I ask this because I am bored and have been on the net since 4pm today It is now past midnight! I guess since everyone is saying what they did in that time I'll edit this. I played D2 for two days straight no breaks, evidently I own at it now. I spent a lot of time just chatting to people and finding new places to go. I worked on a webpage for about a day, though this was towards the end of the stint so the code didn't make to much sense. (But it worked.) I learnt the basics of hacking; I also learnt that I am crap at it so I don?t pursue it anymore. I did a lot of writing, to pass time. Then suddenly I felt really tired, logged off and went to sleep. Woke up and went on for another two days straight. Then checked my logs and realised how long I had in fact been going for then proceeded to sleep for two days. So 75 hours for the first one and 23 for the second one. I spend a LOT of my time working on drawings and various computer illustrations and so on... It's all right at my desk along with the computer, so I can easily answer IMs and browse if I need a break. Same if I'm playing a game or reading or playing with my ferret... the computer is always right there if I need to check something or answer someone. I tend to leave this thing on a lot more than I am here... I'm sure all the people that IM me and get no response can back me up on that one. I pretty much just come on at random days, unless there is seriously nothing to do and there are some good people to talk to. I'd say the longest straight, without a break, was about 8 hours. It was a really crappy night out and my parents were gone. I wound up playing Aliens Vs. Predator almost the entire time and just got lost in it. I didn't even realize the time until the sun came up and birds were chirping. Happens to everyone somewhere along the line I guess. And yeah, I write too much. He thinks the longest you should stay on is thirty minutes to an hour a day...*envies people who have more that ten hours posted* if only.... About two years ago, I was addicted to the internet. I'd go online at about 7am in the morning and wouldn't come out of my room for about six hours. My connection would only allow me to be connected for three hours continuously, so after that time had elapsed I would be disconnected. Then I'd have to wait another three hours til I could connect again. During that time I'd play a game or something, and wait for the time to finish so I could go on the net again... I'm pretty much the same as Semjaza here, my chinchilla's right next to my computer, along with my gameboy, and my gamecube, (I moved my PS2 somewhere else o.O) and anything i use to draw. (One of the reasons I went to sleep.) At day five you would be hallucinating and vomiting violently. At day seven your brain starts breaking down, day eight you would be in a coma and possibly be brain dead. Ten days you would be long dead. That was a different website than the one I have now. When it comes to working on the website I have now I don't work on it enough. When I came for my two days of exams, the PS2 was gone. Go figure... :shifty: Most of my time was spent chatting. It was incredibly convenient because my best friend was online with nothing to do but wait for exams too! Haha, it was also distracting because chatting would keep me from doing any last-minute review! Oh, right. It's not a lot, compared to some people in here.. But my eyes were horribly strained for the two days I wasn't allowed to log on. (I had to go two days without my g/f.. I was so bored...
