RPG .hack//reality (changed to avoid confusion)

Enix looked around and saw a player that looked like a cat tied up in chains. They saw a girl infront of the statue. "Do you think she works with the virus" enix asked. "I don't know" nitsu said. Enix held up his staff and shot a beam of energy at the chains but they didn't break. Chains started comeing from the wall to get him to. He taped the end of his staff and a shield came up to defend him along with the others."Well it seems that if we try any thing well end up like him" crim said. Enix looked around and saw a long arm comeing. The persion ran up to the player wraped up in chains and cut him loose.
"Hey yago nice time for you to come" enix said. "Ya I know. Let's get out of here before those doors close" yago said picking up the persion and ran. They ran to the doors as they closed. Enix was the last one out so he jumped as the door closed. "So who is this" nitsu asked. "This is yago. He one of the people that I told you that wont fight but will make some programs to help" enix said. "How did you know we were here" crim asked. "On of our little army" members told me tha some thing strange was happening here" yago said. "So who is this guy any ways" yago asked. "We don't know. He was in there when we got there" enix said.

[Squall]

Let me tell you right now, if you base this on the show, you'll be very screwed coming up.

Gene hung limp from his chains. The electricity had stopped as soon as the other person was cut down. The chains slackened and Gene fell to the floor. The stench of burning skin filled the air. Japaneese engravings burned into his back and showed through his jacket. The symbols were etched onto his wrists and ankles. He slowly rolled onto his back, blood dripping from his mouth.

Enix: Did that statue just move?

Enix and the others waited around the man, now looking at the statue. With a faint rustling the man had dissapeared.

Yago: Where'd he go?

The man lay on the roof, gasping for air. "W-what the hell was that?" He looked down at a symbol now engraved on his wrist. (contradicting Gene's) "what the hell is this?" His wrist dropped to the side and he lay silently.

Enix: Hmm? I got a message. It's Ijimeru. Mac Anu, ten minutes.

Gene stumbled home, a miny keyboard sticking out of his pocket. He didn't know exactly what he was doing, his train of thought came like someone was talking to him. The sky darkened and it started to rain. Here's what entered Gene's mind:

[i] The rain fall's like icy pitchforks, straight from the devil's heart. The people around scatter like there is no tomorrow. You ignore the rain and stay focused on getting home, and into the world. nothing else matters, your so far past the point of no return, you don't even remember what it looked like when you passed it. [/i]

Gene finally got home and stumbled into his room, his computor screen glowing a pale green.

Nitsu: What's this black thing on your back?

Ijimeru entered the root town to find the other's waiting for him. Oddly enough, the charicter reflected him on the real world. His pants were torn around the ankles, revealing the black symbols and a rope burn the chains left. His sleves were torn the same. His hair was messy and, for anyone who could smell it, he gave off the slight aroma of burning flesh.

Enix: What happened?
Ijimeru: It doesn't matter what happened to me as much to the two worlds. the real world and this world connected, I saw it.

Kara: We kinda guessed that. What are these? *points at burns left on his wrists.

Enix: And what's that smell?

Ijimeru:...this meeting was a mistake.

He pushed himself on the grassy mound they were sitting on and walked out of the puchigos ranch.

[T man]

Enix started thinking about what happened to ijimeru. "So what do you think happened" crim asked. "It could be that what ever happened to that player that we found happened to him while he was gone" yago said. "Well if that's true I want you to go tell the others and talk to the rest of the hackers to see if they could find any connection" enix said. "Well see what we can find. I'll report back if we find any thing" yago said. Enix nodded and yago left.
"So what can you tell us about that player you found" subaru asked. "Not much. When we found him he was tied up in chains. Enix tried breaking the chains but no thing happened to them" nitsu said. "Then how did you get him out" siroken asked. "Yago broke threw it with one of his programs. The programs he makes break others" enix said standing up. "I'm heading back to that church to look around. If any thing happens tell me" enix said as he left.

Kara: this shouldn't have happened. The virus is growing stronger, There was a hole that connected the worlds, but it wasn't that big. It's growing too strong, we have to move, now.
Enix: I'll send a message to all the fighters we have.
Kara: we have to move as soon as they get here.

Enix: alright, everyone's here.
Kara: let's go.
Kara: (to the fighters) You all Know why you are here, to protect the world from the virus. You all know the risks, and what would happen, if we should fail. Are you prepared to risk your life for the good of the world, and it's players?
All: Yes!
Kara: Are you prepared to face the unbeatable, and destroy it?
All: Yes!
Kara: Then let's go!
Crim: your really good at that.
Kara: It runs in the family.
They move to the place where kara used to go, there is now a huge monster, and it looks nothing like it did before.
Ijimeru: This is the virus?
Kara: no, this is the weakest spred of the virus. we will have to kill much stronger monsters before we can actually reach the source.
Crim: well, here we go.

[T man]

"We'll it's time to see if yago and the others pulled through" enix said. He nodded to a heavy blade and a long arm. There weapons glowed and they charged at the unbeatable. As they cut through it it broke apart. "It seems like they pulled through" crim said. "I have the same type of program for me, nitsu, valiant and siroken. The one they made is higher up. Mine increases with time. The one yago and the others made will increase more in battle each time" enix said as they continued. "I wonder what will happen when we reach the end and fight the virus" enix though.

[Squall]

[i] Ijimeru, this is a waste of your time. Their souls are covered with the flesh of fallen angels. Gate out. Chosen Hopless Nothingness. [/i]

Ijimeru sheathed his sword. "Gotta go."

Kara: Wait, there may be m-

It was too late as Ijimeru dissapeared.

[i] The monster's, they will suffice. Your luck holds true. All war is is luck and chaos, anybody who belives otherwise is a fool. [/i]

Ijimeru ran throught the feild, coming across two cenotuars. [i] They are worthy. [/i]

two players on puchigos trotted across the feild, preparing to gate out. "I can't belive it's closed. just when I get the code, too."

"I know what you- what's that?"
A heavyblade charged them, guised in shadows. the only thing that could be seen were his eyes, wich glew a light blue. He jumped and span in the air, hacking away at the rider. Instead of turning gray and fading away, she lay in a pool of her blood. "Oh my god!"

Ijimeru killed the first cenotuar with ease, the human part fading away. The second one reared on it's hind legs, readying it's spear. He threw his sword and the head rolled to the ground.

[i] they give you the gift of speed. [/i]

Both the players were dead. The heavyblade trotted off on a puchigos, towards the dungeon.

Enix: Hmmm?

a message appeared, the picture was a blurred white haired player, going by Aur@

Enix got a strange message that he couldn't under stand. "Hey yago. Can you and the others give me a hint about what this says" enix asked as he sent the message. He waited as the message was passed to the other four hackers that weren't with them. "It kind of sounds like it's saying aura, great distroyer, captive, please help" yago said in the message enix got. "Is there any way to trace it" enix asked as he looked around. "Our closest guess is it's from one of the net slums but other than that we can't tell" yago said. "Keep a eye on the others. I'm going to look around and see if I can find the source of the message" enix said. As he finished sending the message he got ready to leave. "I'll be leaving for awhile. Some thing came to me and I need to check it out" enix said to the others.
The others nodded as he headed to the entrance to see if any one would enterfere with his search. As he looked around he saw two dead players with a puchigos. He pulled out some food that he had with him and tossed it in the air. The puchigos came running and started eating the food. "What can you tell me about the one who killed those two" enix asked. "A heavy blade player came by and killed them. The player then rode off on the puchigos that was with me" the puchigos said. "Can you take me after the player and how fast can you run because I need to look for some one soon" enix asked. "It depends on if you have some more food with you" the puchigos said. "I'll give you half now and the rest once we find him" enix said taking out more food. After it finished eating enix got on and rode after the player.

[Squall]

Ijimeru entered the dungeon. As soon as he entered, he was greated by a thunderhammer monster. He charged and attacked, but a large sheild appeared.

"You are in direct violation of code 002. Your charicter will be deleted and..."

The monster hissed and roared at him. Ijimeru's sword was encircled with a screw-like wind, that peirced the sheild and into the monster's skull.

[i] time is against you. The floor feels like rotting cardboard, breaking at any wrong step. Your choice vanishes, and you have nowhere to go but down. [/i]

Ijimeru pointed his sword at the ground and the same drill blasted it open. He jumped down without giving any thought at all.
Enix burst in, his staff pointed ahead of him. On the ground lay a dead moderator and a hole. "Oh geeze." He jumped down the hole as well.

Ijimeru landed on the lower level and sprinted into the next room.
[i] Somebody behind you is breathing down your neck. Avoid sight at all caosts. [/i]

Kara turned around, as if sensing something.
Kara: tsukasa, you sense that?
Tsukasa: yeah, what is it?
Kara: It's Ijimeru, the virus has taken him, I think when he got pulled into the world from real life, it somehow gained control and has been trying to control him. we have to hurry, there isn't much time.
Subaru: But what about enix?
Kara: he will be abel to find us, let's go.



(sorry this is so short, i'll fix it, but i gotta go now)

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Arika looked to the others as they ran off. She brought thoughts to herself.[/i]

"Where in hell are they going? Oh, ****. Ijimeru got sucked in. No wonder they're going. Better follow."

[i]Arika looked to them and followed behind. She caught up with Kara and ran with her.

As they ran, Arika looked back to see what was happening, suddenly a great shadow appeared out of nowhere and pulled itself into the world which Arika, Kara, Subaru, Enix, and Tsukasa were. Arika gasped and ran faster. Kara and the others stared on in confusion. They heard a deep rumbling and looke back. The shadow was starting to speed up on them.

They soon caught up to Arika. Arika hacked a protection spell that protected her and the others from any harm as they ran.[/size][/color]

[T man]

Enix looked around because he felt some thing. "Yago what's going on back there" enix asked. "We're losing track of you. Some thing is interfereing with our coniction. We'll see what we can do about the others because it seems like there being chased by some thing. Sorry enix but it seems you on your own for a while" yago said. "Well it looks like i'm on my own for a while untill the others show up or some one finds this place" enix said raising his staff. The orb in his staff started glowing white. The room was filled with light.
It looked like a normale dungon to enix. He walked through the door he saw and tapped the end of his staff to the ground to see if any thing happened and it lite up with light to. As he walked in and looked around he saw that there were pillars in the room. "I wonder what's this room's for" enix thought. As he looked around a small tornado of wind came at him. He raised his staff and a shield reflected it. As he got ready to fight the staff's orb turned white.

[Squall]

Uh, just to say, Tsukasa's unconcience

[i] Lucifer shows himself. You are the lone hero, the decendent of Azreal. The battle begins. [/i]

Ijimeru peeked beside the pillar and saw a vile fork tongued demon. He charged, and even in the light he remained guised in the shadow. "HRAAAA!" Ijimeru lept and readied himself to dive on Enix. Enix manedged to jump back in time to avoid the sword's point.

Enix: Are you nuts?! What are you-
Ijimeru's voice was split and doubled. "Crawl back into the shadows!" The wind drill blew again, and Enix threw himself out of the way. The wall behind him erupted and bricks flew in every direction.

Enix: What do I do?

[T man]

"He's seriously lost it" enix thought as another blast of wind came at him and it the pillare he was behind. "If fighting him brings him out of this then so be it" enix thought as a tornado of wind broke threw the pillare. As he ran he spun his staff around in his hand. A ring of wind started forming around the staff as it spun. As he stoped spinning the staff and aimed it at ijimeru. The ring launched at ijimeru but he jumped over it.
"Luckily that ring is set to keep bounceing untill it hits the target and luckily it won't hurt any one except the target" enix thought as he ducked from a swing from ijimeru's sword. The ring hit ijimeru in the back knocking him down. Enix started spinning his staff again as he ran and hid behind another pillar. "Hopefully this is strong enough to knock him out and not kill'em" enix thought as a ring of fire started around the staff. He saw ijimeru get up so he took aim.

[Squall]

[i] The ring of abyss. It's cold black gaze sets upon you. [/i]

A ring of fire blasts it's way from Lucifer and knocks Ijimeru into the ground. He jumps up and shakes his head. Ijimeru charges and tries to spear the demon. He misses and his sword is stuck in the wall. The demon walks close, his fork tongue buldging out of his mouth. Ijimeru backhands him and knocks him into the wall. His sword comes loose and he readies it to block another ring. The ring pierces his sword and he is sent into the far wall. His eyes blurred as the demon paused. He took a moment to regain his composure and rolled to the side.

With another wind drill he knocked the demon into the wall, a tingle of triumph on it's slide down.

[T man]

"I guess i'll need to use the next strongest one I have" enix said as he started spinning his staff again. This time lightning started around the staff. He launched it at ijimeru. He tried defending against it but it still got him. He was paralyzed for a couple of seconds untill the fire ring from before hit him. Ijimeru got up and sent another wind attack at him. Enix brought up a shield and sent it back but ijimeru dogded it.
"I realy hate to do this to ya but it seems like I gotta" enix said. He started spinning his staff again. A ring of lighting, wind and fire started around the staff. He fired the rings. Ijimeru ran but the rings followed him. The rings hit him and the started spinning around him. He was hit from all side and he droped to the ground as the ring dissapered. "Hope fully it's over now" enix said charging up a energy shot.

[Squall]

Ijimeru felt as though he was going to be torn apart. The rings held him down, thrashing himat every second. He slowly reached for a Sprite Orcerania, but a ring knocked his hand away. He searched the room for Lucefer, but found that everything was slowly melting away. Everything faded into darkness, except a small girl's giggling...

His eyes slowly opened. He was in a small familliar room. The dirt floor and pillars were lit by a small window. His head throbbed violently as he gazed at the door, which was permenently sealed. Ijimeru felt like all the energy had been torn out of him and spilled over the ground. He gazed up at the green fly-like insects as he slowly closed his eyes.

Enix looked around. The rings had disintigrated as Ijimeru vanished. He scratched his head in bewilderment and looked around. "Where'd he go?"

[T man]

"At least it's over" enix said to him self. He cheked him self over and noticed the orb on the end of his staff was still whight. "I wonder why it's still like this" enix thought. He decided to go looking around the room. There weren't any doors except the one he came through. As he looked around he noticed a panel on one of the coloums. He pressed it and a door opened in the wall behind him. "I wonder what's in there" enix thought as he walked into the door.
As he came in he saw a round stone floating in the center of the room and some one next to it. The persion dissapered before enix could get a better look. "I guess I should find out what this is" enix thought reaching his hand out to take the stone. The stone flew right into his hand. "Yago is the connection back" enix asked as he left the room. "Ya it's back. So what happened in there" yago asked. "I got into a fight and found this stone. Can you tell me any thing about it" enix asked. "Sorry but from our scans we can't tell you any thing" yago said. "O.k then. I'm going back after the others" enix said before he warped to the others.

Enix arrived to the warriors struggling with a monster, kara, who had a shield up to protect the fighters, seemed to be running low on energy, and they had still managed only to weaken the monster.
Kara: We have to hurry, my shield won't hold out for much longer.
Crim: I don't understand, we beat all the others like this.
Tsukasa: Then this must be...
Kara: Yes, The final protector.
The shield goes down as Kara collapses. Crim moves to protect her, while Tsukasa and Subaru go to help.
Tsukasa: You okay?
Kara: Yeah, I just don't have any energy left.
Subaru: Can you stand?
Kara: I think so.
She tries to get up, but falls back down.
Kara: Guess not.

[T man]

"Hold on kara. I'll heal us" enix said. He held up his staff and they were healed. "So what are we going to do about this monster" crim asked. "Who realy knows. If we can't beat it like the others we'll have to do it another way" enix said. He decided to get ready to fire a ring at the monster but the stone he found started glowing. He took the stone out and it was glowing red. The stone started floating and fused with the orb on his staff. The orb on the staff turned dark red in a flash of light. "I wonder how that'll help" enix thought. The monster came to attack them but a shield came up. "Let's see if the stone helped" enix said as he aimed his staff at the monster and a wave of power came from it and pushed the monster back.
It hit a wall and fell to the ground. "Enix what's going on in there. We detected a huge power source" yago said."I think that was me. The stone I found fused with the orb on my staff" enix said looking at the others. The others just stared at him. "So where did you get that stone any ways" nitsu asked. "Well I got it after fighting ijimeru" enix said. "Why were you fighting him" subaru asked. "Quit frankly I think he's lost it. He's all ready killed two players, a moderator and he tried to kill me" enix said. The others had nothing to say. "Hope fully I wont have to fight him again" enix said preparing to fight if another enemy came buy.

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Arika stood along, away from the others. Sensing something following them, she backs away a few feet and counts down, when something will rage from the ground up, being about 30 feet tall.[/i]

"Three, two, one."

[i]Subaru looked over and wondered what she was counting down about, and suddenly felt the ground moving.

Out of the ground appeared a large bear-like creature that was about 7 feet tall, with large claws, big teeth, extremely great strength, and...really bad breath.[/i][/color]

"What is that thing? Arika! Don't get to close!"
[color=ff66cc]"Don't worry, it won't hurt me...too much."

[i]Arika jumped into the air and did a back flip and landed among the others. She stood there in a fighting position with the others.[/i]

"This creature is probably one of the admins' creatures...a faulty fake."[/color]

[i]Crim looked to her with amazed eyes, as if to say[/i][/color]

"A faulty [i]FAKE[/i]? What are you, NUTS? That creature is a creation of the admins, therefore NOT a faulty fake!"
[color=ff66cc]"Heh. Calm down. It's a cruel, cruel joke. Are you ready to take on this creature, though?"[/size][/color]

[Squall]

Once again, Tsukasas out cold.

Ijimeru stood up, his eyes heavy and his body drained. "Where am I?" As if called upon, the memory of Tsukasa talking to Subaru in that room flashed through his mind. He stumbled to the doorway and tried to push it open. It didn't budge, so Ijimeru pointed his sword at it. A drill of wind thundered against the door, until it collapsed. [i] My attack was never that powerful before. What is going on? [/i] The hallway before him was nothing like it used to be. It was a wide dirt hall leading to daylight. "Hmm? I may want to report this... *starts to write a message* ...Had the weirdest adventure... A devil thing named Lucifer... weird cenatuars and a thunderhammer with a sheild... don't know where I am... any ideas?... feel like superman on kryptonite... send. That should do it. Now," Ijimeru sheathes his sword and, just to make sure, taps on his VR goggles. He gives a sigh of relief and starts on his way out.

OOC: *shrugs* I'm kinda hoping this thread continues, I really like .hack... anyways I'm still here, and if this really does flop, expect another .hack thread in the close future for those of you who didn't wnt this thread to die.

Enix and the other players raised there staffs as the others dashed at the monster and started cutting it up. Once enix and the others charged up a blast they all fired knocking the monster over. The monster started fadine away. "Shall we continue then" enix asked as he started walking. The others followed him. After a couple of minutes they herd foot steps. They all turned around and saw ijimeru. "Hi guys. Did I miss any thing after I left" ijimeur asked. His responce was every one raising there weapons and aiming them at him.
"I guess I did mess some thing" ijimeru said getting nervius. "You killed two player, a moderator and tried to kill me" enix said with his staff still raised. "The only things I faught were centaures, a strange monster and a strange demon called lucifer that launched some strange rings at me" ijimeru said. "The people you killed were players riding puchigos, a moderator infront of a locked dungeon and the so called demon you faught was me you knuckle head. The question now is what should we do with you" enix asked.

[Squall]

"What to do with me? I feel like I'm laking to a bunch of juges. Now you know I wouldn't-" He tried to walk forward and everyone tensed. "...I see. I'd love to stick around for the verdict, but I gotta go." He said in a calm tone. A second later he gated out before anyone could stop him. He reappeared in Dun Loriag and went to relax in the grunty fields.
[i] They know I'm not a killer. They just want somebody to blame... come to think of it, all those monsters were out of roman mythology, not The World... this is way too confusing. [/i]

~Real World

The computor class went on as normal, until two girls collapsed in their chairs. Sirens and panic filled the air...
