just2kawaii
Hey I've never heard of Dragonball GT. Is it like Dragonball Z or wha? Call me Confucius. Lataz, Lisha
Transtic Nerve
short answer... yes. It's the thrid instalment in the DragonBall series. it just continues where Z leaves off. Differnet protangonist, different worlds, different enemies....
pbfrontmanvdp
Like Transtic send, its the third series: First one being Dragonball(DB), second one be Dragonball Z(DBZ), and the third one being Dragonball GT(DBGT). I still think they should have stopped at DBZ but oh well they made a third series. Personally i only thought the Super 17 Saga was the only one worth watching in that series, but others might disagree.
Dragon Fou Lu
although the question has been answered already i will answer it as well: Dragon ball GT is the 3rd series of dragonball Personally i didn't really like any of DBGT, mainly due to the fact that i thought most of the voices were being used over and over again. and for some reason i didn't like the animation much either. :( and i do think they shoulda stopped at DBZ because DBGT makes little or no sense to me. :(
just2kawaii
ohhhhhhh ok. I hope they don't bring it to CN...I don't believe I could stand another dragonball series. Thanks a Bunch, Lisha

Guest Altron Gundam
Oh great, another DB series slaughtered. Anyway, its a pretty good series after ep. 20. Once Babi comes into the series the fighting sequences are WAY faster than DBZ. Ep1-20 are a joke --;
just2kawaii
oh yay...I so wish they'd get off that DB kick.... Thanks, Lisha
SephirothNIN
I liked the Bebi/Super 17 saga as well, but even if the first 20 eps were just mindless adventuring, they should still show it and not just skip them completely (like they are). Everyone's going to be confused when the first ep has kid goku, pan, and trunks suddenly on a metal planet. I mean Goku's a kid throughout DB GT they should at least show the very first ep where that happens.
satan665
I stumbled onto DBGT on the international channel one day and I was instantly hooked. I understand vary little japanese, and there are no subtitles on this version but I loved it anyway. I am a huge DBZ fan so naturally I liked GT. The beginning where they are searching for the dragonballs was great. It was very lighthearted like dragonball. The three villians with the sound-system vests who hypnotized Goku, Trunks and Pan were kust great. I watched all the way to the appearance of SSj4 goku and great monkey baby. i think this is where it fell apart for me. The battle scenes were so tired and old after seeing so many ultimate transformations and dust clouds clearing. It was right at the end of that battle and I stopped watching altogether. Its kinda sad and I don't know if I'll watch the dub eps on CN, but I know I am completely excited about new dagonball episodes. Hooray for young Goku! hey, when in the series is the super 17 saga? animehuman
Dragonball GT is an extension of the Dragonball story. Dragonball is the story of Goku, Dragonball Z is the story of Gohan, which makes Dragonball GT a summary of both. "If the sun rises every day, why can't there be peace everyday?" Blackittenus
I dont's think that I'll ever get tired of ANY series of Dragonball. I luv it, I luv it, I luv it! I mean, the show has 2 be great for a girl to get addicted to it. ^_~
just2kawaii
At one point in time I really liked DBZ, but its so dang repetitive (in my opinion)- Frieza(?) morphs, Cell Morphs, Buu Morphs; Goku gets stronger, stronger, and stronger. The quirks maybe different, but it kinda lacks in originality, don't ya think? I'd love to give GT a shot, but not if it does the same thing DBZ does. hellfire78
ive seen 3 episodes of gt its cool pan does alot of stuff to get her in trouble. she can get realy strong if she gets mad. she gets into a fight with some robots and uses a ki blast that was preety big. goku is turned into a kid and trunks is a teenager because obviously its ten years later.
