Courage is finding the strength to do what?s right,
Even when it?s hard.
Courage is being brave in the face of danger,
And knowing when to back down.
Courage is standing up for what you believe,
Even with no one to backs you up.
Courage is when you think about quitting when it gets hard,
But you keep going instead.
Courage is not giving up,
Even though others try to discourage you.
Courage is being able to walk down a crowded hallway where everyone is laughing at you,
And still holding your head high.
Courage is not being afraid to so what you want to,
Even though it?s tough.
Courage is believing in yourself,
But not being over confident.
Courage is being brave enough
Not to go over the edge.
Courage is not the absence of fear
It is the presence of fear, yet the will to go on.
Courage is being your own person,
And not following the crowd.
Being as individual and different
As you can be.
That?s what courage is.

Sometimes When I?m Walking

Sometimes when I?m walking
Down that long and lonely road,
I suddenly get that feeling,
And I know I?m not alone.

The bees are bussing busily,
They guide me down the path.

The birds are chirping merrily,
Singing me a sweet song

All the little animals play happily together
They bring me joy


The birds the bees,
The deer, the fox, the Bear,
The gophers, the prairie dogs, the chipmunks,
The snakes, the lizards, the alligators,
All these and many more
Every living thing, that lived, lives or will live
I love with all my soul, all my heart, all my strength, and all my mind for all my life.


Sometimes when I?m waling
Down that long and lonely road,
I suddenly get that feeling,
And I know I?m not alone.

I would
If I could change
What will

The Diary

I?ve never been good
At expressing myself to other people
With colorful words
Flowing out my mouth
Telling people of my courage
My curiosity
My problems
I?ve never been good
At telling people
Just how I feel inside
But
You are not a person
So maybe
Just maybe
I can

There is a gentle light
Slowly rising into view
The sun is rising
I look to the east
A new day begins
New sounds
New life
The air is thick
With the song of life
But as one sun rises
Another sets
Always it has been so
When one day dawns
The last shreads of twilight
Flicker out on another
This cannot be changed
But the sun that sets
Cannot be lost
For the sun that rises
Is lit by the soul
Of the setting sun
The light that came this morning
Is now slowly fading out of sight
But it will come again
For the sun that sets in the west
Will rise once again
In the east

I can see
Yet I am blind
I can hear
Yet I am deaf
I speak
And still I am not heard
I can see

*Mouth drops* These are very good! ^^ They're all well written and the message of the thoughts get across what you want to say fast. They're great. I like them, cause everyone can relate to them on some level of their lifes. I take it that these are really in fact written on some truth of your, or some one else's life, maybe. Anyways...your a good writter, keep up the good work!

umm.. I just found out, that in order to put someone else's poems in your book, you have to have their written permission, and THEIR SIGNATURE. So... it's not very possible.
