wild thang
i was sitting around one night thinking about san fransisco and i realized that it is my favorite place taht ive ever been. ive done a lot there: seen alcatraz, the golden gate bridge, ghiradelli square, china town, fishermans wharf and ive eaten at my favorite restaraunt twice: the stinking rose. i was wondering where everyone elses favorite place was. AzureWolf
My favorite place would probably be my home, but since you seem to be asking for a bigger location, I would have to say Toronto, Canada. Man, it's so clean and beautiful! It's a refreshingly nice place compared to where I live! You could walk at night or in the morning: both are invigorating experiences. My only beef with Toronto was with the plastic bags at their Shoprite: they actually charge you if you want them, but not for cardboard boxes (boxes are the standard). This method surprised me, as I actually preferred boxing my stuff, so I didn't get why they wouldn't do things the other way around. :twitch:
SaiyanPrincessX
I can't really say. I've lived in I think 6 diffrent locations and visited many more and I have good memories from each place. I guess if I had to choose though, I'd say either Phoenix or where I currently live. Phoenix is where I was born and lived most of my life, we did move a few times out of Phoenix but always ended up back there, and in the same house. We had alot of the same friends and were always outside playing. ^^ I'd pick here too because I alot of good things have happened to me in this house/city. ^_^
Shinmaru
I'd say my favorite place is San Diego. The weather is great all-year round and San Diego is one of the few places in California that actually lives up to California's reputation of having nice weather. I only stayed there a couple of days but it's a great place to vacation. If I had the money, I'd probably retire there to, but I'm way too young to think about retirement. Vicky
My fav place??? Salford. Here's why: 1. My friends know where it is (abroad friends) 2. It's the city of dreams... 3. There is nothing wrong with it... 4. HOME OF MAN UT! (Well, manchester is part of Salford. Or, salford is part of manchester...) 5.It's just...great... 6. The people that live there make it unique. Other people from different lands and countrys live here... I also like to go to wales ever holiday because: 1. It is sunny almost ever day. 2. My best friend lives there. 3. It's home to are caravan. 4. It has loads of arcades. 5. It has about.......10 bays near where we go. 6. We take our jetskie there.
Guest Taylor Hewitt
I live in Toronto, Ontario myself but I find Ottawa so much nicer. But the Toronto Maple Leafs still rule! I never been to the US *except when I was young of course*.
instantramen14
I like Catalina Island. It is a small island (about 21 mi. long) 40 mi. off the coast of california. It is so pretty i would love to live there. The biggest town on the island is about 1 sq. mi. but it has everyting you need, they have fablous weather all year round. If you are ever near long beach in so. cal. i recomend taking a day trip to catalina it is lovely there :)
Raiha
My favorite place in the world.......Monterey Bay Aquarium. Outer Bay exhibit. Largest window in the world. The mezzanine floor in the far left hand corner. Best spot to sit and relax and listen to the music and watch my favorite fish swim. Abnormally large tuna, white tip sharks, Peglagic rays, Sea turtles [finding nemo turtles], Mahi mahi, and my all time favorite; Mola mola. So yes, I love to go there and relax, take a nap, surrounded by the environment I love. MONTEREY! WOOHHOO!! Okay yes.
juna
Hurrmmmmm, I guess you are happiest where you have had the fondest memories, for me that is where I am now. I moved around a lot as a kid/teen, (yes, I was an army brat), so I never really appreciated where I was, I was just always trying to make friends, again and again, and again.... Finally, we moved up to Rochester (NY), and even though I HATE the snow, I love the seasons, and the wildlife. The trees in the fall up near LetchWorth Park are amazing... Tons of animals and birds, lots of differant people, a great city with tons to do, I just luv it here! ^_^
DeathKnight
The Riverwalk of San Antonio. At night you can sit on the bridge above it without much intervention, although a police man asked me to kindly get on safer ground.. Its quite beautiful there, and you can meet all sorts of tourists- some from European lands even. They have parades with floats upon it, and it is interesting to be sitting near a river in a thunderstorm- I reccomend trying it.

Raiha
Wow, it's a male sheephead! If that's a recent one, his name will be Bubba. We learned about him during a Member's Camp in night. :D
animeforever105
Hmmm...I haven't been to alot of different places but I would probably say the southwestern coast of Alaska. I hated Juneau. I can't remember the name of the town exactly. it was sas-something. really need little old town. I would rather live in a forested area like la pine, or though. i've only driven through it so I can't say it's my favorite place.
Guest dayday
My favorite place would be the my second home. My Grandma's which is ony a 5 minute walk from my house. I used to go there everyday and spent over half my life there. The only time I spent at home was when on the weekends but I still visited them and at night between 6-5:45. Other than that I was always there. It was always fun since the only one there was my brother, me and my grandpa. All of us would sit around watching western shows like 'Bonanaza'. Toronto! I live there...(well technically North York but North York is part of "Greater Toronto") Every time I go downtown I think its a dump with all the homeless people and the pollution down there. Just a few days ago there was so much smog you couldn't see the CN tower! My favorite place would have to be Paris, France. It has soooooo many historical buildings its just beautiful to look at all of them, even normal homes and hotels! I really want to go there again...its a beautiful city.

Matt.D
Favorite place..My favorite place is not a big city, or amusement park, rather my aunt's house, overlooking the river in the tranquil country. I enjoy the quietness of it, as well as my aunt and uncle's presence. We get along very well. I'd much rather live there than where I do now, with my dad..but I guess I can't change that, for now anyways. Infact, i'm going up there this weekend.:)
