Trent look at Eris. He opend his mouth, but no words came out.
He cleared his throat.

[B]Trent:[/B]I..I like you too. Well..thats a bit childish to say, but yeah...I do, I would never reject you for anything. I want it to be You an I...but I'm sure that you telling me your feelings made it unbearable to even be around me. I'll leave if you want me to..

Trent turned around and opened the door, he turned back around.

[B]Trent:[/B] I will NEVER reject you...

He closed the door behind him and sat down on the couch.
He thoguht for a few seconds then turned on the TV. It was fuzzy and it went out after a few seconds. Tren stood up and hit the TV on its side. The TV flashes a few times then flicked on, with flawless picture.

Eris was shocked! [i]Did he just say that?![/i] she thought, feeling a smile creep across her features. Sighing deeply, she changed out of her clothes into a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. She slipped on her blue fuzzy house shoes and headed to find him. Seeing Trent on the couch, she smiled happily. [i]Found him![/i] she thought, plopping down next to him.

"Since you left, I decided to come and find you. Besides, I'm bored and am in need of company." she winked, looking at the TV. "What's on?"

"Nothing really...you know how this TV works." she nodded, knowing what he meant.

"Hmm, well then...I'm going back to my room...that is, if you don't have anything interesting to do..." she looked at him and sure enough, he was blushing a bit. She laughed, "I don't mean that, silly!" she replied, bopping him in the head with a pillow. Laughing a bit more, she pulled out a deck of cards in her pocket.

"You up for a card game?"

Trent looked at the deck of cards.

[B]Trent:[/B]Alright! What are playing?
[B]Eris:[/B]We'll play...Go fish!
[B]Trent:[/B]Go fish, huh? Alright. I'm up for it.
Trent smiled and looked into Eris's eyes. Eris smiled back then began shuffling the cards. Trent shook his head, as if to shake away a headache.[I]Who am I kidding? She is only trying to make me feel better. At least..I...think...I have strong feelings for her, but only hoping something will happen will get me nowhere. I need to do something about it.[/I]
Eris dealt out the seven cards and stuck the rest in the middle of the table.
[B]Eris:[/B]I'll go first!
Eris smiled and looked at her cards.
[B]Eris:[/B]Got any 8s?
[B]Trent:[/B]Go fish.
Eris drew a card from the deck on the table.
[B]Trent:[/B]Got any....2s?....

[I]Eris is really fun-loving...like me, I want her of all to be with me in Space when we all go up there![/I]

[Avalon]

After three games of Go Fish, Eris was becoming bored. "Hey, let's do something else...this is a bit tiresome." she spoke, putting the cards back into the card case. "I'll be back." she bounced off the sofa and headed to her room, coming back with two pillows and a cover.

"What's that for?" Trent asked, looking at the things she brought.

Eris laughed, "What do you think?" she plopped back down on the sofa, resting her head on Trent's shoulder. "I'm going to sleep out here with you...if you don't mind."

Trent blushes slightly.

[B]Trent:[/B]No not at al, go ahead. I was thinking about catching up on some sleep too.

[I]This is unreal! This has to be a dream! It just has to![/I]

Trent slapped himself in the face to make sure it wasn't a dream.

[B]Eris:[/B]What was that for?
She began laughing as she saw the handprint across his face.

[I]No! This isn't a dream![/I]

Trent put his arm around Eris and layed his head back, dozing off into a light doze.

[Avalon]

Eris smiled, [i]Aww...so cute when he's asleep! Makes me want to pinch his face.[/i] She smirked evilly, her hand drawing close to his cheeks. She pinched them, laughing when he opened his eyes.

"I thought you were going to sleep..."

"I am but I just couldn't resist pinching your cheeks." she replied, stretching his face out a little while pinching him. She released him, brushing some strands of hair out of her face.

"Go to sleep." she nodded, putting her arms around his neck, closing her eyes as she drifted to dreamland.

[I]My face got pinched! Whats up with that?!.....I liked it...feels like someone cares...[/I]

He opens his eyes, and looks around. He wonders where the others are. After a bit of thought he looks back down at Eris and smiles. [I]I would lean in for a kiss, but..first of all i'd get my lips chopped off by those deadly fans, second off her lips are in a non kissible reach[/I] He puts his head back again and falls into a deep sleep, waiting for the others to get back. His arm seems to guid its way to her and around her, comforting her.

Suddenly, the door flew open.
[b]Rei:[/b] Were here! We got the---
Rei looked in shock at Trent and Eris
[b]Rei:[/b] Ahh!!! What the--~--~--!! Sorry to, umm...distrub!?
He hit himself in the head. And calmly regained his conciousness.
[b]Rei:[/b] I knew there was some funny buisness goin around...
[b]Eris:[/b] No~~~Well...
[b]Rei:[/b] Phew. Never mind, its okay. Back to what i was saying. We got the parts...
Eris's whole face turned red.

Eris sat up, "Well, I'll be...let's get to work then!" she tried to move but Trent's arms were stopping her.

"What's going on?" he asked, waking up.

Eris sighed, "Well, they have the parts for the ship...and I'm getting started on replacing the parts." she tried to move again. "Would you mind?"

Trent looked at her confusingly. "What?" She pointed to his arms that were around her waist. "Oh that! Sorry." She finally moved off of the couch and went to her room to change into work clothes.

Rei spoke, "Well, all play and no work makes Trent Eris' little cuddy buddy!" He and Jericho laughed. They sat on the couch, making Trent move over.

"I don't know why Eris had to change clothes...we're just adding parts to the ship!" Jericho replied, looking at the fizzing television.

"You know how girls are," Rei spoke, banging on the TV. "So picky and choosy about their clothes." They laughed again.

Someone cleared their throat, "What was that?" The boys jumped, seeing the figure stand in front of the TV.

"Oh hi Eris..." Rei spoke, "Nice outfit?" Eris simply turned on her flame torch on medium and then turned it off. She stood in front of them wearing blue jean short-shorts, black combat boots, a cut-off middrif white t-shirt and her black fingerless gloves.

"Yeah, thanks...well, come on Jericho." she replied, tying up her hair into a ponytail. "Let's get to work." She placed her clear mask on top of her head and left.

and so they got to work on the ship

[b]Roy[/b]: I just thought of somthing....

[b]Rei[/b]: what?

[b]Roy[/b]: we still need food for the trip....

[b]Rei[/b]: ok take Jericho and get some food and stuff.

[b]Roy[/b]: k lets get going Jericho.

[b]Jericho[/b]: yea yea......

[b]Trent[/b]: get chips!

The crew continued to work. AFter 10 minutes of work...
[b]Rei[/b] Phew! This is way too much work!
[b]Trent[/b] We've only been working for 10 minutes
[b]Rei[/b]-__-. Hey, wheres Vince anyway? He went in like a Van, and hasn't come back since...
[b]Trent[/b] Thats right....
[b]Rei[/b] Well, whatever... Im gonna paint the top portion right now...
Rei went to the top and started to paint.
[b]Trent[/b] Paint?! Were not even done putting the parts together dimwit!
[b]Rei[/b] :bluesweat Haha, i thought i could escape the hard jobs...
They continued working when Rei brought up the question.
[b]Rei:[/b] Hey whadd're we gonna call this ship?
[b]Eris[/b] Do you ever shutup??
[b]Rei[/b] No, why?
[b]Eris:[/b]-__-''

Trent stands there looking over the ship.

[B]Trent:[/B]Give me the Positron Connector Cord, will ya?!

Rei handed up the cord to Trent, who began pulling out the torn cord and replacing it with the new one.
Rei was tearing the bottem of the ship apart to replace Ion Fuses
Eris was in the cockpit wielding together new Gauges, Altitude Meters and Buttons.

[B]Eris:[/B]OW! I burnt myself!

Eris's yelling made Rei jump hitting his head on the bottem of the Ship. He sat there holding his head, rolling in pain.

[B]Rei:[/B] Ow ow ow!

Trent looked over the side and glanced at Rei, then walked over the top to the Cockpit to see Eris grabbing her finger and stomping in pain. Trent started laughing. Eris slammed her body against the side of the Cockpit causing Trent to fall off the ship.

[B]Trent:[/B]Aughh!

Trent hit the ground flat on his back, he looked over to Rei who was looking at him like nothing happend.

[B]Rei:[/B]What are you doing? Get back to work you lazy slouch! Haha!

Trent grumbles a bit and climbs back on top of the Ship, he crawls over to the Cockpit and shakes a playful angry fist at the laughin Eris.

Trent crawls back to the ships open Positron hatch and begins patching up the Fuel Tank.

[T man]

"I don't think we should name it untill we're finished with the work" irvine said to rei. "Ya, I guess your right. If we named it now then change it to some thing else later it would seems stupid of us to name it before it's finished" rei said as he removed some wireing. "So what is the first thing your planning to do once we get this ship working and go into space" eris said as she checked the systems. "I don't know yet. I'm going to go work on the weapons right now" irvine said as he went to the front of the ship.

Trent sat on the top of the ship and connected loose wiring.

[B]Trent:[/B]First thing i'm doing is flying it! All considering I am the only one with Pilot Expertise!
[B]Rei:[/B]Yeah..riiiight!
[B]Trent:[/B]Dont do this to me, Rei! You know I am a Pilot!
[B]Rei:[/B]I know, I know! I was messing with you!

Ri stepped back and examined the ship, he saw that it was all coming together, nicely. The Wings have been repaired. The Ion Fuses replaced, Positron Connector Cords in place, Fuel Tank repaired, Cockpit in order, the Weapons responding nicely. The only thing left to do it re-inforce the armor, check all systems, clean the Cargo out and paint it.

[b]Rei[/b] Hey Trent! I installed an assitant pilot seat!
[b]Trent[/b] Fer What!?!?!? No one knows how to pilot this thing execpt me---
[b]Rei[/b] Wrong again!
He said as he took out a shiny silver card.
[b]Trent[/b] What the!??!? thats a...pilot lisence
[b]Rei[/b] Uh huh, its shiny huh?
Trent bonked him on the head
[b]Trent[/b] Im the pilot!
[b]Rei[/b] Of course! Im just the assisant...
[b]Trent[/b] I dont need no assistant, assistants do nothing!
[b]Rei[/b]Exactly!

[Squall]

About an hour in working on the ship, Vince walked down the street near where it was being made, grumbling something about how little kids should be kept in tubes until they're older.

Vince: throw me back a wrench.
Rei: took you long enough. Where you been?
Vince: Not here. Throw me a @#$ wrench.

Vince instead grabbed one out of a toolbox and started working.

Vince: Somebody cleaned up after we killed the assasin.
Rei: What do you mean?
Vince: Where they were swithing off Trent for Eris. No weapons, bodies, nothing. It wasn't Corpse cause there were'nt any outlines or detectives.
Rei: Well, it doesn't sound like it's any of our buiseness anymore.
Vince: Yeah, but still...

He looked over to see Trent and Eris working together and leaned over to Rei.

Vince: (whisper) They're past the whole denial thing, right?
Rei: More than you'd care to know.

[Galvatron]

Jericho was using some of that computer skill his father tought him to work out some of the bugs in the computers." Hmmm let's see lets get a anti-virus system up and working, okay thats done. Pre warning enemy system up and running, my own password into my room. Now to analayze all up and working computer systems and this looks like a nice screen saver . Okay everyone the systems look fine." Jericho said with one of those toothpicks in his mouth. Jericho looked around to make sure no one was watching him on the labtop. " Im sure no one is going to mind if I download some data of these illegal cable cards with all channels onto the ship."

Trent had ducked out of site when Jericho had looked around to se if anyone was over seeing his production. When Jericho got done, Trent jumped into view.

[B]Trent:[/B]Getting those illegal channels for the Ship, didn't ya?
[B]Jericho:[/B]How'd you find out?!
[B]Trent:[/B]Even with this wounded shoulder I was able to duck out of site before you caught site of me.
[B]Jericho:[/B]So I have to take the channels off?
[B]Trent:[/B]No! Not at all, in fact..see how many more you can get!

Trent laughed and walked into the Cargo bay and started unloading all the junk that was previously stored inside.

[b]Roy:[/b] yea?
[b]Rei[/b] Can ya help me get some paint from the house?
[b]Roy:[/b] yea sure...
When the two boys came out. They were carrying a barrel of paints each.
[b]Rei[/b] Tons of Paint! Just the way i like it!
[b]Roy[/b] Are you...sure about this Rei?
Rei had an evil grinn on his face. He dunked his hand into the purple paint and got a glob out. He then slinged it at Irvine and yelled...
[b]Rei[/b] PAINT FIGHT!!!
Rei got tons of buckets and poured it on everyone.
The others fought back and threw paint.
It was soon paint heaven. Paint was being flinged everywhere!
[b]Trent[/b] Why do you have to be so childish---
Eris threw a glob of paint into Trents face.
[b]Eris[/b] Lighten up!
Trent smiled and threw some paint back.

[b]Roy[/b]: um we dont have any paint left to paint the ship.....

[b]Rei[/b]: um...oops.:bluesweat:

[b]Eris[/b]: ok Rei YOU go get some paint.

[b]Rei[/b]: why me?

[b]Eris[/b]: becuse its YOUR falt we dont have any!

[b]Rei[/b]: ok ok!:bluesweat:*grabs Roy* lets go.

Trent looks around at the mess they had made, he wipes paint from his face and looks down at his cloths smiling. He looks over at the messy Eris.

[B]Trent:[/B]So..what do you think this ship should be called?
[B]Eris:[/B]I dont know..We should wait for the rest of the group to get back.
[B]Trent:[/B]Yeah...I was thinking of Oddesey.
[B]Eris:[/B]Hm..sounds good. Lets decide when the groups is all here, Ok?
[B]Trent:[/B] You're right.

He leaned over and gaver her a dirty, painty kiss on the cheek, winked, then walked into the hideout to clean up.

After 10 minutes of waiting, Rei and Roy returned.
[b]Rei[/b] Hey there! We got all the paints!
The group snatched it away from him as soon as possible before he caused another "paint fight"
The group finished painting after a while, when Rei brought up the question again
[b]Rei[/b] Now that were done with that, what'rre we gonna call this thing?
[b]Trent[/b] I was thinking about that, I thougt about naming it ""The Oddesey""
[b]Rei[/b] Sounds great! What do you guys think!
Everyone agreed.
A little while later, the words were written across it...
""The Oddessey""
Rei smiled as he looked up.
He remebered something 9 years ago...
*flashback*
[i]It was a calm night. The wind danced around, rustling the grass.
8 year old Rei, was laying down on his back on his fathers farm. He looked up into the night sky. He mostly stared at the glowing moon.
Rei: One day...one day, im gonna go up there, and be the best pilot ever. Im gonna go up into space... and acheive my dreams......One day...
His mother then came out side.
Rei's Mother: I over heard what you were saying Rei...
Im sorry to dissapoint you, but Rei, were a poor family.
And we cant afford it for you to become an astrounaut, and achieve your dreams...
Rei looked up at his mother.
Rei: Hey Ma, i remeber 3 years ago you told me that if you put your heart to it, you can achieve anything...
Rei's Mother: But Rei---
Rei: Anything, and everything...thats why...im going to go to space. I may not be an astrounaut, but i will achieve my dreams...

No matter what...[/i]

And now, i finally get to go to space. Finnally....

Stood back and took a good look at "The Oddesey"

[B]Trent:[/B]Looks like we're going into Space!

Every looked at Trent, and nodded.

[B]Eris:[/B]I'm glad you're the Pilot.
She put a hand on Rei's shoulder.
[B]Eris:[/B]I'm glad you're the CO-Pilot. I want you two to get us ALL into space.
[B]Trent:[/B]Will do!
[B]Rei:[/B]I will help Trent get the Hunka-junk into Space.

Trent looked at Rei then smacked him up-side the head.

[B]Trent:[/B] You'll be a Hunka-junk if you call our hard work that again!
Trent began laughing, and the rest joined in. Rei rubbed his head.

[B]Rei:[/B]Sheesh! Dont go hitting me, why dont ya!

[T man]

"So lets get started then and get this thing off the ground go for A test drive" trent said as he and the others walked into the ship. "I'll take the guns" irvine said as he took a seat in front of A counsle. Trent went into A seat in the middle of the cockpit and rei sat in front of him. "Take your seat lady and gentle men so we can start this thing" trent said with a smile on his face.

Every sat down in their seat, and put their seatbelts on.
Trent hit a few buttons and flipped a few switches.

[B]Trent:[/B]All Systems check. Ion Fuses ready?
[B]Rei:[/B]Check.
[B]Trent:[/B]Positron cords, and fuel full?
[B]Rei:[/B]Check.
[B]Trent:[/B]Weapons charged and ready?
[B]Irvine:[/B]Check!
[B]Trent:[/B]All systems green, we are ready for lift off.

The ship dipped, then began acending into the air.

The whole group cheered and hollored.

[B]Trent:[/B]Dont cheer yet, we have to see if this baby flies!

Trent pushed up on the throttle, and pressed the left pedal in. He pulled up on the control stick and "The Oddesey"Took flight. It turned left and took off into the sky. Trent he;d his course to the "New-District". When they arrived, they were stunned by what they saw. Spaceships of all sizes, docking and taking flight into space.
There were ships the same size as The Oddesey and some as huge as a Warship.

[B]Trent:[/B]I bet Space is like commerce travel! With trade lines and Space fighting everywhere! THIS is what dreams are made of!

Trent turned the Ship around and headed back towards the Hideout. Upon reaching the Hideout, he set it down lightly, and switched off all Engine systems, Weapon Charges locked. Everyone un buckeld their Harnesses and headed out the door...
