Okay. This is the first time I've played something other than Oracle of Ages, and Oracle of Seasons, and, quite frankly, I'm stumped.

I've gotten the Pegasus Boots, and I'm currently in the 'follow the signs' maze. However, there's is one part where you seem to have to jump 5 holes.

Is this possible? Or is there something else I have to do before that?

For that you'll need the flippers, which is...um...*blinks* Well, the way each Zelda game is set up, you get the items you need to proceed. Therefore, you don't really need to be going through the Signpost Maze just yet. The "treasure" at the end of the Maze you actually only use twice--both being set times (anotherwords, it won't work until the game will let it).

Confused? Oops. Well, the Dungeon that has the flippers is the Dungeon behind the waterfall, which is a partial water Dungeon. As I recall, you won't be able to explore all of the Dungeon and get to the boss until you get the flippers; there's just enough shallow water to get you to the flippers.

*sees she's being more confusing* Heh, stopping now. ^^;

*wades through confusing posts* Agh, they're pulling me under! Help, it's got my leg, I can't-- *glomp* x_X

But anyway, yes, Level 4: Angler's Cave is the next dungeon you'll be heading for, which is behind the big waterfall at the base of the Tal Tal Heights. You'll need the Angler Key to get into it, though. If you need help finding the key, just ask.

Well, if you take the map of the dungeon and put the rooms on a grid with 1-7 from top to bottom and A-F from left to right, there are keys in the following rooms: 3-C, 3-D, 7-D, 2-F, 4-F

Can't really give you any more help without knowing which ones you've already gotten.

That's fine. I solved my problem anyway. In dungeon 5 [it didn't take long to get there, really. o.O;], are the rooms with the green skull imprint and the room with the 4 blocks and the seaweed [what is it? It's blue, but I don't have a better term] related somehow? I can't puzzle that part out.

Heh, yeah, those rooms puzzled me for a good while too. What they are, are the miniboss rooms. You fight the miniboss of Level 5, a giant Stalfos Knight, four times. Each time will be in one of those rooms with the skull pattern on the floor, and the number of blocks in the corners tell you which time you'll fight him in that particular room. So if there's three blocks, you'll fight him for the third time in that room. Two blocks, the second time, and so on. So basically, if you find a room with one block, you'll find him. Then if you've already been to the room with two blocks, you'd go there to fight him again, and then on to the three-block room, then the four-block room to beat him for good.

Room with four blocks and seaweed? ... Do you mean those crystal-looking things that shatter when you hit them with your sword? I think I know the room you're talking about. Is it right before the four-block skull room? If so, it's not really related, it's just the room before the last miniboss room. Just look for the one-block miniboss room for now.

Using the same setup as in my earlier post, the three Small Keys of the dungeon are located in rooms 1-B, 6-B, and 3-G. The 1-B key is the room with the four blocks arranged in a ·..· pattern with the crystals all around, if you haven't gotten that one yet. I think you need to destroy the crystals and push the blocks into either a square or straight line to get the key.

The miniboss of Level 5? Heh, that one's tricky if you haven't played A Link to the Past. Just like the Stalfos Knights in LTP, you have to hit the Master Stalfos in LA with your sword to make it break apart, then drop a Bomb on it to actually hurt it.

Are you talking about the ruins just north of Animal Village? If so, yes, that's where you're supposed to go next. And I'm assuming you're talking about the Armos Knight in that little shrine place. (I forgot what color he is). To beat him, shoot him with arrows.

Ugh, the Face Shrine. That one was evil, and it's probably also the dungeon I remember the least about. It'd probably be easiest if you IMed me some time, and I could grab my player's guide and see if I could help you through it with that... Or, you just look the info up on the net yourself. :cross:

Sorry I can't be much help with this part of the game. I know everything past Level 6 pretty well, though.
