I beleive that the moon landing actually happened but because the astornouguts have claimed to have seen UFOs, I think that the actual footage shows some UFO activity so it was remade in a Holywood studio to cover up what was seen, but this would really only cover the very first moon landing witch appers to be the most suspicouse one of them all and if you look very carefully you can see what appears to be a man wearing a baseball cap in the reflection of a helmet, the other landings after this are indeed real.

I have to agree wiht the moon landing actualy happening now, and thank God, I didn't really want to believe that man's greates achievement was filmed in a studio.

Someone would have spilled it out now, and if it was a true hoax, do you think the "powers that be" up in the oval office would have let this documentary get made?

I think now that the makers of the film got a NASA guy who didn't know how to refute their claims. As pointed out by Semjaza's website a few posts back, most claims can be refuted easily. Stupid me, of course they'll get this guy who can make them look better, and the now easily refuted conspiracies

If the moon landing was faked, why not simply fake the Mars landing too? there are many people, including myself, anxious to see the Mars landing in our time.

Oh, Shinji. When man finally lands on Mars, I can tell you right now that a group of hairbrained fruitcakes will jump out of the woodwork the day after and declare it to be a government conspiracy.

They will also mention the fact that they have the Roswell aliens stored in their basement, before drawing breath.

Someone somewhere will always think that the Government is pulling a scam on them. Unless people see it IRL for themselves, some of them will always insist it is a lie. And BTW Shinji Ikari.... GET THE BLEDISLOW CUP OF YOUR AVATAR > YOU LOUSY NEW ZEALANDERS GOT LUCKY. WE'LL BE GETTING IT BACK NEXT YEAR YOU CAN BET THE LAST HAIR ON YOUR HEAD!!! SO GET A NEW AVATAR!!. Ok that is all my anger gone now. Cheating All-Blacks. If that stupid ref had given the try 1 out of those two times that we should have had it, then we would have beaten you. I want to wring his scrawny little neck.....

I swear, I dont think any of you have seen a movie. I think the US government EVEN in the 1960's could fake a golf ball flying that far. Also when you sign a confidentiallity with the US government, its probably in your best intresed to not tell, because ITS THE ******* US GOVERNMENT.
Um, no they couldn't. That technology wasn't quite perfected yet. Sure, they had stop motion photography and could do other tricks, but the whole flight of the ball faked? What about when one of the astronauts falls down? Before they figured out how to move on the moon, they kept falling and falling, while the other astronaut would remain in the same speed of slow walking while the other somewhat quickly accelerated to the ground. And when they would kick back and fourth large rocks, and drop them. Sure, it was several times weaker than earths gravity, but they still fell pretty fast, while everything else stayed in the same slow motion. That tech they didn't have. Now for something so rediculess I just have to quote it.

Well, they didn't claim to see UFOs. They claimed to see bright flashes of light zoom across their vision. They didn't mention this until a little while after they reached earth again. I guess that they might have called it UFOs, but scientists soon figured out what caused these things. You see, their theory was that elementry particles, can't remember exact ones, were zooming through the astronauts vision, and would cause them to see a bright sphere zoom past them. Thing was, no 2 astronauts ever saw one of these at the same time. So baffled by these, the scientists at NASA examined the helmits of the astronauts, and found something quite unusual. There were microscopic holes punched into the suits, and helmets. Similar to when a bullet goes through a sheet of metal, there were in and out wholes that seemed to corrospond with eachother. These holes were so small, that a molecule of air couldn't get through (They were, after all, elementry particles. Which is like the smallest thing that we know, except for Nutreanos.). However, when these energy particles flew through the astronauts eyes, which happened often because there were a lot of holes, they would see a seemingly dim light go by at a high speed.

A very complecated explamation for a seemingly stupid question.

Now, If you look at pictures of anything zoomed up, and maybe slightly blurred by pixilation, you could see a whole lot of different things. Ever heard of "All your base are belong to us!"? Well, the zoomed in pictures kinda make a rainbow pixil. The exact same thing could have happened with the pictures.
