Anime Ending of Betterman (spoiler)

What the crap? I'm left lost in the dust. Here's my questions.

1)Why was that one scientist lady the source of Algernon?

2)What was that one baby that the super-soldier carried to the surface?

3)What is the story behind Kankel and the old guy? I thought that they were 2 seperate beings, and that that old guy had died to blow up the Brahman.

4)What happened to the nerd kid after he used the Synaps Attack against Kankel? Suddenly he was talking with Lamia's sister in this ocean like place where they can't move, then they are on the surface after the fight.

5)What happened to that one Pregnant girl and her husband?

That's it. As you can see, I know none of their names!

well i can answer some of your questions for you

(2) Thats was Kiade (sp?) unborn child and Chandi (Super Soilder) Caried it off.

(4) well it went like this, Kchan (nerd kid) did the attack but then Betterman in his final form attack Kankel with his "Phyco Birth" that caues a big exploshon but Betterman made sure to get Hinoki (bettermans "sister") to safety. Not much is none bout about that caues that is were the show ended

(5) Kiade (pregnat girl) and Sho (husband) were fighting somthing (i forgot what) thne Kiade got Algernon and did a Synaps attack on the robot thet were in killing them both

1) well ....she wasn't the only one who was the cause of Algernon, it was also Dr. Umazaki, the Doc guy Asami was talking to with the Limpid channel, Hinoki's dad (Dr. Sai), The Guy who turned into the Braman (forgot his name) and Cactus i think were all apart of the Dive Inspection. Anywho reason being she was apart of the Dive Inspection that was taking place in the Iganta Caves (I think thast where it was).
