I often dream of you.

My bed lies empty.
My hand grows cold.
Tears slip from my eyes.

I know you'll be back.
I know you'll hold me.
But I still miss you.

I can't hear your laughter.
I can't feel your kiss.
I can't see the stars in your eyes.

Starlight above in the dark sky.
I can't see it without you.
I don't want to be without you.

You're back.
Your laughter soothes my soul.
Your hug caresses my pain.

Your hand warms mine.
Your eyes brighten mine.
Your kiss strengthens my heart.

The pain of last night....
Will be the pain of tonight.
Why do you have to go?

Every night, I cry again.
Every night, the stars shine.
Every night.....I do not want to see the stars without you.

A night of your soothing voice?

A night of your kiss?
A night of your caresses?
