[Avalon]

Eris sighed, she was worried. Passing the laptop back to Irvine she pointed at two people. "Vince and Irvine, come with me. We need to get help for Trent." she replied, turning to the rest of the group.

"Make sure you get home safe, ok?" they nodded, seeing Vince and Irvine lift Trent. Vince helped her get inside the helicopter. She looked at Trent. "You big dummy! Why did you go and do that for?" He simply smiled...then slowly closed his eyes. "No no!" she yelled, shaking him a bit. She slapped him on his face, making him open his eyes.

"What did you do that for?" he asked, seeing her worried expression.

"You need to stay up...look at me. Keep your eyes on me!" she yelled, holding his head. "Fly this thing Irvine! Hurry!" she balanced his head in her lap, trying to keep him from blacking out.

[T man]

"O.k hold on I have to switch to manuale" irvine said as he pulled some switches and put on a head set. "Well be back when we can" vince said to rei as he put on A head set. A couple of minutes after they got of the ground they headed for the nearest hospitale. "Vince make a call to the hospitale and tell them we have some one wounded and we'll probaply land on the roof" irvine said as turned the helicopter. Vince went and made the call. When irvine looked back and asked "Trent why did you go and do it" trent just replied "I wanted to be A hero also we're all in this together." Eris just laughed at that.

Trent kept closing his eyes and getting slpped even as they landed.
He strained to look out he window, Eris just pushed him back down.

[B]Eris:[/B]Calm down Trent, you'll be fine...
[B]Trent:[/B]Well..ya know.....

The helicopter landed with a light thud as it touched the Helipad on the top of the run down Hospital. Two nurses ran out to the helicopter, pulling a hovering gurney behind them.

[B]Nurse:[/B]Where is the wounded?!

Eris and Jericho lifted Trent out and onto the gurney. The Nurses started to pull Trent into the door on the roof, leading him down to the main Hospital. Eris, Jericho, and Rei ran behind the Nurses, while Irvine lifted the Helicopter off the roof and flew elsewhere.
The Nurses hauled Trent into a room and lifted him onto his stomach, they set him on a hospital bed and cut off his shirt. One nurse began putting an unknown substance on the wound. Trent gripped the sides of the bed.

[B]Trent:[/B]Burning!

Eris began to rush to Trent but was held back by a Doctor.

[B]Eris:[/B]No! Let me in!
[B]Doctor:[/B]He'll be fine, just go and wait over there.

The Doctor pointed to a bench across the hall, and Eris, Jericho and Rei went and sat on it. Eris sat there listening to the High-tech blips and bleeps of the "Space-Age Run down" Hospital.

[Squall]

(I was gone less then I thought.)

Vince stood up and started on his way out.

Vince: like they said, he'll be fine. I'm going back.

Eris wanted to argue, but something in his voice told her it wasn't a good idea. He walked to the nearest parked car and drove off towards the rich district. Something that he heard before continued ringing in his ears as he sped off.

[Avalon]

Eris sighed, [i]I hope he's ok...[/i] she thought, pacing in the waiting room. She heard a loud replayed beep coming for her bag.

"What the--" she yelled out loud, pulling out her laptop. [i]Someone sent me a message?[/i] She typed in a few commands, making a small screen pop up...then it shut off. "What!" she screamed, alarming and startling most of the doctors and nurses.

"Calm down Eris. We'll fix that later, just sit down." Rei replied, seeing her place her laptop back into the bag.

"You got any money on you?" she asked, seeing Rei pull out a dollar. "I'll get a two drinks...we can divide them..." and with that, she left the waiting area.

The Doctor walked out of the room and looked at Rei

[B]Doctor:[/B]He's fine, you can see him now.
[B]Rei:[/B]We will in a little bit..

Trent laid on the bed and looked up at the ceiling.
[I]I'm always hurt, but not THIS hurt...I'm pitiful...Sad...[/I]
He sighed and looked around. He wanted to see his friends, Rei, Jericho, especially Eris...

[Avalon]

Eris sighed, walking back to the waiting room, [i]I wonder if he's alright...[/i] she trailed off, turning the curve and entering the waiting room. "Here's the drinks." she spoke, handing Rei and Jericho a can. "Go get some cups."

"You don't want any?" Rei asked, looking at her. She shook her head. "Well, the doctor says that we can see him...so go in there." he replied, giving her a slight push.

She smiled wearily at him, standing by the door. She knocked once, opening it slightly to peek her head in. "Trent," she whispered, "You awake?"

Trent looked at Eris as she walked in.

[B]Trent:[/B]Yeah...
[B]Eris:[/B]How are you doing?
[B]Trent:[/B]Pretty good..Doctor said the shot didn't hit vital spots, so I should be good.
[B]Eris:[/B]Thats good.

Trent began to sit up, but Eris ran to him and pushed him back down.

[B]Eris:[/B]Stay laying down, you need the rest.

He slipped his hand into Eris's and smiled.
[I]I'm glad I got to see her...Really glad..[/I]
He looked into her eyes...

[Avalon]

Eris sighed, "You scared us all out there you know?" he nodded, pulling her on the bed a bit. She looked at him for a minute then brawled, placing her head on his chest. "You dummy!" she cried, letting all of the tears she had out.

Trent reached out, pulling her head up to where he could see her. "Don't cry, Eris." he spoke, wiping her tears that settled on her cheeks. She smiled, tilting her face downward to his, kissing him deeply. She felt him trying to shift himself on the hospital bed, and touched his face to stop him.

Then the door opened...

The district was still a battle field between cops and assasins, and who knows what else. He drove through, ramming many assasins, until he got to the mansion. The car tuned on to two wheels and crashed into the entrence, sealing it off. He kicked off the door and jumped out. A small number of gunmen awaited him, and immediately open-fired. He ran for cover, his pistol blaring. He dove behind a starewell and continued firing. It didn't take long for all the gunmen to be shot, and Vince proceeded up the stairwell, badly limping from another shot to the knee. He went through a hallway at the top of the stairs, and into an office. A man in a large red chair greeted him in.

???: Sorry, for the inconvenience. But I had to make sure it was really you.
Vince: The snipers were fine, but don't you think the gatling gun and the freaks in the alley were just a little bit, overkill?
???: Hah, I suppose, but I wanted to be sure.

Vince Walked forward and pressed his dagger into the man's neck.

Vince: Let's get down to buisness. You know why I'm here.

???: The program? Oh, I guess it's only natural for you to be... curious. Allright, I will tell you what you want to know, but you wont like it.

After a while, Vince backed off.

Vince: So, thats it, is it?
???: I told you, you wouldn't like it, but you just are horrible at accepting others decisions.

Vince: Is their anyway to remove it?

???: It would be a shame to, but there is. You need to-

Before he could finish, a bullet dug deep into his forehead. Vince looked behind him for the shooter, but nobody was there. He casually Jumped out a window on the first floor, having barracaded the door. The chaos had died down a bit and moved into a new area.

Rei and Jericho walked in and slightly waved. Trent put a hand up and waved. Rei and Jericho walked up to Trent.

[B]Rei:[/B]Are you going to be alright?
[B]Trent:[/B]Yeah..I should be...Where is Roy and Vince?
[B]Rei:[/B]Roy flew the Helicopter off somewhere and Vince...we never know where he goes...
[B]Trent:[/B]Well...You know him.

Trent looked around the room a bit, then slighty pushed Rei out of the view of the door. Trent pushed himself up to a sit. Eris tried to pushed him back down, but he put his hands up.

[B]Trent:[/B]I'm fine...We need to go and help Vince.
[B]Rei:[/B]No. He has it covered, you lay back down.

Trent grumbled a little bit, then finally laid down. He looked around and then sighed.

[B]Trent:[/B]What are you all going to do.
[B]Rei:[/B]I truly dont know....

[Avalon]

"Well, I know one thing," Eris started, now staring at the nurse who entered the room.

"Excuse me darlings, but it's dinnertime for the patients here, and he needs to rest, doctor's orders." the young nurse spoke, looking at the group. "One person can stay though."

Everyone looked at Eris, "Well, I guess your the lucky lady then," the nurse replied to the stares, handing her a clipboard. "Fill these out for me darling...and you all, follow me." The rest of the group nodded, turning to leave.

"Have fun you guys!" Jericho said, him and Rei laughing as they closed the door.

Eris smiled, sitting down in the chair next to him. [i]I will,[/i] she thought, filling out the papers on the clipboard.

[Squall]

Vince got back to the hospital just as the others were walking out.
Rei: Oh, Trents allright, Eris is in there now.
Vince: makes sense. The goons from the mansion won't bug us for quite a while. I doubt that there are many still alive.
He walked away, towards the street.
Vince: I gotta go.
Rei: Where're you going?
Vince: Do you think I'll ever tell you, or is it just out of habbit?
He lit a match and the van pulled over. He stepped inside and the van sped off.

Trent looked over at Eris and smiled.
[B]Trent:[/B]You dont have to stay..I'm just a pititful sight.
He looked up to the ceiling then sat up straight. He winced at the pain from the wound, but shifted and sat on the edge of the bed. Eris tried to push him down, but Trent resisted.

[B]Trent:[/B]I cant stand this! I cant be held down in a hospital!
[B]Eris:[/B]I know, but in your condition you need to stay resting.

Trent hoisted himself off the bed and started to walk around. The pain in his back was un bearible, but he needed to overcome it. He began to walk un-straight and walked to the coat hanger by the door. He pulled his coat from off of the hanger and put it on.

[B]Trent:[/B]Come on Eris..lets get out of here.

[T man]

"So how are you two planing to get out" irvine asked as he started his helicopter. "Is that you irvine" trent asked. "Ya didn't you think the watch could serve as comunicators" irvine said. "Hey irvine do you think you can get us out of here" eris asked. "Sure I can just get to the roof I'm close buy. I'll come buy in about five minutes" irvine said as he piloted towards the hostpital. "Thank's irvine" eris said. "I'm your friend so of course I would do it" irvine said as the hospitale came into sight.

Heh, I thought this thread had died :-)

Vince rode in silence until the van slowed to a stop outside of an old wherehouse. He had only stepped out of the van when he had remembered his watch. He took it off and flung it up in the air. With a quick shot of his pistol the watch cracked open and broke. He stood wide eyed over the remains of his watch. "Jeeze, I need to be more carefull." He said to himself. He nervously looked over his back and went inside. The other watches went completely blank before anyone could notice the arrow.

[Avalon]

"What the--" Eris started, looking at the watch. "It's dead...cheap pieces of crap!" she replied, taking off the watch.

Trent leaned onto Eris, "Come on, we don't wanna get caught, do we?" she growled then nodded, trying to rush up the stairs. "Slow down!"

"[i]Slow down?![/i] This was your idea, Mr. I-can't-stand-hospitals-and-I-gotta-go!" she yelled, helping him up the stairs. She opened the door, coming face to face with the helicopter.

"Yay!" she screamed, letting Irvine help Trent. She opened up the door and sat down on the seat.

[T man]

Irvine started the helicoptor and flew into the sky. "So where do you want me to land" irvine asked. "You can just land us at the apartment" eris said. Irvine nodded and flew in that direction. A couple of minutes later they landed on the roof. Eris and trent started getting out of the helicopter once they set down. "I think you need to work on the watches" eris said as she opened the door. "Why do you say that" irvine asked looking at her. "They went blank while we we in the hostpitale" eris said as they got out and closed the door. "That normaly means one of them was been busted. I'll go to the busted ones last location" irvine said as he flipped a couple of switches that turned on a map. Eris nodded as irvine left.

[Squall]

Vince got out of the whearehouse just as Ivrene got there. Vince's arm was wrapped in a large black sheet. "Oh, hey Vince."

"You mind telling me why the hell you're here?"

"One of the watches went out. What are you doing?" Vince trembled with anger. "Did I not make it clear [b]never[/b] to follow me?"

"Er..." Ivrene looked a bit startled "Yeah, you did. But I wasn't following you on purpose, I just need to fix the broken watch so the system works."

"The watch was destroyed, just reroute the connection a different way."

"I could, but then we couldn't track you." They fell silent. "Uh, what are you doing anyways?"

"Er-nothing."

"what's that?" Vince's expression turned furios when Ivrene tried to grab his wrapped up arm. "I don't think that's your concern, and for your own sake I suggest you leave the premisiss, [b]now[/b]"

[T man]

Irvine just shook his head as he turned around. "If you want a ride i'll give you one ya know" irvine said turning his head. Vince just gave him a look and shook his head. Irvine just nodded as he used his remote to bring his copter around. He decided to leave because he knew that vince would be more than a match if you ticked him off enough. "I wonder what's up with him" irvine asked as the helicopter landed. Irvine got in and set it to manuale controll. "I guess I should do a check up on the ship or wait till vince cools off" irvine said as he lifted off the ground. He turned towards the apartment and left.

[Squall]

Vince sighed with relife when Ivrene left. "Geeze, I almost lost it there. That would have been heck if he found out." He was about to walk away, but he stopped for a second.

[i]"We can make these watches to track the group."

"Track?"

"Y'know, in case one of us get's into trouble. You knever know, it may come in handy."

"Allright, put them in here, we can distribute them out later. But first we should check if the alarm works."

"Here, take this one and set it off when nobody's expecting it."[/i]

He grinned in spite of himself. "It looks like those things came in handy." He looked back at his watch, and decided to gather it up. "Heh, I must be going soft. It's not like I'll be able to use it again." He put them securley in his pocket and signaled the van. "'Vere to Mister Vince?"

"hmm...drop me off by Corpse head quarters. I want to check if there were any extra bounties on any of the gunmen we killed."
