Anime What Saga Do You Think Is Best

Which Saga is your favorite.
Mine is Cell Games Saga because it has the most action and my favorite moment(when Gohan goes ss-j 2)

[COLOR=blue] I like the Sayian Saga. It goes into depth on the Sayian oragins. And my favorite is the training of Gohan, and then near the of the saga when Gohan and Vegeta fight. That was one of the best fights.
Its either that or the Cell Games Saga, Because I love how Gohan turns SSJ2 and defeats all the Cell Juniors, it was awesome in the fight between him and Cell. Another two of the best fights.[/COLOR]

[color=darkred][size=1]Well when I first started wacthing it, It was the Frezza saga I wacthed frezza die and then I stopped wacthing it up to the Cell games.. I saw Cell die and then stopped wacthing it.. and Then I started back up again at the Fusion saga, and out of those 3 Fusion was my favorite. The fights were awesome and Super Buu was one bad dude[/color][/size]

herm...lesse...I liked the Cell games the most becuase [spoiler]Cell crushed Android 16's(Was it 16?) head, and Gohan turned SSJ2...I luved that...How he beat up all the Lil Cell Jrs, and in the japanese version, the music was awesome when he turned Super Sayajin!^_^(Well to me...)[/spoiler] I als like the freeza saga becuase [spoiler]Its so sad when Krillen dies:( and Goku avenges his death...[/spoiler]

[color=blue][size=1]I actually liked it when Krillen died. He's just an annoying little guy who's there for morale support and nothing more. He's REALLY useless in my opinion.

Anywayz, onto my fav saga. I'd have to say that I enjoyed Evil Kid Buu saga and the Majin Buu saga. I like Evil Kid Buu because you learn of Buus' (all of them) origin and such. The fighting's really good, too! ^_^ I like the Majin Buu saga because that stage of Buu is sooo funny. I like his childish behavior and such.

Overall, though... I'd have to say the Majin Buu saga. It RULES!! That's it, so laterzez!!

The Android Saga would have been better, but the SSJ transformation had lost its glory by then, IMO, seeing as how [i]everyone[/i] was transforming. I really wish they'd gone with Toriyama's original plan, and ended the series with Frieza Saga.

I think Evil Kid Buu saga was the best because the there super saiyan jin 3 level was introduced. And Goku had someone that was took the hold world to help him with.

Anyway, I liked the Frieza saga the best. I just thought it was cool seeing Goku transform, and just having a big one-on-one battle against Frieza, while the planet is being destroyed. My second would have to be the Cell games, because Gohan in SSJ2 is just awesome.

The Cell Saga, in my opinion, had [i]the[/i] best fight scenes in the entirety of DBZ. The music got better too. I haven't heard the japanese music for SSJ2 Gohan, but I'm still hoping! ^^

So yes, my count goes to the Cell Saga. ^___^

My favorite saga would have to be the whole Cell Saga (from the moment Gohan, Bulma and them find the capsule to the point where Cell is killed by Gohan).....There was soo much drama, and so much good action going on....Loved it

I thought that the whole idea of there even being a [spoiler] SSJ4 was completely ridiculous. SSJ3 should have been the limit since once they got to SSJ4, it was basically the same thing anyway. The only difference was Goku getting his tail back and everything, he didnt really use any different types of moves. And the last battle between Goku and Evil Shenlong was horrible i couldnt laugh any harder at it. I still think they should have stopped at DBZ....the only thing good that came out of DBGT was the Super 17 saga.[/spoiler]

I would have to say mine would have to be the Sayian Saga. All the old fashion stuff was great. That and the Freiza saga pretty much introduced what moves were going to by used throught the whole series of DBZ. Just meeting Vegeta for the first time wanted me to watch this anime for a while...basically just up to the Cell games. After that it kinda started getting a little boring. Plus Napa was amazing i feel sry that he is [spoiler] only showen one more time in DBGT[/spoiler]. He would have made a great character to have through the whole series. Oh well Napa desirves to be wished back.

As near as I can tell, Goku NEVER uses new moves in his Sayin forms, just upgraded moves of his normal form.

And I don't even count half of these as sagas. I'm much more simple in my listing: Saiyin, Freiza, Garlick, Androids, Cell, Baba-di, Buu.

I put down the Freiza saga, based purepy on the fact that Freiza is pretty much the end all of villains in DBZ. Everything that was actually meant to be part of the completed series relates back to him: The Saiyins worked for him, they compar the Androids to Freiza's power, and Cell is made up from cells taken from Freiza

Between you and me, I think Toriyama made the Buu and Baba-di sagas simply for the money and were not supposed to be part of the origional.

plus, Freiza came within inches of killing Goku when their power levels were 3,000,000 apart

My fav. saga would have to be the Frieza saga. I thought it had one of the better storylines in the series. Plus, the Saga introduced ppl. to the SSJ, and the fight between SSJ Goku and Frieza is one of the best bouts in the series,at least in my opinion it is.

Yeah, that WOULD be my favorite if it lasted longer. My favorite movie is The History Of Trunks, wich I think is amazing.

My favorite saga..... Definatly The Cell Saga, which was supposed to be the last saga. Think about it..... Goku dieing for peace of the earth. The fact that cell was supposed to be PERFECT (But DEFEATABLE.) Majin-buu was idiotic. I mean... come on. HE NEVER DIED. It was typical that Goku would use the Spirit bomb to destroy him. The he comes[i] back[/i] As a good guy? No. Also In DBGT Goku was turned into a kid. What was the point of that!? He went from being like 40 to being 12. SSJ4 [i]was[/i] a pointless level. So was SSJ3. As REVENGE2 said, the Buu-saga was a pointless saga because SSJ2 was supposed to be a Saiya-jin that surpassed Super saiya-jin. They were supposed to be the most powerfull beings in the universe.

But yeah, concidering that The Cell Saga was supposed to be the last, I think it was the best.
