Two: You [i]can[/i] request things, but only banners and/or avatars. And the request can only be one for OB. (i.e.; ''I want a banner and avatar of suchandsuch anime/music/movie/etc. character.'' If you request that then everyone assumes you are going to use them on here. ''I want a header image for my website with....'' That, however, is not allowed.)
