favorite recipe

ok. here are the rules. say what your favorite food is, why you like it, and post the recipe, giving instuctions on how to make it (oven temp, how long you have to do whatever, measurments, stuff like that)
if you know the origin of the food, you can say that, too (maybe an aunt from ireland gave you a good family recipe) ^^;
