[B]The Story So Far[/B]

Its the year 2019, 31 Years after WWIII. In Neo-Tokyo, Kaneda and his gang of Bikers are just regular Vocational Training School teenagers. But when a crash involving one of Kanedas closest friend, it unlocks his latent Psychic Abilities. The crash was with an expirmental Psychic Subject. Tetsuo, the teen in the crash, fed up with being a treated like a little child lashes out at the world. Not staying at the special hospital he begins to change, and lose control of his powers. After finding out what Akira really is, a psychic boy who destroyed Tokyo in 1988. But the Military didn't want to beilieve it and told the world it was an Act of war from an opposing country. Thus the WWIII context. Tetsuo is confused and alone. After killing some of his closest friends he flees to Old Tokyo with the remains of Akira that researchers had put into storage for futire generations. Kaneda feels that he is obligated to Kill Tetsuo, so he sets out to do it. Tetsuo though is getting worse and begins to mutate. Kaneda tries to save people they inevitable get stuck in Tetsuos "blob" mutation. But gets pulled in too. 3 Psychic Experiments, sync with Akira's brain paterns and takes Tetsuo away, Saving Kaneda.

Now is 2079 and a new "Akira" has awoken. A rich snob, Kyoji Komiyo is tired of his monotonious and boring life he wants to explore the outside surrounding Neo-Tokyo. In doing so he comes in contact with a strange looking Scientist who tells him to come with him so they can test him. Kyoji is frientend and begins to run, he is gunned down and presumed dead. But the Scientist takes the dead Kyoji and expirments on him. Once again unleashing a Psychic Terror Tokyo wished never to see again.

I'll need someone to play Kyoji Komiyo. and someone needs to be Kyoji's best friend. (Who I haven't made, thats for whoever is his best friend to decide.)

Age: 18
Bio: He lived in The United States for most of his life, but his father was transported to Neo-Tokyo for business, his father being a scientist, had to travel all the time. Clank is quick to make friends, and quicker to make enemies. A laid back kinda guy, he still lives with his parents becasue laziness gets the best of him sometimes.
Description: Sporting the usual American blond spiked hair, he wears a Red tanktop with the word "Liberty" stitched in the fabric, he wears blue jeans, and black combat boots bunching up the bottom of the jeans.

Bio:Lived in Tokyo, moved to the U.S. and some how ended back up moving to Tokyo once more. Her fathers gone and her mother is still living in the U.S. She can be voide, aloof, and cold on the out side but she dose what's right and the good for what she cares for. Dosen't make very many friends, often is seen as weird and a freak. But the few friends she dose have, she's very close to.
