*stomps on Emme's back* I tried to believe that, but I have been on food raids for the last one or two weeks. If I go on my special no eating anything diet. I lose about 20 pounds or more in a week. But I can gain it back in two days.

I'm only 5' or 5'1. So, yes I an overweight. It's not my height.

Thats not a good idea. I suggest you do alot of jogging and shadow boxing(Tae Bo) it helps and is good cardio. It gets your blood pumping and as long as you don't over heat yourself, you will feel really good afterwards. I have pretty much been doing sit ups, push upsm and power squats for the past week along with my martial arts training and shadow boxing. I feel great. I feel lighter, stronger, and faster than ever before, and thats just after about 1 week. So keep with it. Don't starve yourself. I eat junk food 24/7 and i do my little work out and i'm good. But then again i'm choked full of matabalism.

It's too hot to jog, I wouldn't because of the people I live around, and there is nowhere to do shadow boxing or any other things. I can't go out for classes since the only time we have them here my mom is at work.

I don't starve myself. I eat atleast a apple or two a day. Plus, I spend all the time drinking water. So, I have plenty of strenth to get through. Everything is eaten off when I go to sleep. I'm never hungry either. Half the time I eat because people tell me too.

[color=002E55]I weigh 161lbs at the moment, I used to weigh 170 but I've lost a few. Hoping (although not trying so hard, as that seems pointless in my opinion) to lose a few more, but I'm certainly not hopping mad anymore over my weight. I've actually come to accept it (shocking revelation!). I realise that if I lost more weight I'd be quite thin for my height, which is 6'2.

I'm not in bad shape at all, I have a pretty regular excercise routine, and if I'm really bored I'll just stick some music on and do some exercising. Bam, weight gone. People really shouldn't be 'worrying' about weight in my opinion, it's unnecessary and quite easy to get rid of; meaning it shouldn't be such a high priority.[/color]

yeah, trust me, starving yourself doenst work....
last year, i had track and a musical at the same time. so, i didnt get home untill 11 at night....and i didnt eat supper. so, because i never ate breakfast, i figured i would skip lunch, and just take a mulitvitamin, and drink an awful lot of water, and maybe i would lose weight. and over the weekend, i would just eat in front of my mom, and, well, get rid of it later. after a few weeks, i lost a total of 20 lbs, and i was loving it. but, some people found out, and made me eat half a sandwich...later, at the track meet, i threw up in the bathroom, and missed all my events. i was so embarrased :blush: my coach went and asked me why i missed my events, and i said i just got sick. some people were in the bathroom, and they knew....and they told. he threatend to tell my mom....and i hated the fact he knew, he was a real jerk :flaming: :flaming:
but, it involved so so much lying, lying to my mom, and my friends....i hated it >.<
in the end, i struggled so hard to eat (i got reallly really sick every time i wanted (needed) to...my body worked against me. and i had no one to talk to about anything, because i told everyone i was eating.....(who knew that not eating was going to make me lonely and miserable?:bawl: )

so, please, dont EVER do that......you would be only hurting yourself.

So, I'm 13 in a week. Big surprise, really. Everyone's angry at me for getting older, but it's not my fault!! Well, actually it is... -___- So... onto the weight and height stuff.

I'm between 5'1" and 5'4".... I haven't checked in awhile... I weigh only 84 lbs. Okay people. Is that normal? I eat a LOT of junk food, but I also eat healthy food. I'd say I'm a little thin, but it's not my fault!! Wait... that is, too... Darn metabolism... -___-

SOO... hopefully no one wants to kill me for being sooo small and petit, yet very strong (I can kick two people's a**es at one time, even when they weigh twice as much as me. Trust me, I've proven it). That is what gets my friends so angry at me that I have to resort to hiding. Okay, laterzez!! I gotta go back to hiding in the trash can, in the garage, miles away...

I more intended to say, if you enjoy the food your eating, you should enjoy the weight that comes along with it, considering that is a common consequence.

I stopped giving a **** about my weight, because for one, why does it matter? I'm happy as I am, and I used to be wicked upset about it. But why? That made no sense, because I'd always go on about how much I needed to lose weight and then I'd go eat 2 bowls of cereal... I finally learned, hey, this is the way I am, might as well be happy with myself.

Anyway, yes I'm overweight. My ideal weight is about 130ish for someone 5'5-5'6.... But I have reeeeeallly wide hips and reaaaaaally big boobs, so being super skinny would scare myself.

If you're 5'1", you're rather slender. If you're 5'4" you are PAINFULLY thin. I already said that I'm two inches taller than that, and 118lbs. and I am thin. The only real weight on me is the muscles in my legs. Mostly from dance. I eat junk and health food, mostly healthy. The metabolism is lightning fast for the both of us, but it slows down around your mid 20s. Trust me.

I wouldn't kill you for being small. You can't help it. But I will kill you Dayday, for eating an apple a day. That is not nearly enough to sustain a healthy lifestyle. If you doubt me, read [b]Eve and Grace[/b], my nonfiction story in the Poetry thread. You need five fruits and vegtables a day. 8 glasses of water, protein and some simple carbs. Without that, your body will slowly degenerate, taking from your bone marrow to sustain life. That will lead to osteoporosis, and can also cause serious birth defects when you get pregnant.

Especially because you're young, your body will take from itself to keep going. Eat or die.[/COLOR]

Well i'm happy with the way I am. I'm 5'3" and I weigh around 115 lbs. I work hard to maintain my lean body shape with regular gym sessions and kick boxing. I take vitamins and try to eat right...but I don't deprive myself...it's just not worth it.

I weighed around 87 [b]kilos[/b] when I last checked. I'm right on 6 feet, or 1.83 meters I think it is, high. Basically, I'm slightly overweight, the average weight for people like me is around 70 [b]kilos[/b]. Though I do have a big build, it seems. I mean, when I lay down on my back, I can see the bottom of my rib cage showing.

I've been on an exercise routine lately, and it's working. I'll just keep doing this, moderately, not too hard. I want to lose [i]some[/i] weight, but not alot. I play football, so I don't want to be a skinny fella like most kids I know and be playing a full contact sport.

Uhh...you're scaring me. You could have stopped at "But I will kill you Dayday for eating a apple a day." We have no vegetables at my house, just fruit. And I can only have a certain amount a day because I used to eat all of it in one day. And the food we have, I'm bad at making choices and never know what to eat, so I don't eat anything. I don't even get hungry.
