Shippo
Its finnally over! I really enjoyed it. I persoanlly thought Dave Mordall was the funniest... but i cant beleive
Dat Phan!
won! t was really un-expected I was just wondering what everyone else thought about it... Gohan Egret
I seriously with no doubt in my mind thought
Ralphie May
was going to take it, considering
Dat Phan
had to re-use jokes from his last head-to-head battle. Heck, in his last performance (last night) he used the jokes *again*! But, I guess it came down to the fact that most voters saw the last episode, rated who was the funniest from that show, and that is who won. My order from the final episode was...
Ralphie, Dat, Rich, Cory, Tess
I was pretty close...;)
LostProphet
Dat Phan
reused the Kung-Fu joke back to back. I personally was going for
the fat man, Ralphie May
. He was cool, and he never reused his jokes. Oh Well....America voted for the keeper, and it looks like we're all wrong
Transtic Nerve
The older woman with the daughter I thought was the funniest, ofcourse I've seen her several different times. Dat Phan was my second choice. Why? Simply because he a) has a funny name b) is Asian and c) is proud of it. Asian people, to me make the best comedians. I love Margaret Cho.... Asian harritage is so different from what many Americans are used to, and the right comedian will make fun of it, alot. He's really good though. I think he's got alot of potential. The fat guy I liked, except he yelled alot. He was angry and he didn't do it in a funny way. Lewis Black does anger in a funny way, the fat guy didn't. Alhough a week ago when he walked out and said "If I put on all black and walk outside, I'll explode" i started cracking up. I thought it was hilarious, then he went into his ranting. I missed the black ladies rutine so I really can't say much bout her, but I'm sure she was funny.

Shinmaru
It doesn't bother me at all that Dat Phan won and Ralphie May lost. Like TN said, Ralphie May does angry, but he doesn't do it funny. Lewis Black, George Carlin, and Denis Leary (who, if I may get off topic, will be roasted this weekend, which I'm looking forward to - just to see how he'll react) do angry very funny and Ralphie May just doesn't do it as well. Ryo
Dat Phan is awesome. Its not just that he is funny on stage but he was funny preparing for his jokes and training. But I think that he sometimes wanted to make people feel sorry for him by saying that he was poor and all that other stuff he said about his family. Anyways, Im happy he won and he truly was the funniest.

terra
Yeah ... it was really weird that the winner won. Really weird. I expected Tess to be a lot funnier than she was, actually. Her routine seemed to depend a lot more on grossness and vulgar humor than I would've expected. I thought Corey was actually really funny, even though I hated her personality throughout the show. I probably would've voted for her if I didn't dislike the way she talked about people, mostly Dat. Although Dat was a weirdo throughout the whole show ... What can I say. I'm curious to see the winner's comedy show ...
BlueGender
I thought Ralphie was going to win he seemed like the crowd favorite even though I wanted
Dat Phan
to win.
Dat
love him or hate him always wins the crowd over and thats what really matters I guess. His joke about how a guy asked him if he did Kung-fu in a bathroom was hilarious (both times I heard it). It made me mad how everyone in the house was after
Dat
and when he won I was estatic. Comics Reuse material if a jokes work why not reuse them,
Dat
had to do a routine 4 weeks straight he didn't have as much time to think up new jokes as everyone else and it's not like he reused a whole set he used parts of sets and I dont see anything wrong with that
Gohan Egret
Bah...did anyone see the "Tonight Show" last night? Well, the LCS winner was on the show and, surprise, surprise, he re-used 4 jokes. I mean, come on. The "Tonight Show" gets higher ratings than LCS which translates to a larger audience and a more "national" arena, and you are going to use four of the same jokes again!? That is just sad. Now, I am not saying, "Well, this guy is not funny," but for someone to collect so much data, perform so much research, and claim he "really wants it" yet turns around and rehashes the same stuff is not someone with the passion to be a real comic. Again...bah...
RALPHIE FOREVER!
:p
