To all those who remember WAR I'm starting WAR Legends. I would like all those who participated in the original WAR series to participate in this as well as newcomers. This RPG is based in a Dragon Ball Z environment. I will become taking signups here as well as I will give bios of past WAR characters that will be included in the story. The story will begin in T minus 48 hrs.

Chaou Saiyan level 10 was the highest level reached by the original WAR characters. Most of their power they gained from training in the vertigo chamber which allows one to fit 1,000 years of training into a single day, but also reverses time so that you only age 1 day instead of a thousand years. However most can't last the full 1,000 years. Most can't even last 100.

Now for the humans.

Human levels are superior to Super Saiyan Levels in the sense that once you gain a new level you are automatically at that levels max powerlevel training helps you to push on to the next level. Also once a human reaches the max power of a new level, they can stay like that all the time and power up to the next level after that after some training, because their bodies get used to the energy and 1 Ultra human level is equal to 4 Super Saiyan levels. But it takes far more intense training than a normal Saiyan and training in environments with at least 1,000,000x earth's gravity to even reach the first level.

Characterized by lime green hair in spikes the same length as regular hair sort of resembling a Super Saiyan with a green aura around them.

Characterized by green hair in tall thin spikes. Eyes turn all white.

Characterized by a major height increase as well as hair that grows down to midback. Hair is still a glowing green color. Eyes also glow green.

Characterized by dark colored hair that returns to normal size and that appears to be jet black in the dark but has streaks of cobalt blue in it and shines a cobalt blue in the light. Aura turns a dark bluish color. Hair reverts back to normal color and eyes turn an eery yellow color with black pupils.

Same color hair only hair goes into large fanlike spikes that look like Brolli's hair. Two triangular shapes appear above and below one eye colored a bluish color with a black border. Two large bangs hang down, which are half black and half blue.

Hair turns into long spikes that look like a Super Saiyan level 3 and remains jet black/cobalt blue. One half blue half black bang hangs down.

Hair turns into small dark blue spikes that sort of look like grown up gohans hair. Single bang dissapears.

Hair stands in darkish blue spikes that are a little taller than the last ones. To small bangs hang off of forehead.

Some spikes turn black and some spikes turn blue leaving head with a bunch of blue and black spikes that stand up like a Super Saiyan level 2. One bluish bang hangs off of forehead.

Bang turns green and the spikes that were black turn green again leaving hair with jet black/cobalt blue and lime green spikes.

I could swear i already posted this but this is great. Its time to bring WAR backa nd show all these guys what a RPG really is. Consider the infinite Kamakazi back. I wish someone would give me a link to TOPAZ's site becuase I'd like to see the WAR pics again. I tried to get Mary to do a Kamacon2x fusion pic a while back but she never got around to it...

Thanks Vegeta...also i seem to remeber a couple of levels you didn't include.

God Mode: The only ones I know of that achieved this were Will2x, Vecon, and Kamakazi.
Oozaru God: Only Kamakazi ever used this transformation because he was the only character capable of going Oozaru. It was achieved by first going God then going Oozaru.
Infinite God: First achieved by Kamakazi after he died the first time. Will2x and Vecon both achieved while alive and then all the M2S's achieved it after death.

those are all I can think of at the moment. Maybe you included the two God Modes just with a different name but just in case there they are as I remember them...

[B]Return Volley:[/B] A technique in which you "catch" an opponents blast then multiply the power of the blast 3 fold and fire it back at the opponent.

[B]Spiral Beam:[/B] A bluish beam surrounded by a reddish purple spiral of energy. It first pierces the opponent it is fired at then circles back around and explodes on the opponent. 2 attacks in one.

[B]Penetrating Blast:[/B] A high velocity blast that corkscrews like a drill and can actually drill right through an opponent then explodes when it hits a hard target. It's pretty small compared to most blasts but since it is made of densely packed energy it is highly powerful. Since it is small and is very fast it is very difficult to avoid.

[B]Dragon Blast:[/B] Fired like a Kamehameha. It is a huge bluish blast that forms a giant dragon that homes in on a target and explodes with devastating force.

[B]Kaio-Kaioshin:[/B] Allows the user to raise their power-level to match their opponents then triple that level, no matter how strong their opponent is. A gift from the god?s first learned by Vegeta in WAR.

[B]Contained Power-up:[/B] The contained power-up allows you to power-up without exerting any energy outside of you in the form of an Aura, or winds, or make the earth quake like you normally do. This helps you to not damage your surroundings by powering up and since you keep all the energy in you your power-up is even stronger than normal because you don?t lose any energy exerting it.

[B]Bio:[/B] Tank is the son of Gotank the great legendary warrior Saiyan. Tank was born of a beautiful pure blood Saiyan mother Jade, and of Gotank, the great, great, grandson of the legendary warrior Goku. Even at an early age Tank showed power and intelligence beyond his years. At age 5 he went Super Saiyan for the first time. By the time he was almost 7 he hit Super Saiyan level 7. He was then forced to take off training for 2 years by his mother so he could study harder. He then became a Super Saiyan Level 3 at the age of 11 after a few years of intense training. By age 14 he had the power to transform into a Super Saiyan level 4. At age 15 he burst onto the WAR scene and went Super Saiyan level 5 after him and his father Gotank fused to form the ultimate saiyan fighter, Gotanks in order to fight Quake. Now 7 years in the future at age 22 he now has a 6 year old half Saiyan son of his who was so powerful when he was first born he went Super Saiyan for a short while after throwing a temper tantrum in the nursery. At age 4 he learned to master his transformation to Super Saiyan Level 1 and the now 5 year old tike has already learned how to go Super Saiyan Level 2.

[B]Aura of Light:[/B] An Aura infoldes whatever is targeted. This Aura spreads out multiple beams of light.

[B]Chrasmatic Aura:[/B] Creatures and people of good intentions are drawn to Corellon and will fight to keep him from harm.

[B]Holy Beam:[/B] A small whiteish light, outlines Corellon's hand.
As the light intencifies it forms into a small ball. The ball then explodes into a beam of pure energy.

[B]Storm:[/B] Causes a rain storm to appear. This storm has the same power as a Class 5 hurricane.

[B]Fire Storm:[/B] When used with Storm, the rain is changed into balls of fire. The fire can be controled to burn what Corellon wants.

[B]Pas-Four:[/B] A four slash attack. The first slash rips high, the second and third rip at chest level and the forth slash goes for the legs. If compleated properly it should almost cripple an enemy.

[B]Parry-Pasnine:[/B] Parries an enemy attack and then takes a slash at the enemy's face.

[B]Third-Feint-And-Slash[/B] Uses three slashes, one at the knees, one at the chest and finally one at the face. Then feints with a fake stab at the chest, which ends with a back-hand slash to the throut.

[B]Stone Skin[/B] Magicly hardens skin so that blasts and blades do no damage.

[B]Base Magic[/B] What it implies. Basic Magic.

[B]Heal[/B] Can use five times a day. Heals target for approx. 1/2 life.

If they survive the transformation back to Angel they fall into a coma. This coma lasts for three weeks.

[B]Triple Kamehameha:[/B] Started as a normal Kamehamha, but splits into three just as powerful beams.

[B]Ultima:[/B] A blue beam which homes in on the target. It is fired with both hands in strethed out, in front of the face.

[B]Energy Wall:[/B] An energy wall which surrounds the target, and then closes in. It also blocks all means of Instant Transmission. It is made by flying around the target in a certain way, then activating it.

[B]D-Day Beam:[/B] A powerful attack, mainly used to finish off an opponent. The attack is bright red, and is fired like a Kamehameha.

[B]Freeze Beam:[/B] This attack is pretty much what the title says it is, it freezes the target, making them unable to move for a period of time.

[B]Ki Shower:[/B] Acitvated by putting your hands above your head and sending ki into the sky, this attack produces a shower of ki blasts. The size of the blast and how long the attack lasts for depends on the person's power and how much ki they put into the attack.

[B]Power Drain:[/B] Drains an opponent's power, and gives it to the user of the attack. Done by grabbing the opponent, and concentrating.

[B]Power Level:[/B] Unknown

[B]Bio:[/B] Warlock has almost no memory of his past since he was eleven. But when he was already eleven his power was high, and he trained to his full potential. He took up challenges with other fighters, and beat them easily. He made his way to high mountain land, where he increased his power even more, and found more fighters, slightly powerful than the ones before. He then focused on ki attacks, and his arsenal of ki attacks rose. Currently training on an abandoned island, Warlock is no easy foe.

Tanks son, Goku was approriately named after his great, great, great, great grandfather Goku. When he was first born he was taken off and put in the nursery of the hospital. Having an overpowering need to be with his parents he got angry and went Super Saiyan in a blind rage, and busted right out of the hospital crib he was in. To Tank's and the nurses amazement who came running into the nursery to see what the explosion was when they walked in he was sitting in the floor his hair in golden spikes with the shattered remnants of his crib laying about with a charred crater in the ground where it used to be. As soon as he saw his father his hair went back to black. Right then and there Tank new his son was something special. At age 4 he went Super Saiyan and now at age 5 and a half he has learned how to go Super Saiyan Level 2 as well. And just like his great ancestor for which he is named Goku is gentle yet powerful, and always full of energy, and he always enjoys a good sparring match with his father or anyone that will spar with him.

He has a wife a son, and a daughter that he offen forgets about.
He was created by Cell2, the lost cell baby. And Frizas brother, whos name i forgot :S.

He was programed to do 2 things, destroy planet namek and the Z fighters. in the will2x saga (the begging) there was a calling of a tournament which brought all the greatest fighters together. It got out of hand when will2x apparently left his clone on earth and was facing vegeta on namek. he destroyed namek with the kamehameha shower his original trademark. after a long and ruff battle vaddits(vegeta and raddits) defeated will2x. will2x's design was far more than a normal android and its spirit went on attack and possed vegeta. after X vegeta kidnapped his wife and started quite some havoc will2x left vegeta and went back to his original now alive again thanx to his new found friend in his head Sezmo Orikima. Will2x's son Terrance is a Genious and is quite helpful. Will2x is the leader of the group Menaces 2 Society, they fight the forces of evil. War, Evil, Def, and Deg. Will2x's best friend and partner is Vecon who he offen merges with to become Vilcon2x, with will2xs godly power and second finishing move blaster ball (a giant orb that is destructed by will2x's mind power) he is what you could call invincible...or not. Will2x has a limit, after awhile his power dies down and he cannot fight any longer. so using his godly power is extremly risky. his godly trademark Shiva Wind is good at any occasion if used on one person it can imploade there body parts, or something as lite as transporting them else where. if needed this move can be used on thousands of people blowing there skin and skeleton to peices. this sacred godlyness was achieve when given from his friend sezmo.
ABout Sezmo: Will2x was losing the battle with vegeta, hes power was immense, but with quick thinking he disapeered from sight for a brief moment when he heard a voice... he thought in his desperation he was hearing things. Sezmo agreed to help him. sorta like a genie except he can only wish for things that involve power. was sezmo programmed into will2x by cell2 or frizas bro? no one knows. all we know is sezmo is a legend only achieved to thoose fighters worthy, good or bad. sezmo saw will2xs future and letting him die would ruin everything.
will2xs twin: when will2x needs counter power he doubles up, will2xs twin doesnt always listen so he can only pray he will help when needed. will2x twin is half the strength of will2x but does not posses any of his godly power, a helpful way to find out when your fighting the real him or not. this is also what makes will2x unique, some say cell2 and friza were working thousands of years on him. will2xs prototype wil1z failed because he couldnt go super android and he didnt listen to there commands. dr.gero wrote part of the design for him while in hell maby thats why he wasnt so good. will1z was in all means a strength fighter he couldnt walk, jus fly, punch, kick. you can see why he wasnt any good.

Well im new to this so dont look at me to start anything. Heres my character

Attacks:

divine Wind: An energy attack combine with a physicle attack. A Large energy beam is shot at the enemy. After striking the enemy it not only hurts him it pralizes him for a breif period. Then Panzer flys at the enemy and spears him.

Iron Fist: A point blank hit to the stomach then lets out a huge enrgy burts.

Focus Power: duh!

glad your joining us. jus to let all n00bs to WAR know, this rpg is in all means elite, if your charecter doesnt catch anyones eye it will likely be ignored and thus drifted away out the story, ive seen it happen, some goofy charecter joins in and says stupid stuff no one replys with anything about that charecter in it then and its left out. your charecter should be least like chousou cause no one likes him, krillin is the limit... lol:angel: :devil:
