Emme888
I just saw it last night and I loved it! It was so funny, and the martial arts was really good. Jackie Chan is like a monkey, the way he can bend and twist! Oh he's so cool, My all time favorite is Bruce Lee, though! My part was when Jackie fell flat on his face after chasing the bad guys and falling off the building, ouch it looked like it really hurt, but boy was it funny! Who was your favorite character, and did u like the movie?

Semjaza
I saw it last night. First half is good. Second half is total garbage. I didn't even know what the hell the point of half the story was, to be honest. Like most of these films, it's just a vehicle for stunts... which is fine with me heh. After The Tuxedo, I was a lot happer with this. A good portion of the film is real stunts, unlike The Tuxedo which had stunt doubles and who knows how much wire used. This film didn't really make use of it for quite awhile, and even then you could tell Jackie was still doing a good deal of it himself. So I was happy with that. Pagan
I like Jackie and all but I think its time for him to do a serios movie and stop all that funny stuff. He's to funny no one will take him serios in a real fight. The show on TV is good to me though.
Charles
This was the worst movie I've ever seen. The dialogue was atrocious and the editing for the fight scenes was laughable, proving for a second time that giving Jackie Chan super powers only obscures his talent. I'm generally a fan of Jackie Chan films because of the action sequences, but this was obviously an off-project. I'm sure that the plot would even seem convoluted and ridiculous to young children.
When three of the film's main characters are bestowed with super powers, you're delving so far off into fantasy land that it's not even funny.
Let's never speak of this again. terra
I just saw this tonight and didn't think much of it. It was all right ... I didn't object much to the fight scenes, thought they were pretty cool in general. I thought it was really clever when
Jackie and some guy both were pointing guns at each other, in classic tense movie-moment style, and then Jackie solved the problem by shooting at the guy's gun.
I've seen that situation a lot in movies, and I thought Jackie's way of ending the moment was pretty original (though I may just have not seen something ...). Anyway, I agree, the plot was pretty ridiculous. Jackie and the woman he was with didn't have very much chemistry, and
her slapping him repeatedly
just wasn't very funny at all. And I had serious problems with the ending ...
what, are they just going to be invincible and live forever happily ever after together? Seems like they'd have real problems.
I thought generally the plot was pretty random, such as when
Watson's wife turned out to be completely ready for an attack. What was she, part of Interpol? no ... Just a really cool wife? Apparently ...
From the outtakes at the end, it looked like they cut out a bunch of scenes, and perhaps in them lies the key plot mechanics :p. Who knows ... Genkai
Spoilas! I thought it was good for the actin, though the other stuff, well, meh. No plot. And not just a tad wee bit of fratboy homoeroticism... I mean, Jackie Turns up naked, they look under the sheet to see that it's him, first jackie, and then Watson to "make sure"(i.e. that he has a small or big penis), not to mention they call eachother partners..(If they are looking for me, they are also looking for my partner..*looks at Watson*)
