Ryoko T.D.C.
Why should U get a hug? U said SK was a kewl guy! Well, I'll give U a hug to shut-up O.K? I give it a 9.5/10 because it explained a hole bunch of things. Plus I agree what K.K.C. said about Crim being drawn by a crack head!! And Balmung, hes almost as cute as Crim. Or is Crim almost as cute as Balmung!? *So confussed* And why did Tsukasa kill the that bear!? the bear was so cute! *Poor bear*

Zephyr
Speaking of the bear, is it just me, or did the bear's stuffing kind of resemble Aura's hair? I wonder if there is a hidden meaning behind that. :flush:
OtakuSennen
Yeah, Black_Phoenix, my brother and I noticed that as well. We spent maybe an hour talking about what it meant, and we came up with this theory: Tsukasa's actions are sort of bringing Aura out of hiding, so that more people know of her. (Bear, Mimiru and Subaru, for the most part) He brought Subaru to Aura's field, and that lead her, along with Bear and Mimiru, to learn more about "the girl".. But then it could also be Harold's hair.. But then what would that mean?
Guest Tical
I think Morganna thinks by destroying The World shell put all 2 million users into a coma just like SK and Orca did.
Zephyr
Originally posted by OtakuSennen But then it could also be Harold's hair.. But then what would that mean?
It could mean the same thing as what you mentioned for Aura. Just like Aura, Harold's existence in The World has become known by many due to the problems surrounding Tsukasa. Another thought springs to mind. I have also noticed the similarity between Aura's and Harold's hair. One big difference is that Harold's eyes can be seen, while Aura's are hidden (and closed). As has been mentioned, there is a lot that seems to relate the Awakening of Aura. Harold's own Awakening in The World led to the creation of Aura and Morganna. Perhaps the Awakening of Aura is meant to be the "good" which counters Harold's "evil" in Morganna. Maybe I am just overthinking things.
magic_raditz
RATING: 8.8.5/10 This episode was purely amazing. It introduced new characters, and we found out great information, plus the information on this "evil" thing was found, which makes me think that .hack//sign is finally getting close to the final battle. The way everything si falling into place is simply amazing, the only problem i have is that tsucasa continues to do NOTHING. just sit there and pick at a bear. I want to see more tsucasa! Plus in this episode we saw more of sora, by far my faverioet character so far.
Guest Tidal
9/10 but umm....... what does Harold mean when He says "Our aura"? I can't figure it out. also why does every one hate B.T.? oh and that was some sweet run away music when the silver knight and Sora ran away.Oh and I bet sora will get taken like a prison inmate :P
KKC
Maybe when he made Morganna she wasnt supposed to be evil, but maybe like a mother to Aura, but something went wrong when he made her and now shes all evil....
Whiteblaze
9/NINE (as far as the rating, I'm pretending that Maha wasn't in it) I liked this one a lot and I'm going to call it a turning point. One reason is because they have a specific something they know they need to do, I mean Bear, Mimiru, and Subaru or a specific event they know must take place so they now have a clearer direction to go in. That is, instead of just wondering and asking Q's and standing and discussing things unknown. I didn't think Tsukasa was actually going to take the stuffing out of the teddy bear. It was such a classic act, I didn't think he would. I always thought that Morganna was using Tsukasa, just not for something so obvious. I don't know about you all but, I found it strange that Maha did some disappearing action right before Balmung came and was not shown again until after the monster that Sora and Silver Knight came upon was gone. Did anyone notice that or find that strange any? When Maha was shown again, he had some look on his face; I can't think of a word for it but, I think it's the look you have when you've just done something you really didn't want to or similar to that. Another thing, why did that piece of grass Maha was holding suddenly start to disintegrate? Why did he seem startled? It even happened while Morganna was dealing with Harold (the broken man). I agree with everyone that Sora's in some big trouble.
Guest Anime_Forever
When I saw Sora in the same room as Aura I thought to myself,"This is not going to end well."
AzureWolf
::Looks Around:: Wonder if anyone will see this post... Haha, I don't know why I didn't put my two cents in before! Now it's only a few hours before the very next episode airs. I would like to make a few comments, though. :)
Another thought springs to mind. I have also noticed the similarity between Aura's and Harold's hair.
Haha, I call that look the "ethereal" effect. I think they have that kind of hair because of exactly what ethereal implies: ghosts within "The World" who are not exactly in the same plane as other characters who play the game.
I liked this one a lot and I'm going to call it a turning point. "Phantom" fits for the reason I just mentioned above, but I guess "Direction" would have been too simplistic for a .hack//SIGN episode title. Good point, especially with how Maha's face was afterwards. I wonder if Maha's helping to spread whatever's making those "unbeatable" monsters... Is the word you were looking for "disgust?" As for the grass, I think Morganna was responsible. I mean, she did frag Harald Hyuek (right?). That's why Bear and friends had to leave.
Hm.. K.K.C..? Warped Aura = Morganna? OOOH, that's an interesting idea and plot twist.. Maybe Morganna (A bodiless voice) would use Aura's body as a puppet, or a suit, for herself so she can cause more destruction in The World. But why does Morganna want The World destroyed..?
Interesting theory, but isn't Morganna already alive? I doubt she would care for having a body... Additionally, I've attached a picture that seems to have both Aura versions. I found this pic on some website, but I think it's just one of the pictures on one of the postcards that come with Vol. 1. I really like the picture, since it makes much more sense with this episode, and now you can understand the symbolism created with Tsukasa in the middle/center. Whiteblaze
A good eye?, why, thankyou! I pay attention to everything that Maha does and that's why I noticed the look on his face, which he never has or has never had before; it's a very different expression. Um, 'disgust', isn't exactly it but, that words close to it and so is guilt but, those two aren't it. Maybe I'll think of it later. You know what I think? I think that Maha has a lot to do with those monsters too or even that Maha is the monster(s). I know Morganna did that with the grass but, why? It had nothing to do with Harold; Maha was just holding it.
