If you live in Toronto (that's in CANADA), or around that area then you probably heard of the new radio station that replaced Kiss 92.5, Jack FM. I haven't decided whether I like Jack FM or not. They have some pretty good songs, cuz I'm kinda into some old songs... yeah they play some old songs but they play some new and good ones sometimes. Nothing like all the rap, hip-hop, and all that stuff that Kiss 92 had but I like some of the songs. Now they say that they play what they want. But they also say they do it for me. How can they do both. Make up your frigging mind. I went searching to jackfm.com and it was a site for Vancouver. So I phoned them up and they said they got the first one set up in Vancouver, one in Calgary, and one here. My dad who lives in Ottawa said there's a Bob FM that replaced Kool FM or something. Anyways they say Jack FM is run by Rogers and that they don't have anything to do with Bob FM. They don't take requests as you've probably guessed. I've phoned them a few times (they are on my speed dial, yes I'm weird), and I wanted a request once and they said no of course. They wanna know what we think and they advertise their phone number quite frequently so they wanna know what we think, I said to them I like the station. You know they started out ad-free, but on June 23 they introduced a few ads every now and then. What I don't like about them (or something I'd prefer they did have) is that they don't have any news, weather, sports, traffic etc. Something you might need in the morning. But I'm glad they replaced Kiss. I find I'm listening to Jack more than I did Kiss. I would like it if they put Kiss somewhere else though I will miss it a bit. Mad-Dog and Billie? I never listened to their shows, but they are at CHFI now I think. If you live in Toronto you can find Jack FM at 92.5! Thank you.

I unfortunately live just outside the point to where the radio-waves from Toronto reach. Whenever I'm close enough though, I'd always loved listening to Mad-Dog and Billie (I've always worshipped Mad-Dog XD). I'm probably going to be headed to Toronto soon, there's something my mom wanted to go do, so I'm gonna tag along. I'll make sure to check out the new station though.

Btw, even though it's almost a year later, I still miss that one show they had Mad-Dog host on YTV.. it was the only show around here where they had actually shown hard rock and metal music videos. >.> Sadly, I can't remember what the show was called.

Was it called Hit-List? :P Anyways Jack FM is pretty kewl and they have a rolling stones contest going on now or something lol.

It plays some songs from a few years back, rolling stones, and some really good new ones.
