Anime about saiyan hair. [pretty dumb topic.]

ok i was just wondering , cause when Vegita said that a true saiyan hair doesn't change shape, or grow or what ever. but how come Goku and vegita cut their hair and it didn't grow back to the original shape?

And they always have the same shape, even when they were chibi.... unless they go Super Saiya-jin or something.....

son gokou or vegita-sama never cut their hair in any of the dragonball series, although in GT vegita shaves his moustache, but thats about it....

i saw on a comic, GT, and it had vegeta with a moustache and hair (cut like yumcha b4 they fought android 19, 20.)
