Burori Posted August 9, 2003 Share Posted August 9, 2003 please dont get mad at me because i didnt know where to post this. the new yugioh game on gba thats soon coming out (not stairway to destined duels) ive heard has the egyptian god cards. what is your thoughts on this new game? i unfortunatly forgot the name but i hear its coming out next year. i think its going to be the best one yet whats your thoughts? Domon Posted August 9, 2003 Share Posted August 9, 2003 There is a new GBA Yu-Gi-Oh game that is coming out this year in November, but it will not have the God Cards, wishful thinking but it won't happen for quite awhile, if anything the three god cards might be released in the Falsebound Kingdom game for Gamecube Nintendo. Unfortunately right now Konami and Upperdeck have said they don't plan on releasing the god cards in North America but we all know how Konami and Upperdeck tend to be which is they say one thing at one time and then another thing a little later on. Sinister Serpent is a wonderful promo! Power of Chaos won't be having any promos that I know of. And about the new GBA game, the JAPANESE version had the God cards, but the American version will ,more than likely, NOT. Also, it's supposed to kick some serious WWE a** since it's more of an RPG. [/B][/QUOTE] Just because it's called "The Sacred Cards" or whatever, doesn't mean that the God cards will be coming with it. It's just the way it works. Solo Tremaine Posted August 10, 2003 Share Posted August 10, 2003 They've already said that there aren't any plans to release the God Cards in the US, and to do a complete 180 on that would be a silly marketing ploy, ot say the least. Besides, if they did release them they probably wouldn't be playable in tournament Decks anyway- if they're giving something away with a game they're more likely to give something which people are actually going to use. Solo Tremaine Posted August 10, 2003 Share Posted August 10, 2003 It's not so much a matter of making everyone happy, it's making everyone as happy as possible with what they have (and this can apply to the CCG in general, too)- if they want a full directory of cards, they'll have to skip out on gameplay/graphics/things like that in order to compensate. Personally, I'd prefer a game with more gameplay and less cards than a game with all the cards in the world but no decent graphics, hehe :p It'll certainly be updated I'd imagine, but might not be entirely 100% complete, heh. From the clip i saw it looked like anthor dulesest of the rose thing. I don't know a whole lot about it. You start off on either a Kaiba route or a Yugi route. You have three monsters at your disposal to battle with and level up.
