human size body came. But it wasnt a human. It was like... A mech yet smaller. The smoke dissapeared, revealing Darkness fully.
It was a black mech suit with a red screen covering his face. He had a red ruby on his fore head and red scar-shaped striped on some spots. As far as they could see he only had a black, also with red, blade on his back and one laser pistol. Everyone took their fighting stance, all with differend thoughts, but all with the same goal.[/I][/size]

[i]Trance opened the shuttle bay doors, to find Sean and a badly damaged Mech tramp in. She leapt down to his level, grabbing her tookit as she went. She landed and ran up to him, running her scanner over his body. He waved her off.[/i]

Sean: Not now! We have to get back.

Trance: You're fine, and your mech repairs.... Oh gods, you really did have fun didnt' you?

Sean: Hurry. Are the children alright?

[i]She set to work before he even started, welding and repairing here and there. She answered with her head down.[/i]

Trance: They're cryogenically frozen.....they'll be fine. If I can find a cure before they're reactivated.

Sean: ....I see. Do you need help?

Trance: Coffee and two iron sheets.[/COLOR]

[Shinobi]

[i]Denny was in his stance, it was like a boxing pose but more of a street brawler look. He gritted his teeth, [b]he[/b] was standing right infront of his eyes. He couldn't bear it. Aorashi pounced forward but was smacked off to the side, slamming against a wall. He did it with ease, this only made the team even more angry. Denny decided to go forawrd. He shuffled forward still in his stance. They started to side step into a circular motion. When Denny are side stepped 360 degrees he slammed into [b]Him[/b] with a huge right hook, but only to riecive a harder, more metalic one. He shook off the pain, spitting out the blood. He lundged into the centre again, this time with a combo. He gave a big right hook, left jab, right jab and then a titanic right uppercut. This actually seemed to fase him! Denny noticed that he was a woosy and wobbly. He took this opertunity to shoulder tackle him to the group, but to no avail. A very sharp steel elbow was driven into his back. He fell to the floor in excrutiating pain. This was the point where Aerow flies in.[/i]

Aerow flew in with a well placed kick to the Drakness's head. the attack sent the evil off balance. the human sized mech rebalanced and came back with his sword drawn. it came down hard but hit something besides flesh. infront was Aorashi holding his sword with all his might.

Aoeashi: glad i never go anywhere without this thing.

Aerow and Arus then tackled the mech sending it into a wall. they stood around the thing watching it get up with anger. then aorashi could fill his back starting to fail him.

Aorashi: not now, i have to keep going. even if it kills me.

[B]OOC:[/b] lets atleast make this a pretty long fight k? So dont go acting like: steal crystal, poke Darkness in his mind and volia. :P

[b]Darkness:[/b] You shouldnt wish for those things you know.

[I]With a hyper speed movement, Darkness sent Aorashi flying into a wall and with the same movement he ended up kicking Arus into the ground from above. He kept standing on him untill Denny came running up to him. He jumped up, on a Mech's arm and then jumped down with humangous speed, to sent Denny into a wall aswell. Aerow and Kazuma, who were both still standing, got their guns out and shot at him, only to see him dodge every single bullet and spedding in their direction. Kazuma was able to roll away but Aerow had no chance, but to try block teh attack... It didnt work. Darkness uppercutted Aerow against his cheak, making him bash against a mech's leg.
Darkness charged at Kazuma next. Kazuma dodged the shoulder bash, but didnt see the punch coming. He fell to the ground and Darkness picked him up.
Aerow looked up, seeing Darkness standing ready to end Kazuma's life right here. But suddenly his attraction was drawn by something else... The crystal!
In the back of Darkness' mech, behind a purple, transparent, diamond kind of, plate; he saw a crystal bound to his back. It was weakly shining, or was that because of the purple infront of it? He didnt know, but right now he had to save Kazuma.[/I]
