This is based on the first forty episodes, I havent seen more so... yeah. And I would also restrict it to people that has actually watched Naruto.

After passing the chunin exam, Naruto rose to Hokage at the age of 24 by sealing the offspring of the nine-tails fox demon by sacrificing his nine tails fox demon powers. After becoming special Jounin, Sasuke started organization higher than Anbu but not as powerful as Kage, he called it special kage. He started special kage with Aburame Shino, Rock Lee, Hatake Kakashi, Hyuga Hinata, and Hyuga Neji. They have aided Naruto as 5th Hokage. And after marrying Sasuke, Sakura has been Naruto's assistant. But after 2 years of peace after Naruto's rise to Hokage something a new village had been made, and it was set on destroying and conquering other villages. It was the hidden village of steel, they use the element of metal. After taking over the nearest country, hidden village of sand they have combined their abilities and spawned a new age of metal and sand ninja's. At that point in time the other countrys were counting on the fire village. Who will help?

Dokuja no jutsu: mouth fills with a deadly poison, and then he either had the option of spitting it all over his weapon, or attempting to bite his opponent.
Tenje no jutsu: burrow into the ground and attack unsuspecting opponents from undernath.
Description: Green hair and eyes, tatooed with snakes everywhere, fang-like teeth, green vest with pouches to hold no-handle kunai. green camouflage pants with bandages around the ankles and hands, sheath over the back with bokuto.
Bio: Although he claims to come from Nami no Kuni, his mysterious background and his skills with ninjutsu given the fact that Nami no Kuni is extremely poor and has no ninja makes people suspect otherwise. They don't ask questions, because Dokuja is known to have a poison tongue (figuratively, but only outside of combat) He has incredible stamina and chakra control, but he is sort of slow despite his light figure, and has only a few ninjutsu skills. However, he is still quite deadly.

Heh, doesn't Nami no Kuni mean land of the waves..? That one exists, even though it's not seen too much (as far as I've seen)..

-Arms of Flame- Allows Kanta to surround his arms in flame, at least charring everything he touches.

-Shroud of Water- Surrounds Kanta in a mass of gelatin-like water (As in it stands up by itself), protecting him from many long-range attacks.

-Steam combo- (cruddy name, eh?) Combines his Shroud of Water and Arms of Flame techniques to send out a large amount of steam, hiding him effectively.

Description: Wears a typical Jounin uniform, with brown spiked hair and a mask over most of his face.

Bio: As a child, Kanta was near the top of his class. He graduated and became a Jounin, and has taught low-level ninja ever since.

Advanced Sharingan: An advanced form of the sharingan eye. It not only does everything the normal sharingan eye does, it enhances the power, speed, and strength of the ability and Akumatsu adds a flame affect to all of his enhanced moves.
Advanced Speed Taijutsu (( this might be too cheesy)): By sending chakra to the elements around him, he can defy the laws of gravity to speed up his attacks in taijutsu, sending every blow faster, stronger and more effeciant.
Flame katana: By sending elemental flame chakra to his katana, his katana becomes engulfed with flames.
Description: Akumatsu always has his sharingan eyes on because he cant be maxed out by what he copies. Everything physical is similer to sasuke but he has white hair. His clothes are also like sasuke's but his clothes are all black.
Bio: Without revealing that he is truly a member of the Uchiha clan he hid his sharingan which he mastered at the age of 5. Nobody ever noticed him until the chunin exam when he was 9 years old. After leaving the country for a while examening other moves and enhancing them he went back to see his relative Sasuke (which he never talked because of the shock of seeing him) starting a new rank. Once revealing his name to sasuke he still has to take the test.

Sora no Yami (sky of Darkness) surrounds arena in darkness... the area in a 2 block radius is impossibly dark
Hi no Yami (fire of darkness) Black Fire... I huge black fireball comes flyingat the enemy.
Decription: same clothes as Sasuke, but red and his hair is let down
Bio: He stared his training 1 year ago. He is the lowest ranked chuunin in nami no sora. As soon as the bttles started he was ready to fight... especially if it involves his rival ninja from nami no yami...

[COLOR=firebrick][B][U]Jyuken (Gentle Fist):[/U][/B][/COLOR] A form of Taijutsu that uses the flow of chakra to attack the the coil system of the opponent. Just a slight touch can cause extreme damage.

[COLOR=firebrick][B][U]Suna Bunshin (sand clone) :[/U][/B][/COLOR] Creates a clone of sand that can attack the opponent.

[COLOR=firebrick][B][U]Sabaku Sousou (desert graveyard):[/U][/B][/COLOR] Ingulfes the opponent in sand from the ground and air. almost emmeideitnly kills the opponent. *works with desert coffin, so i can use desert coffin.*

[COLOR=firebrick][B][U]Kaze no Yaiba (wind blade) :[/U][/B][/COLOR] Createes a blade from wind. Being created from wind cannot be blocked. doesn't requir a tool.

[COLOR=firebrick][B][U]Suna Sousai Combo (Sand Assansination Combo)[/U][/B][/COLOR]: A an attack where the attacker covers his fist in hardened sand and unleashes a great combo of punches. Can be amplified greatly by using either the Suna Bunshin technique or Jyuken techniques.

[B]Bio:[/B] Funny, nice, and usually very calm. Kenji was an exteremly good student in the Ninja Academy and excelled to Chuunin before the Age of 18. A powerful exponent of TaiJutsu and Wind/Sand GenJutsu and NinJutsu. He quickly mastered some of the most powerful techniques his masters had to offer. He also took up to mastering Jyuken, a powerful form of TaiJutsu that uses the flow of Chakra to attack the inner coil system of the opponent. He is a very dangerous fighter, but fights with a nice smooth flow. Was a very good candidate for Sorakage, but when the Steel Village took over the sand village, he left in anger as he saw his people become evil and heartless. He now searches for other Ninja clans who will help him regain the honour of the Sand Village. He is now cased down by Hunters and is desperatly searching for the Leaf Village.

Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, Water Clones are capable of attacking, except each Clone is 1/10 the power of the original. Also, the clone can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user.

[COLOR=blue]Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Skill)[/COLOR]
A simple but very affective technique. Basically, a huge sheet of mist covers your enemies crippling their senses and creating a good opportunity of attack

[COLOR=blue]Suiton Suijinheki (Water Type; Water Barrier Wall)[/COLOR]
Often used a counter attack to a Fire Type Jutsu, this technique creates a barrier of water expelled from the mouth. The wall can be manipulated by the user to block a single attack or surrond the user.

[COLOR=blue]Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Type; Water Dragon Blast Skill) [/COLOR]
Powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. This Jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water (unless super wicked Ninja)

Description: Nin-Mask, short black hair, brown eyes, pale skin, and black mist unifrom

Bio: Zachi is one of the top Hunter-Nin's of Mist Valley. Zachi is very well skilled in what she dose. Zachi easily passed the test of killing one of her own to get to where she is. Zachi often takes up other jobs for catching missing nins for vallies other the Mist. Once given a job, she will always carry out her mission to the best she can. Zachi rarely talks, and can usually be found training. She is cold, and very cruel in battle, but will do anything to help the ones she cares for.

Skills: Doesn't know very many set attacks, but is excellent with Shurikun. She does know two scrolls:

Art of the Doppleganger: Creates solid likenesses of the target.
Art of the Mists: Controls mist to mask herself or can take the form of mist.

Description: Michiko has wavy black hair with some random small braids. Her eyes are blue, but have been known to change to steely gray when she's angry or turquoise-blue when she's using Art of the Mists. She wears cloth shoes that muffle the sound of her feet, knuckle gloves, a sleeveless turtleneck, a cargo vest full of shurikuns, and baggy black pants. She has a facemask that she only uses when she needs to.
Bio: Michiko comes from a very loving family consisting of her father, mother, and two brothers. She went to the Shinobi Academy so she could protect her family and her friends. However, after the graduation, her friends led her out into the woods and tried to assassinate her because she graduated at the top of the class. Michiko escaped without seriously injuring her friends, but sports scars on her arms because she did not kill them. She wears them proudly, but gets upset if people ask about them.
