[i] Men have polluted the waters of this world for many centuries and still pollute for many more to come. It has become poisonous and a danger to drink. So many diseases and new forms of bacteria now dominate the waters. The creatures living in these waters are forced to either adapt, move on or die. Among these creatures are what we have so lovingly named, Mermaids though they do not all look as beautiful or as fragile as legends claim. They have hidden from us and have done their best to accept our race. But now it's become to much. Not standing up to the humans has lead them near extinction and now there's no turning back. What they need to breath is now to far gone to live in. They must move on or parish, leaving their homes for the more deeper and uncharted parts of the sea. Creatures that have never been seen by a living being and those that only appear in myth's live down there. There are more dangers in the sea than what first meets the eye?

As you move on lower and lower into the depths you hear strange swish and feel a vibration in the water. ?Everybody stay together! Be ready, there?s something ahead?, your leader warns. He swim?s ahead and disappears in the darkness. You all pull together, silent and fearful. There is a sudden snap and a cry for help. Long rubber like tentacles, thicker and larger than u have ever seen dart out and snatch at the party. Panic breaks out. The few that try to defend are grabbed and dragged in and the rest (including u) scatter and swim as far as u can. Blinded by your instinct to get away you do not realise that you?ve separated from everyone. You are alone and not lost in the deep caverns of the ocean with nothing but your goggles to see with (most have not yet adjusted to the dark surroundings) and your thoughts to accompany you?

Bio: Dispite the fact that the shark breed have been mistrusted though often used as gaurds' men, Talia's father was the well respected leader of this party, who is now lost to the great kraken that had attacked. She is nothing like him. No leadership skills and not nearly as good in combat. She speaks her mind, needs company and has a fear of the dark.
Weapon: A cross bow tied to her right arm which shoots two arrows and a short spear.

Apperance: Hapolo has green hair and nut-brown skin. Usually wears a plain tunic and pants made out of special seaweed, the uniform of a ranger. Has fins along his arms and legs. Totally black eyes that see pretty far.Has no mouth absorbs food through skin and speaks telepatically.

Bio: Hapolo has been a Ranger since he was 16 and usually scouts ahead before people pass by with all the other rangers. He doesn't remember much about his parents because they left him when he was only a baby. Hapolo has been hardened by that and hardly lets anyone get close to him.

Bio: C.A. has just reffered to herself by her inentionals since she was about 6. Her full name is Carol Angela Hreie. But no one has called her Carol since her parents died when she was 6. When she was 7 she got hit in the eye with an arrow and so she is blind in her left eye. She is of the dolphin race. But even though her race is thought to be gental they will fight for what the beleive is right. She speaks when she feels like it is nesscary..but that is not often. She is reffered to as "Cold-At-Heart" people used CAH her inotials to make that line...cold..

The Dorsal Fin of a Swordfish starts at the bottom of his neck and stops where the fish skin starts. His skin colour is black with a white underbelly and yellow stripes on his back. Oh ya! He has pure blue eyes.
[b]Bio:[/b] When the polluting got bad all of his race couldn't take it and died. But before his Mother passed away she gave him to a family of Sharks who took him in and protected him from the Pollution.

I'm not sure what ur really asking but, we are generally going to play from the perspective of a merperson. So yeah, in a way we are.
