Senor Ding Dong
I'm getting all 3 next sunday(oh yeah!), and i can't wait. I've played teh first one, and it was great. These will probably last me all month, so, who hjas all 3, or any one of them? (THis thread can also deal with Network Transmission) I'll just end by saying, Jack In, Megaman.EXE!!!! BlueGender
I have Mega Man Battle Network 1 and 2 they are great games. I have beaten the first one and am about 3/4 through the second one. I dont plan on getting the third one until I have beaten the second. The games are quite easy and quite fun, the battle system is really easy to learn and changes slightly in the second game(the health system is different) I dont know about the third. If I could change one thing about the games I would make it so you could tranfer data from one game to another so you can start the game with the same chips and abilities.
Dragonballzman
Each of them should last around 20-30 hours. I've played 1, I'm in the middle of fighting
Protoman
in 2, and I haven't started 3 because I lent it to a friend who just completed it. I agree with Bluegender, the games would be so much better if you could battle each other on different games. I think the only time you can connect with BN1 in BN2 is with the Retro Trader. >_<
Semjaza
By the way, the first in the series is only going to be $10 at Electronics Boutique next week.
ZetaGundam1
3 dosen't connect with the others in any way. Trust me, I've beaten it. 3 also allows you to have 3 folders at once, order chips you have had in your folders (even the 3rd one, which you can't change), new bosses, and version exclusive chips and bosses. Blue has two bosses white dosen't, and white has one boss blue dosen't. And Blue has better exclusive chips. So, I hope you buy blue. whatever you do, enjoy. Kevin129
I've played all of them and but i haven't beaten transmission. There all very fun and are some of the most challenging games I've played. You still are missing a lot of fun if you can't battle someone else. Sadly nobody around me owns the game.:(
Itami
Yay, some Megaman fans! I've beaten all of the games from the Battle Network Series(1-3 and Transmission) They keep getting better and better with each one. The fouth one is coming out sometime in 2004 and just like the third one, it'll have two versions, Red Sun and Blue Moon. Did any one here think that Transmission wasn't as hard as EGM made it out to be. They had problems with the first two bosses, which are fairly hard, but they really hated this game. I personally thought it was great. It was like playing one of the old Megaman games on the NES. Good times.
Dragonballzman
Ack, stuck on
Gospel
in MMBN2...
Bass
is pathetic, but after he
bug fuses or whatever
he whoops me. Lowest I got him to was 847. >_< Anyway, let's hear it for showing off good games! Since my last post, about 6 of my friends have seen me playing MMBN3 (I'm in the
Secret Area trying to catch all the viruses to get through the Door of Love
right now)and thought it rocked, so they got MMBN3 and now we spend all our Lunch Breaks battling each other. XD I can't wait for MMBN4,
Protoman Soul
(Meh...Dunno if it's really a spoiler, but meh) is gonna be so cool. XD From what I've seen so far, they look pretty interesting, but I hope they make more. So far I've only seen
6 souls. Metal, Number, Blues (Protoman), Search, Fire and Guts. Yes, they're all based on the Navis.
Itami
Oh boy, I remember the first time I fought
Gospel
. Not pretty. It was so hard at the time, but now I've got that folder loaded with Gater PA's. I still think that
Alpha
was a lot harder. If I hadn't had Shadow style for that, I would have never beat him...her...it...whatever.
