The (Sic) Shape Posted July 7, 2003 Share Posted July 7, 2003 Many characters from INFECTION will look like characters from SIGN like BlackRose of INFECTION looks like Mimiru and Kite looks like Subaru. Also, the INFECTION character Orca looks like Bear. Besides that fact that they resemble SIGN characters, they are different in every way (I think). The real SIGN characters appear as ghosts in part 2: MUTATION. Im not gonna say anything else so i dont spoil anything. My main point, the charcters are totally differnt from each other and you should play INFECTION now! Dont wait til you finish SIGN, play it now! In the end you get "Mimiru's Sword" (weapon's actual name) which Blackrose can use. Also in [i]Delta- Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground[/i] you can see four scenes from .Hack//SIGN, two include Mimiru. If you piece it together, you can either make a custom Player Character in The World, or you can select one of several pre-set ones. Mimiru and BlackRose just happen to have the same preset one. I really hate Nuke >_< hes supposed to be somewhat like Crim except hes really freeky looking. He has pink hair! Yeah, Iv noticed that too about BT and Sora. They both have those forelocks and wear something around there head. Do you think that when players log into the world, they take a sort of personality test to see what their players turn out looking like if you don't make a custom player character? I mean, Mimiru and Blackrose are similar.. Both in personality and looks.. And Sora and B.T. look similar and both are sort of devious... Everyone except for A-20 appears at least once in the Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground field at least once in flashbacks, and, as stated earlier, Mimiru gives you her sword in a sidequest. He also heard that, a while back, several versions of The World ago, it used to be surrounded by a lake. [spoiler] About halfway through SIGN (Episode 14) that broken bridge opens up a path and it goes to the upside-down city, where Mimiru, B.T., Bear and Tsukasa find the broken man. The Delta part tells you that it is on the Mac Anu server. The rest are just the three key words you put into the chaos gate. Note: Minor spoilers ahead. (I do not know how to creat the "Censor" tag for spoilers) Spoilers: In .Hack//Liminality there is a hidden option that has 10 secrets about the game listed. One of them states that [i]Delta-Hidden, Forbidden, Holy Ground[/i] was actually built as a sever of its own, but was never put into use. That is why it is so different from the random fields. teptep Posted July 22, 2003 Share Posted July 22, 2003 um hmmms to throw all your theories out the window. in one of the episodes of .hack//sign the princess of the crimson nights gets attacked by a look alike except wearing a pink dress instead of blue and having red hair, she states that alot are copying the princess's style because it has become popular. well she has a violent attitude and cocky, you see that as she asks to be friends and when she is rufused she attacks the real princess. Mimiru dose Makes an apearnce.... in the Same Dungon she met Tsuksa 2years before (i think.) She Talks w/ Kite.. and Gives him a Rare sword (for BlackRose)..Anyway.. something interesting for those who are still playing the first 2 .Hack Games... if you go back to the Church.. where Kite first use the Data Drain... you see Random scenes from .Hack//Sign.....
