[i]The world, is as we know it today. Crime is as it always is, the police struggle as they always do to keep crime down. But they can't handle it on their own. Ecspecially with the comming of criminals beyond their expertiese to handle.

Criminals, that would be called 'Super Villians' have started to arise, and with them the crime rating of major cities. The police have now begun to fail at their jobs, and many are literaly dieing, trying to stop the villians.

What the world needs, are some heroes...[/i]

The deal is with this rpg, you get to become a super hero, to fight crime. A lot like Superman, and the other types. BUT, you cannot be an existing super hero, created by a comic book, be creative and create your own. But you cannot be a godly hero.

[b]Powers:[/b] For this, you do not have to have powers. You can be like Batman, with no powers. So your weakness for this type of character would be that you're human. You could also include a phobia.

[b]Description:[/b] Include in this: The appearance of hero form, and the appearence of your secret identity form.

Okay, that is the sign up and the rpg. Please take this seriously, if you do not I will abandon the idea before it even starts. I want to see creativity, and seriousness, though I still like to see some sense of humor. So you can have a humorous character, but just make sure he still has his serious moments.

[b]Bio:[/b] Joey is 14 years old and has not yet mastered his powers. HE was a normal kid just until he was 8. He fell of a tall building, and did not know what to do. HE focused his energy and his eyes turned red as he began to fly. As said before, he has not mastered his powers yet, and at some points may not be able to gain control over his powers.

[I]Hero Outfit:[/I] An all black body suit with silver eyes (Like Spidermans) and silver palms on the hands.
[I]Civilian Outfit:[/I] Black overcoat w. black gloves. Often wears a black hat along with v. dark Sunglasses. Dark coloured jeans.
[U]Bio:[/U] John was among the people being worked on to become invisible so they could work for the government. John was the only one to survive, but he also had the ability to walk through soild objects while he was invisible. While trying out the power in his home town he heard some one on the street being robbed and he went to their aid. Since that day he has been know as Faze.

[b]Powers:[/b] Control over fear. Can force someone to become terribly afraid or have a horrible anxiety attack.

[list][i]Hero Uniform:[/i] A black suit of armor with a red undertone. A sword is sheathed on the back. The sword is etched with Latin. The inscription reads: 'Death be delt to the ones that deserve.'
[i]Normal Dress:[/i] Usually wears a long black trenchcoat with white clothing underneath. A small celtic cross hangs from his neck. Studded leather bracelets grace his wrists.[/list]
[b]Bio:[/b] Corey became aware of his powers when he was twelve. He easily masted them and began abusing them. Like all teenagers, he was powerhungry. He forced his teachers to give him good grades by making them afraid. He forced his girlfriends into bed by making them afraid not to. He got raises in jobs by making his boss afriad not to give them.
Then he realized it was wrong. He went through a kind of self rehab, and became a 'good' person. He went into law enforcement and quickly, and naturally, rose through the ranks. He broke up drug rings quietly. He negotiated out of hostage situations easily. He saved more people than anyone could count. Then, at age twenty-eight, he retired.
With the recent string of criminal acts and evil-doers running about, Corey believes it's time to come back into the world. Perhaps he could still do some good.

Real name: Chirs morphy

Power: Able to transform into any animal/thing

weakness: To much speed, could make him ran into something. So, control.

Decription: Long black and white striks though his spiky hair. Pure white eyes and a red t-shirt. Black boots and black pants. Fangs and a watch on his right arm.

Bio: Loved animals and studied creatures. In school, he felt he was on his own. He felt he was the only one that could speak for abused animals. On a school trip, he spoke about the animals and what rights they had. People just laughed. So he set out on his own to porve it. He stayed with animals, then he learn a secert, and knew something about them. One day he saw that Dragons still lived. He saw a tigers true sprite. He saw things that changed his life. Later, he found his power. He became like the animals. Being able to keep a huge secert about them was hard work, not if you used its power! The souls of each creature rested within him. That's when he was called Shadow. He went back home, to find the crime level growing, so he helped them with his new power.

Weaknesses: fear of rejection and losing all of her money
Descrption: Lydia is always seen in black business suits with thin light gray pin stripes. She has long, dark brown/practically black hair and storm grey eyes.
Bio: Lydia is a power mad Daddy's girl who has always gotten everything she's wanted, including her own country. Who wouldn't become evil? Anyway, after her father and three older brothers passed under mysterious conditions, she inherited Folcroft Enterprises and all of its international branches. At age 23, she's one of the youngest multi-millionaires in the world.

[b]Powers:[/b] Can control anything that is electrical, and can produce electric currents from his hands. He can also travel through powerlines.
[b]Weaknesses:[/b] Water, lead, rubber.
[b]Description:[/b] [i]Hero:[/i] Main coloration is green. With blue and yellow lighting bolts covering parts of his uniform. He keeps it somewhat baggy, so he can more around easier, doesn't care much for the spandex look. He wears a green mask that covers his entire head, he sees out of little eye holes that have small sparks around him.
[i]Norm:[/i] On a good day, he normaly wears just a t-shirt and blue jeans. When he's at work it can range from anything, to anything.
[b]Bio:[/b] John didn't discover his powers until an unfortunate day when he was electricuted, at the age of 17. Since then he discovered that he could do just about anything with electricity. Over the years, he abused his powers, using them to play pranks on people and stuff like that. One day his prank went to far and landed somebody in the hospital for three months. I'll give this another day until I start it.

He tried to forget about his abilities, until one day when he happened upon a mugging, he used his powers and stopped the muggers. He decided then that he would use his powers just for that (It's pathetic, I know). His normal day job is a electrician, (duh).

[b]Powers:[/b] Incredible sneakyness, doesn't have any oustanding powers.
[b]Weaknesses:[/b] Bright lights.
[b]Descrption:[/b] A long nose, and is very thin. Has black hair that goes down to his shoulders and beady black eyes. He wears all black, all the time.
[b]Bio:[/b] Works for Lydia Folcroft, is her minion. Does her bidding and nothing else. He started working for her once she came into power.

Name: Spin Cycle
Powers: Ability to spin and move rapidly. Has lightning-fast reflexes and can dodge about anything. With great speed comes great force, whatever he hits when moving quickly is demolished.
Weaknesses: You would think slippery surfaces would do it, but they don't. He can adapt to those. He needs to keep moving if he stops for too long, he suffers an internal meltdown that takes him about a day to recover from.
Description: Think of a voo-doo guy with scraps of armor on him.
Bio: Little is known about him, he just recently appeared wreaking havoc. He is believed to be a survivor of a shipwreck who was marooned on an island of demon-worshippers.

Powers: Nothing superhuman, but tons of training in karate and other cool fighting things, plenty of guns and practice with them, and the access to a small account of Ms. Folcroft's money for bodyguard expenses :)
Weaknesses: A deep, hidden passion for his boss, Ms. Folcroft. This must remain hidden because he knows she only loves her money, and he doesn't want to lose his job. (hehe ... this could be fun.)
Descrption: Christian always wears all black, as only befitting to a villain or a villain's sidekick. He usually dresses in suits, but sometimes wears just black jeans and a T-shirt. He has short black hair and is tall and muscular.
Bio: Christian is 26 years old and was brought up in a normal family. He started taking karate lessons because he always got beat up in school, and when he finally started piling on muscles he got revenge on his bullies. Since then he's always been able to get his way with his strength.
He'd worked at Folcroft Enterprises as a secretary for a couple summers when Lydia's father saw him and asked him to be a bodyguard for his little girl. He's worked for Lydia ever since.

Hero:She wears just plain tight,black leather top and pants.She wears a pair of silver sunglasses that are reflective so you never see her eyes.
Normal:She wears the same sunglasses but she always wears a blue jacket open with a white t-shirt inside,navy blue pants and blue and white joggers.

Bio:Ki's parents were killed when she was very young.It was a group of robbers that wanted to steal her family's jewels and precious items.Ki's parents fought but lost and they were killed.Ki ran from the house and was found 2 days later in the alleyways in her neighbourhood.The police took her and put her into an orphange.She stayed there until she was 14 then she left.From then on she decided to be strong and took help defeat crime so no one else and no other children would have to go through what she did.The pain of losing her only immediate family because she was an only child.She began her life of defeating crime.

Powers: Incredible speed and agility, superhuman reaction time, light blade.

Weaknesses: His lack of super strength often gives him grief when fighting machines etc.
Other than that he is very easily distracted.

Description: ?Tall, dark and handsome? as he would have it. 6?2??, light brown hair with blonde streaks, ice blue eyes, fit looking.

Hero Outfit: Futuristic mechanical light brown body armour with various buttons and lights (think Solidus of Metal Gear Solid 2), jetpack, white light blade, long dark blue cape and sunglasses.

Secret Identity Outfit: Baggy, worn-out jeans and beige hooded coat.

Bio: Chris is a self-possessed ladies man with a ?no worries? attitude. He is unsure how he acquired his amazing reflexes but he has had them since he was a small child. Unfortunately Chris?s parents are unknown and he was raised in an orphanage until he ran away.
The now 18 year old, has a job as a bouncer at a local nightclub. When he isn?t working, he is partying with his friends.
Women are attracted to his admittedly good looks, but detracted by his personality.
Chris has a habit of not thinking before acting and this often gets him into trouble. He is very cheerful and his friends find it hard to hate him.
He noticed an increase in the city?s crime rate and became a hero for 3 things: fame, fortune and yes, the chicks.

Bio:Austin learned of his powers when he was 6 and trapped in a burning building.He had been set on fire,and was fine when the firemen found him.The massive heat that entered his body released a gene that only he had,and gave him the abilty to make and controll fire.He soon helped people in fires to controll the flames,and set them out.He then heard of the crime rate that has been happening,and soon became a super-hero.He lives a normal life when he is not fighting crime,and is now 12 goes to school at his middle school,and lives with his parents.

Bio:Hes more of a bounty hunter than any hero,Tgough he does fight for good it is out of greed.
