Domon
Night, that was all he could see, the night sky and the moaning of the undead. Leon S. Kennedy swore he never wanted to see any more of those creatures but obviously Umbrella was willing to sacrafice more people to stop them. It had started off as a normal day; Leon, Jill, Carlos, Barry, and Rebecca had landed in Paris and met up with Chris and Claire who stockpiled up some weapons for them and then later that morning the group rented two cars and headed off for the town of Gaudier which was in the Normandy area of France. It had taken a few days of driving but finally they had arrived just as it was getting dark. At first Chris had stopped the car to ask someone for directions to the main Umbrella office but the person he was about to ask turned and faced into the headlights and Leon saw the skin dropping from his cheek bones and the glazed over eyes. "Oh no, not again!!" He had wailed as the zombie plodded towards the car. Jill had come over the radio they had installed asking what the hold up was but she soon answered her own question when a another zombie headed for their car and started pounding against the window. At first Leon was ready to jump out and start shooting but his instinct said that if he did he would attract more and that was the last thing they needed. As the zombie got closer Rebecca cringed a litte more behind Chris' seat but Claire started to reassure her and she sat straight up again but this time with her gun at the ready and her seatbelt off. "Uhhh...Chris, you sure we should be just sitting here?" Claire asked a little unsure but Chirs just sat staring at the creature as it shuffled closer and closer and then WHAM!!! Chris just gunned it all of a sudden right into the zombie, all that was heard when the car connected was a sickening thud and a squashing sound as it was run over by Barry's car. As they drove further in Leon noticed that the entire city was comepletly dark. Too much like what had happened with Raccoon City. But this empty feeling soon was quashed because at least twenty zombies appeared at an intersection and started to swarm the cars, this time Leon looked at Chris. "We should run while we can otherwise they'll break through the windos and kill us that way." The Redfield looked at him with a look of determination. "No, we go through." Just then Claire's hand reached over onto his shoulder. "Chris, Leon's right. We need to get out of here now. Leave the cars and meet up at the cathedral. It was a designated meeting place in case this kind of thing happened anyways." Chris looked back at Rebecca and Claire and nodded. "I'll tell the others, you three get out of here."Both Redfields nodded and Rebecca did the same. They quickly opened their doors and bailed. Leon grabbed the radio. "You guys see that? We have to bail at least twenty zombies are heading for us right now." Leon said with some uncertainty in his voice. "Yeah we just saw them bail. We're leaving too, we'll meet up at the cathedral." Jill's voice replied over the raido with a little anxiety. With that Leon bolted out of the car and ran off towards what seemed like the direction he saw Jill run but it wasn't seeing as how he didn't see her. All he now saw was a zombie walking towards him with a half decayed face, he raised one of his two M100-P pistols and fired a few shots into it and it fell down dead. What was left of its brain oozed out in a puddle of green entrails and coagulated blood. This was disgusting, Leon just prayed he didn't run into another monster like Birkin again, that was too much for him to handle.
Corey
He floated over the city. It was beautiful. The streetlights reflected on the pools of fallen rain making the streets seem to watch him as he flew overhead. He flew... And flew... And flew... Up into the clouds. Up into the heavens beyond space and time. Up into space, freely floating in nothingness. And there was... Pain... The air was being sucked from his lungs. His body crumpled and twisted in the womb of black. A million pinpricks of light seemed to laugh at him, tormenting him over his obvious stupidity of venturing into unknown territory. He tried to scream. A futile effort. Blood sprayed from his mouth, turning into crimson spheres in the weightlesness of space. He watched as his eyeball dislodged from his face and floated on the tendrils of nerves and muscle. His tounge popped like a flat cherrybomb, send a mass of bloody tissue forward. His body began to crumple. His cheeks sucked in and down his throat. His leg bones crushed and raced upward send a million tiny splinters of bone into the soft rupturing tissue of his organs. His arms bent and broke like dry kindling. He tried to scream again when his spine broke, sending him in a backwards fold. His skull fractured, impacted, and disintegrated. ??? Esrie- "AHHHH!!!" Esrie sat straight up in his chair, feeling the blood rush to his head and twisting the world around him. He leaned over the chair and vomited. Slowly the world came back into focus. He rubbed his face, wincing at the bruises in the cleft of his elbow. What day was it? He didn't know. An overdose. He had overdosed. But he was lucky. The OD could have killed him. Instead it had just induced a coma. He sat up again and waited for the bloodrush to settle. "Three days... At least... Probably more..." He groaned and attempted to stand. His legs buckled and he fell. He sat there crying and dispite his most sincere efforts, he wanted to shoot up... silpheedpilot
Hans was sitting on the couch of the house he was stying in. He looked to his left and saw his dead mother a knife cut to the throat. To his right, his dead father a stab to the head. He glanced at his knife and stared at the blood, it dripped on of the blade in chunks. Rotting skin, chunky blood, the festering smell of the un-dead..Something is seriously screwed up here! Hans stood up and wiped the blood-stained knife on the couch. He stared out the window, the pounding darkness filled the streets. The street lights dodged the fog as the un-dead roamed freely. He stared out into the emptyness in the void of darkness, until startled by the tapping of flesh-eating mutants at the window. *tap* *tap* Hans smirked and walked to the door, he looked back into the empty and "dead" room, then exited. He looked over to his left at the un-dead and walked towards it. It shifted and limped it way over to Hans, his arms outstreached. It moaned for blood and proceeded foward. Hans sighed, and thrust his knife foward. The blade went through its face with its chunky blood oozing out. Hans lifted the blade, with a reluctent crack the knife came through the top of its head. It collaped to the floor, blood oozing a pool around it head. Hans turned around and re-entered the house. Hans looked around and sat back down on the couch. Hans:I need to get out of here... Hans stood up and walked outside. He looked to his right, down the foggy dark streets. Moaning and groaning filled his ear as he bolted down the street, knife in hand. Domon
Leon felt like he was walking around aimlessly in the town and in circles at that, he could have sworn he passed by that same ornate fountain a few minutes ago. The air was thick with fog and the sound of the un-dead, he slapped in a few more bullets into his pistols and started off in a new direction, unaware of the strange animal following him. The streetway seemed to go on forever and seemed empty, but Leon didn't feel alone at all. He felt like he was being followed or watched, he turned around and saw the outline of a cat, but it didn't look all that normal, not normal at all, it brought its face up and Leon nearly pissed himself, he thought the zombie dobermen's were evil looking but this cat took the cake, it had patches of fur missing and meanacing yellow eyes, but what got it was the sheer size of it. It was the size of a German Shepard. Leon could hear the clack of its claws now on the cobblestone and the low growling, this thing was after him and his blood. The cop brought up both pistols and fired off at least one round from each gun but that was about it seeing as how the cat leaped, all Leon could do was duck and roll and run for the nearest door which he just happened to land near, he twisted the knob and jumped in and shut the door. He knew that wouldn't keep it away from him, it had determined he was its prey and it wanted him and him alone. "Dammit where's a shotgun when you need it?!" Leon cursed as he now heard the cat stalking off, it was playing games with him, he wasn't safe now, he needed something stronger than his slow pistols. He didn't dare turn on the light seeing as how it would attact that monster of a cat back, instead he flicked on a small handheld light he'd brought along and saw a corpse laying against the wall, and right there sitting in the corpse's lap was what he was looking for, a Mossberg 500 ATP8, his best friend. He bent down catiously and snapped up the gun and cocked it, nothing. Leon cursed at his bad luck, first a psyco cat and now an empty shotgun, what else?! His question unfortunately was answered when he heard a window from the other side of the house crashing open, he flung the door open with the shotgun in hand and his spare pistol holsterd at his side. He needed ammo and fast, his adrenline screamed through his veins as he scrambled down the quiet street, all he knew was that there were more of these cats or the one that was after him had snuck around back and was just toying with him. The calm street just seemed to be toying with him as the young cop pounded down the street and then he saw another empty house, if anything he could probably find something to hold these creatures off with or maybe some ammo. He bolted up the steps and twisted the knob and slipped in and quietly shut the door and flicked on his light and to his happiness he saw shotgun ammo, he snapped up as much as he could and put at least 15 rounds into the gun and then he heard growling at the door. "Who is it?" He thought sarcastically as he took up a position on the stairwell and then it happened.
silpheedpilot
Hans ran down the street, ducking and dodging greedy half skeleton hands. He ran down the street at full speed and came to a stop at an alleyway. He stared down the alleyway at two yellow dots, then they vanished. Hans took a deep breath and walked down the alleyway to a ladder acending the the wall. He climbed the ladder and stood on the roof. He walk to the edge of the roof and looked out over the town. He saw houses without any lights on, he saw smoldering cars and dead bodies strewn out amongst the rubble. He sat at the edge of the building, looking out among the town. He looked down and saw the un-dead trudging through the streets. Hans heard a blood-curdling scream and he jumped up and ran across the roof top. He reached the other side and peered around, he looked down and saw an un-lucky pedestrian trying to escape the madness cornered by the un-dead. She screamed for help, but Hans was helpless to help as the un-dead began chomping down on her skin. Tearing her apart, blood squirting from her wounds as her screams began gurgled in blood, and collapsed. The un-dead followered her down eating her away. Hans shook his head in dismay. How could this be happening?! I dont know what these "things" are, but i'm getting out of this place! Hans set on the edge of the roof again and looked down to the city. The un-dead who had eaten the yound woman were at the base of the building groaning for Hans's flesh. He looked down and spat at the un-dead. Hans:You want me?! Come get me! Hans stood up and walked to the other side of the building and decended the ladder. He looked down the alley and saw a slew of the un-dead walking towards him. Hans:Not me! Hans ran in the opposite direction and down the street. He was going to find survivors and help them out fo the city, whether he liked them or not. Domon
It happened suddenly, the door burst apart under the immense cat's strength and Leon opened fire on the beast, it took at least half the rounds in the face but wouldn't go down until Leon emptied a full load of ammo into the thing, then it fell defeated and dead. The cop slumped down onto the stair and slowly and shakily stood up and looked at the cat again, it had mutated so badly but it was also decaying very badly. It was probably a cat that belonged to a loving family but once it was infected it probably killed its owners and started to crave blood. He shuddered and walked out of the house with a few spare shotgun bullets in his pocket, he'd been sure to reload the gun before leaving the house. After finally leaving that mess behind Leon came upon another square, except it had overturned cars and a few of them were on fire. The cop shuddered, this was reminding him too much of Raccoon City, the uncontrolled fires, the empty mayhem it just wasn't right. All he could do was just stand there, he needed to catch his breath for a minute, but not out here, he needed somewhere to stay sheltered but then there was the fact that he should head for the cathedral and not stop, but he had absolutely no idea where he was and he couldn't see the cathedral and he was dumb enough to run off and leave his map of the city in the car. Then it hit him, maybe one of these crashed cars had a map of the city. Leon stood up from the fountain he was slumped against and headed over to an overturned car and peeked in and made sure nothing was in and he reached for the glovebox and it fell open with a click and all the contents spilled out, the cop shuffled through all of them and found a map thankfully. He opened it up and looked at a nearby streetsign it read "De Grudea" according to the map St. Michels cathedral was at least 30 blocks away. Leon stood up and folded up the map and tromped off down De Grudea towards the Cathedral, but along the way he wanted to take a peek at the museum which was along the way. Maybe he could find survivors there and he might also find trouble, either or it was worth the trip.
silpheedpilot
Hans ran down the street and stopped at a group of smashed cars, he stared in dibelief as the pile was extremly high. Well..isn't this just GREAT! Hans muttered a curse and started to climb the pile of cars. He stuck his knife in his mouth and climbed the pile of cars. He climbed to the top and scratched himself on an outlaying piece of steel. He grunted and the knife fell from his mouth. He heard the knife hit the cars below and then he heard a scratch. My knife! No use looking for it in this pitch black darkness...Its gone.. Has shruged and climbed down the other side of the cars, only to be greeted by a horde of the un-dead. He ran foward and pushed through them, they grabbed at him and tried to pull themselves to him, but Hans broke free and darted toward the hulking, burning building that is The Museum. Walnut
Kilie scampered along quietly. Something was amiss in this section of the town...her food wasn't around. Maybe they had got it into their thick and blobbyfied thinking things that she was around...but nah that was stupid. She scratched at her hair, it was starting to itch again. It always did...damn damn damn. She scurried along the empty streets and picked up a scent...but it was not quite ordinary...it was...alive? Something 'living' was around. Why would anything living be around here? There was only the dead and those not so dead. "follow scent" she said to herself and proceeded along the streets quickly and just occassionally catching the stones below. These streets were easy enough to follow, the scent even easier to find. Whatever live thing was around it didn't know how to cover it's tracks but then again live things were a little bit thick as well. Un-living and living things were the same, Kilie decided, me different...me neither live nor not-so-live nor dead...so I thing. I'm a thing By the way the scent was moving it was heading towards the musmen...a good place to hide for a little while...and also an exceptional hunting place. She scurried loudly down the streets, knowing every short-cut and using them to the full extent. She reached the entrance of the mesume and immeadatly saw an not-so-living dog...one of the rarer specisms and also a very tasty one. She clacked her fingers, her claws scraping loudly in the silence. The not-so-dead dog turned and growled at her, she growled back and then leaped. The not-so-dead dog was soon dead, and it was not really surprising since she had ripped it's head off. "Not-so-dead dog now dead. Dead means food for Kilie...for Kilie not dead and not-so-dead" she said. She picked up the creature and took a deep and heavy bite out of it. Blood seeped into her mouth and she relevered in the taste. The meat was tender and chewy...a little bit too rotten for her liking but it didn't matter to her. Food was food and that was that. She heard the sound of footsteps and turned, the live thing was coming towards her. She took another rip of meat and tried to stop the blood flowing so freely. She didn't want to appear to be one of the not-so-deads. The live thing appeared and stopped in it's tracks. She politly swallowed the meat. "Hello live thing" she said. silpheedpilot
Hans looked at the "thing" and scratched his head. His eyes widened and he took off down the street. What in the world is that "thing"?!He ran down the street and took a left at an intersecting road. He breathed heavily as his adreniline coursed through his viens. He arrived at the Museum, and darted up the steps. He came to to door and pounded on it, of course no one would answer. He kicked the doors and the giant doors creaked open. Hans rushed inside and slammed the doors behind him. He sunk down the doors and breath heavily. He looked around and saw that the diplay cases had not been touched. Of course! The Museum is...well...was getting new exibits! Hans pushed off the door and walked down the halls of display cases. He walked down a hall and came to an opening, he looked at the wall sign and it said "WWII". Hans grinned and started jogging foward. He looked around the exibit and saw Artillery, Old Tanks, Hanging Airplanes, Weapons...WEAPONS! Hans rushed to the display case showing weapons of WWII. He looked into the display case and saw rusting rifles, and old pistols. He shook his head in disbelief and walked to the next display case. He smiled as he saw a gun that seemed in good condition. He grinned and for some unexplained reason he read up on its past. What am I doing?! I need to get out of here, not learn history! Hans brought his elbow up and smashed it down on the display case glass. He lifted the gun out and grabbed the magazines sitting next to it. He lifted the gun into the air and grinned. Hans:MP40...Nice German weapon..Hope this thing still works..Oh no! There is no ammo! Well..of course there isn't...Its a Museum! I had better find some. It hold 9mm bullets. I can load the magazines with 9mm bullets I find. Very nice indeed! Hans looked around and slipped the gun into his large yellow jacket. He stuck the magazines in his left pocket and walked in the opposite direction of the broken gun case, whistling.
Domon
"Damn this fog, seems to be getting thicker and thicker." Leon cursed to no one, and he was right it seemed like every step he took the fog seemed to get thicker, and that was a very bad thing seeing as how these creatures could pick up a live scent in a heartbeat and be on you faster than anything. He was now at least ten blocks away from the Museum, he was in the home stretch of getting some things when he heard something he wasn't to happy to hear. "HEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!"A young man's yell was eminating from a house to his left, Leon turned to that side and heard again another scream, he twisted the knob but to no affect, he set down the shotgun and kicked the door in just in time to see the boy just about get eaten. "HEY OVER HEAR YOU SLIMEBALLS!!!" The cop hollered and all the zombies quickly turned and looked at Leon with delight, more of a meal for them, he brought the shotgun up and started firing and killled off most of them with at least two shots but that was it, the boy sat staring at the dead creatures as Leon walked over and offered out his gloved hand, the boy grabbed it and stood up shakily. "Who are you?" Leon asked with some interest. The boy looked at him timidly and then back down at the zombies. "My name is Erik, these were. Well they still might have been my family I'd managed to barricade them inside of my room but they broke out and came after me, thanks to you I'm safe." "Well, actually you're not, this whole town is infested with these creatures and even worse, so you best stick with me and here." Leon tossed him one of his M100s the kid looked at him graciously as they walked out Erik buckled over and vomited at least 3 times before he could regain himself. But when he stood up Leon could also see tears running down his face. God he hoped that this kid didn't die or anything. As their footsteps echoed down the cobblestone steps Leon kept a sharp ear out for anything unusual, he was amazed that they weren't running into many zombies right now or those Zombie mutts, or cats. Well he was just glad they didn't see any more of those cats those took up too much ammo. The fog seemed to have cleared up some seeing as how Leon could now see past his own nose, he spotted a dead body laying against an iron fence, Erik whimpered a little as they neared it and Leon knelt down to examine it. There was a hole in the forehead section of the body which seemed to have gone right through the skull. He'd never seen anything do that but then he remembered Jill mentioning about her ecountering two insect-like creatures that were capable of doing this. "Erik get near me and stay near me. I'm not sure where these creaturse are but wherever they are they're near and hungry." The boy quietly scuffled up next to the cop and practically was attached to his arm as they walked down the street but at a very slow pace and very quietly, just then they both heard it. The scittering across stone walls, they were following them waiting for the opprotune moment to attack, except they could see the cop and boy and they couldn't be seen. Leon stood still and waited again for that sound, it seemed to echo, he unholsted his other pistol and handed it to Erik and told him if he saw any movement on the walls to shoot. They stood back to back waiting and then there it was again, movement on both sides and Erik started to shoot and he hit dead aim as one fell to the ground and onto its back the boy continued to fire until its legs stopped convulsing, now there was one more hiding and just as Leon had thought they'd spooked it away it leaped from the same side as Erik with its massive claws extended but Leon fired off a shot from the gun and it flew backwards and died from the shot. "Shall we continue? The cop asked the now terrified kid who nodded meekly and then started to collapse to the ground but Leon grabbed him and they started off again to the museum.
silpheedpilot
Hans walked down the corridors of the Musuem scanning the display cases for anything useful. Hans didn't see much, but had broken a few open for thier contents. Such as a flashlight from a "Mount Everest" exibit, and a Pocket Knife from a "Feats of the Last Century" exibit. He walked back to the front of the museum and went behind the Reception Counter. He searched the shelves below the computer to find a box of 9mm rounds. He lifted the box out of the shlef and set it down on the counter. He opend up the box and pulled his MP40 out from his coat and lightly set it on top of the counter also. He lifted a magazine from his pocket and started loading the 9mm rounds into the magazine. He glanced at the side of the magazine and saw the round count. Holds 30 rounds..This box has..1, 2, 3, 4.....60 Hans lifted the other clip from his pocket and loaded it up with the rest of the 9mm rounds. He lifted the MP40 yp and slapped a magazine into the magazine rest. He flipped the switch to lock it in place. He lifted it to his shoulder and aimed towards a hanging tapestry. He aimed up to the wire holding it up, then squeezed the trigger. A bullet flew from the MP40 and struck the wire. The tapestry collapesd lop-sided. Hans grinned in satisfaction that the MP40 actually worked. He heard a crash to his right and he looked down the hall. He hadn't seen anything but lifted his gun up and began walking down the hall. He heard the un-dead moaning as they rounded the corner. Three of them, with thier rotting hands and decaying flesh walked towards Hans. Hans:Eat this! Hans pulled the trigger on the MP40 and fired at the un-dead. They did a horrible dance of death as the bullest ripped into them. All three of them collapsed to the floor with pools of blood appearing around thier bodies. Hans lifted the gun to his face and blew the smoke away from the muzzle. Maybe I shouldn't fire off so many rounds...lots of noise, waste of ammo Hans turned around and walked back to the front desk. He stepped behind it and pressed a switch on the computer, turning it on. The computer tower hummed on and beeped starting it up. Hans pulled the chair out and grabbed hold of the mouse. He cliked on an image of a map. He looked at the map then printed it off. He pulled the map away from the printer and glanced at it before folding it up and putting it in his pocket. He pushed away from the desk and tunrned the computer off. He climbed on top of the counter and set on the edge. He set his MP40 on his lap and pulled his map out of his pocket, he looked it over and peered around.
Domon
Leon seemed to be a "survival" mode while Erik was in full fledged panic mode, at least he didn't run off or anything, he seemed to have regained some color to his face after walking around some more, but it was really getting tiring and Erik seemed to be showing the fatigue more than aything, even though they were only just a few more blocks away from the museum but they had to make a few more detours, seeing as how they ran into another of those cats, Erik had come extremely close to getting killed but Leon had managed to blast the monster's face off with a single shot which made Erik feel even safer with the cop. But the cat wasn't the only problem seeing as how they also ran into something that looked like a spider but it wasn't, it had two human arms on it; Erik had about yelped in fear when he saw it pass by not looking at them, so they went another way seeing as how they were running low on ammo. After that they managed to get back onto the main street and Erik's legs finally gave out and he collapsed to the ground. Leon walked back over and knelt down. "Come on, just a little more come on." Leon said and Erik looked at him and breathed deeply as he stood up. "Okay, but once we get there I'm sleeping, I need it." He said with a chuckle, the duo stood back up and headed down the last block towards the museum. As they stopped at the museum entrance they sighed heavily, thankfully they doors weren't glass, they opened them cautiously and Leon found the lightswitch and flicked it on. Thankfully all the windows up front had been boarded up and sealed, Erik sighed happily as he saw a cushiony bench off against a wall and ran over and fell asleep. Leon, still curious walked towards one of the info desks, just then he heard a man's muttering, he tightened his grip on his shotgun and snapped out in front of the corner.
silpheedpilot
Hans lifted the MP40 to his shoulder and pointed it at a man with a shotgun. Hans hopped off of the counter and walked towards the man. I'll say something I know only a human would know.. Hans:Glad I got full ammo... The man lowered his shotgun and looked as Hans came into view. Hans looked at the man and stared at his chest. RPD... Something Police Department....A cop! Hans:I'm not one of them walking dead things! Leon:Neither am I Hans walked up to the cop and sighed in relief. Hans:At last, I found a survivor. Whats your name? Leon:Leon Hans:And the kid? Leon:Thats Erik Hans:I see..Are you alright? Leon:A bit shaken, but we're fine. How are you holding up? Hans:Good. I came here to rest and find some supplies. I scoped out all of the diplay cases, but you're welcome to look them over yourself. Hans looked past Leon and saw Erik. Hans pulled the map out of his pocket and showed it to Leon. Hans:You see, this Museum is HUGE. Its pretty big. Look up, there are two more floors above us. But there is a locked elevator and I dont have the keycard. Will you help me find this keycard so we can get to the second floor? Leon:Yeah. Maybe there is something here we can use. Maybe something we can find out about thise city. Hans grinned then turned around. He looked back at Leon Hans:Watch your back.

Domon
OOC: I'm sorry Wind master but we are not to arrive at the cathedral in just one post, please edit it and put a little more thought into it. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Leon rummaged through some of the items in the staff recreation room but found nothing except a few more rounds of 9mm bullets but he didn't need them, he needed shotgun rounds and fast otherwise Zombies or god knows what else could break through and kill all three of the men. He ran his fingers through his brown hair in frustration, he swore he would go insane if he didn't find this damn card key, he'd found some journals of employees, obviously some of them had holed up here but some had come under attack by what appeared to be rabbits or something like that but they produced like mad on the second floor and had killed 1 person in the end, Leon cocked his shotgun again and ran back out to the main lobby to check on Erik but for some reason he wasn't there.... "Erik? Errrriiiiikkkk...." The cop said as he looked around. Just then he heard a door open and close, Leon ran that way and he spotted Hans heading that way too. "Why the hell would he go up those stairs?!" Leon asked as he shoved a few more bullets into the gun and opened the door cautiously and flicked on the light, there was no sign of Erik. Leon turned back to Hans. "I'll take the second floor and you take the third okay?" Hans nodded and they split up at the second floor landing, Leon opened the door and saw nothing until he flicked on the main light, but there sitll was nothing. He just hoped Erik hadn't gotten himself killed.
Corey
Esrie had finnaly managed to crawl his way into the bathroom. He swallowed a couple asprin and ambled into the kitchen, determined not to look in the mirrors of his house. He stuck his head in the fridge and pulled out a package of balogna. It was slightly old and dry. He ate it anyway feeling slightly sick when it went down. His body didn't want food. It wanted heroin. A line from a book suddenly occured to him, though where he read it was beyond him. 'The man has been infested with a demon, the demon is called HEROIN.' 'Tell me of this demon for I know it not.' Esrie shook his head and walked to his bedroom. He shuffled ildy for over ten minutes, resisting the urge to check his stash. He examined expired medicine. He looked for clean clothes. He even picked it up a little. But eventually he was on his feet pulling up the loose floorboard. He dug around for the bag he had purchased, and came up with nothing but air. Another line from the book. 'You have to go cool turkey before you go cold turkey.' 'And what do you call a junkie that just ODed?' 'You call that baked turkey.' He sighed again and stepped out onto his small balchony. The hight made his head swirl and his stomach unfold. He vomited again intot he black street below. There were people down there. But they did not look healthy. Of course, he wasn't the perfect judge. They were all probably illusions cause from the leftover stuff in his system. But they lurched. People didn't lurch. Esrie walked back into the his frontroom to find the door unhinged. He hadn't heard it open... It looked like a forced entry. He hadn't heard any kind of struggle. Illusions... All of it was an illusion. A hallucenation. He was probably higher than he thou- Zombie- "Gwaaahhhh...." Esrie jumped and watched the world swim before his eyes. Something was in his apartment. It looked so real, but was probably another hallucenation. Zombies weren't real. It walked over to him and grabbed his arm. Esrie jerked it away and idly walked back into the kitchen for more balogna. He looked at his wrist to see thin scratchmarks there. A was puzzled. Hallucenations weren't supposed to hurt. It lurched at him again. Esrie grabbed a knife and slashed at the thing. His mind reeled from the movement and sent him sprawling to the ground. The zombie jumped on him. He raised his hand to ward off the creature, and was savagely bitten. Esrie screamed and satbbed the creature in the face. It twitched, seemingly to want to try and bite the human again, and collapsed. Esrie pushed it off, mesmerised by his bleeding hand.
Domon
Ancient Chinese artifacts, 17th century royalty furniture and other things were on display here but there was no Erik which was starting worry Leon seeing as how that journal he found mentioned something deadly on the second floor. He sighed again in anixety if he didn't find Erik he was going to lose his mind he swore. After a few more displays Leon saw something he dreaded seeing, a pool of blood. He walked closer to the blood and knelt down to feel it, it was dry and old, obviously the previous victim was nearby and now Leon was getting even more worried. Leon looked around by found nothing except little blood droplets, he knelt down to feel one but then he saw that it was a pawprint! He readied his gun just to be on the safe side, he didn't trust whatever was coming up now. The exhibits seemed to go on forever until he finally saw a door he reached out with a gloved hand but the door burst open and out toppled Erik with a look of sheer terror, he stood up and started babbling until Leon smacked him. "Now slow down and tell me." Leon said rather pissed but Erik looked at him still terrififed. "Killer bunnies, saw the body and them eating it. Gotta get out of here....Here they come!" He pointed to the left of Leon, the cop looked that way and saw what looked like thirty of deformed rabbits with large front teeth and blood red eyes. "On the count of three run. 1...2....3!!!" With that Erik took off running for the door and Leon followed except he was firing off his shotgun and taking out the beasts quickly and easily. They were fast, too fast, they had to be another biproduct of the T-Virus. Just as Erik hit the door Leon did too they bolted through and slammed the door shut and managed to lock it from their side. "We need to warn Hans about this and we need to get out of here." Erik nodded as they bolted up the stairwell and up to the third floor, as they opened the door they heard Hans' gun going off, great something was on the third floor too.
silpheedpilot
Hans stood there with a grin on his face. The round pounding into a sort of rabbit creature. The rounds pounded fiercely into its head as Hans walked close and closer to get a better aim. He lowered the weapon after all bullets had be used. Hans stared at the mutilated was-face of the rabbit "thing". He kicked it to make sure it was dead, and it was as dead as dead could ever get. He flipped the switch on the magazine release and it dropped to the floor, he pulled the other magazine out of his pocket and latched it into place in the gun. He bendt down and picked up the other clip, he stuck it in his pocket and stepped over the dead bunny rabbut "thing" and walked on. He heard a burst of steel behind him and turned around to see Erik and Leon standing there at the 3rd level doorway. Hans:Whats wrong? Leon:Are you alright? We heard gunfire. Hans pointed his gun at the dead rabbit and shook his head. Hans:Took one full magazine to put it down! Damn thing just kept coming. Erik slided behind Leon and peeked out from the side. He squinted at the ghastly sight of the rabbit's head. Hans turned around and began walking away. Hans:I still have a little more to check around here. Leon:Right. Hans gave a slight wave and ran off in the other direction. He ran down a display showing Marvels of the 20th Century. He saw a Cash Register, A manakin holding a credit card. Or was it a credit card at all? He looked closer and it seemd different then a credit card, it wasn't Visa, or Mastercard..It was..Elevator Entrance Card.1 Hans grinned and yelled to Leon that he had found the keycard. Leon and Erik ran to where he was and Hans was pointing at the "fake" credit card. Hans:Someone who thought of that must've been smart. Stand back now. Hans lifted his MP40 and shot three rounds into the glass. It cracked, and split, then it shattered. Hans, Leon and Erik covered shielded their eyes as the glass came down. Hans stepped up into the display case and took the card. He stuck it in his coat pocket and jumped down. Hans:Alright...Lets go to the elevator! Kei
Claire ran down a dark alleyway, panting hard. She splashed through a shallow puddle and looked around for any signs of movement. "How in hell could we have gotten separated this easily?!" It was true. Somehow, in all the melee, she, Chris and Rebecca had went opposite directions and were now nowhere near each other. Claire cursed under breath and keep running, eventually coming out on a main street. Looking around, she didn't see any sign of anything, living or un-dead. She cautiously stepped out of the shadows and walked slowly in order to catch her breath and take in her surroundings. She appeared to be in a slum neighborhood, by the looks of the apartments around her. Trash was everywhere on the street and many of the lamplights were broken. "Just my luck. There's a ton of places for one of those freaks to hide on this street, and I had to walk straight into it. It may just be easier to go back the way I came..." But as she turned around, she came face to face with an old friend. A large mutant Doberman had been sneaking up on her this whole time. Slowly, Claire reached to grab her shotgun, only to find that is wasn't there. "You've got to be kidding me! I lost it?!" The sudden sound caused the Doberman to start, and it immediately began advancing on her. "Nice, evil mutant dog." she said while backing away, all the time thinking how she was supposed to get out of this one...
Sui Generis
Chris ducked into another alley way. Somehow he had avoided the mass of zombies that utterly enveloped the rest of the crew. He had no idea where they were but he had one thought...survive. He would be no good to them if he was dead on the street somewhere. He checked his pistol and slowly ran his hand over his knife's handel to boost his confidence. He continued walking through the alley. Broken glass and trash covered the street. Death seemed to be walking beside him in the alley way. The smell was sickening, dried blood. An all to familiar smell that he could never seem to get used to. Chris jerked his head to the side as he heard a silent shuffle. He scanned the alley way looking for anything moving. A moan came from inside a building, followed by a very hollow thud. They were trying to get out. Chris whipped his knife out. He knew the knife was the weakest thing to fight a zombie with aside from his bare hands but it was his prime defense, use the gun for bigger foes. Another moan came from the end of the alley way. Soon four zombies were shuffling towards Chris. Chris looked around frantically knowing that going back would lead him to a horde of zombies, and he didn't want to go into any buildings just yet. He sighed and gripped his knife. He would attack them using his momentum as an advantage. Chris ran as hard as he could towards the zombies, who didn't even pause to consider their rushing opponent. The only thought that entered their mind was...blood. Chris lept into the air raising his foot in front of him and landed a kick in a zombies chest toppling the zombie over. Chris landed on the zombie and quickly spun and kicked another zombie. There was no way he was going to attempt to kill these guys, that would take to long. Simple knock them down and run. Not the most courageouse thing he had to admit but he'd live, for now. The third zombie lunged at Chris only to find its arm sitting on its companion. Chris noticed the hesitation in the zombie and took off running straight from where the zombies came, praying there wouldn't be any more waiting for him.
Walnut
Kilie starked along the streets, feeling rather fed up. The live thing had fled and left her to panic as those not-so-dead dogs came to avaenge their now dead cousin. She paused, there was another sound...something unusal. Another live-thing? She hurried down the street and saw Chris running away from a rather large group of the not-so-dead things. He charged past and one of the quicker ones nearly caught him up. Kilie leaped at it savagely and tore the beast in two...not for food this time though, this was hatered and anger and revenge for everything. She turned to the others, brashing its head. She spoke in a high pitched tone that could not be understood by any living thing. The things backed off...not liking her but keeping within range of the live thing. "Get up, live thing. Threat won't last. Get up!" she said, without turning around.

Sui Generis
OOC: No offense Wind Master but that is partially your fault. To post in an RPG your require more description, more depth, and more feelings in your posts. Also it was supposed to take awhile to get to the church not the first post. BUt for your first RPG you did ok, keep working at it. Chris stopped as what was happening finally registered into his mind. He ran through the events that had just un-folded quickly enough. He had a horde of zombies behind them then they stopped, he turned around to say something fighting them. It was certainly undead and affected by the virus yet...it was attacking the zombies. Chris was thankful for the service and he didn't care what she was as long as she was against the zombies. Suddenly two other forms entered the picture, the two dogs that were already after the girl. Chris took out his knife and ran beside Kilie to intercept the dogs' course. One of the dogs jumped into the air and without hesitation Chris brought his knife in at an arc letting the blade pass through the dogs neck. Chris quickly used his shoulder and hit the now decapitated creature to the left where it would be out of the way. The second dog growled for a moment then ran in attack from the ground. Chris dropped down and did a sweep kick, knocking the dog off balance, then stabbed it in its side with the knife repeatadly. Finally the dogs body fell limp and he turned to face the zombies that stayed back respectively for the creature at his side. Chris took the break in the action to figure out what was going on. He studied the scene for a moment and understood. The zombies didn't want such an eluring piece of meat get a way yet they themselves didn't want to fall prey. The creature standing next to him ate the zombies, or atleast was their natural enemy. Zombies weren't exactly the smartest things (seeing as how half their brains were rotted away anyways) and if they backed up from a foe then the foe had to be mighty, Chris knew that. Shall we? Chris smiled at the creature as he jestured towards the zombies. At first she did not fully realize what this strange man was talking about but suddenly understood his meaning. A smile crossed her lips and she nodded. Chris clutched his knife tightly swearing that the knife would be all he needed till he met up with the others. The zombies sat there obliviose to what was going on and what was about to happen, all they wanted was food. The two grinned then Chris let out a yell and they both charged in at the zombies with the fury of the demons themselves on their heals. The two, working together, made short work of the zombie horde and Chris smiled as the creature tore the last one in half. Sure her fighting style was a bit gruesome yet no matter what she always seemed to maintain a grace when ripping zombies limb from limb. Chris chuckled slightly with that thought in mind. The creature bent down and grabbed a part of a zombie savoring the taste and devouring the thing. Chris let the creature finish its feast before he said anything. Hello, my name is Chris. Thanks for the help!
Walnut
Kilie enclined her head and ripped away a piece of skin, before quickly gluping it down. "No problem, they not-so-dead no more. They dead" She scrambled away from them and hopped over the last one turning back around to face him, tilting her head once again. Chris stared at her and smiled, "What's your name?" he asked. It sounded a stupid question, but if she was going to help him get through this then maybe it might be handy to know what to call her. Kilie twisted her head around and a frown sort of appeared on her face, but it was slightly hard to tell with all the mutation she had gone through. A faint memory occured, someone calling her by a name. It sounded right for her, "Kilie" she said, gently scratching an ear. "Kilie? Nice name" said Chris smiling even more. "More come after them," she indercated the how dead not-so-dead things. "Where you want to go? I know this place well, I know where not-so-deads don't go"
