Keth looked toward the couch were ace nd zen where talking. she rolled her eyes. "You really know how to pick the guys, girl. I'm stuck with a idiot who doesnt know how to impress a girl if things dont work out." She poked her thumb at zen. She grabbed a roll and said," Does this place have a founten or something? Im in an odd mood." Alex nodded and showed her the way. Keth sat down on a bnech in the roomy garden. She leaned back her head and closed her eyes, and let the steam from the founten caress her face. She didnt notice alex leave. She opened her eyes, and stared at the glass ceiling. She felt tingles go up her arms, and thought, Stupid Zen. Why him? She gave a small smile, and since she thought no one was there, let herself go.

Trixie had watched the sun rise with some feelings of apprehension. "Well, I suppose that this is it." she said to herself. "Either I kiss my whole life goodbye and join a bunch of weirdos in their insane quest to revive the Thieves Guild, or they don't want me and send me home to Dad, who'll have my hide for skipping out on dinner, and not coming back until morning. Honestly, I'm not sure which sounds less appealing. Wait- being killed by Dad is much worse. Not that these guys'll let me stay anyway. No, no, they'll never say yes with me being all negative. But I guess I'd better get it over with."

She dressed quickly and went to join the others for breakfast. The young girl, Keth was talking to the the jet owner, Alex. "I'm older than both of them," she thought, "and yet they're both here with nothing holding them back." The guy who had snuck into her room was talking to the supposed mastermind, Ace. Trixie took a deep breath, walked over to them, and quickly gave Ace a shortened version of her previous night's plea to stay. She crossed her fingers behind her back, not daring to breathe until he have his answer.

Ace looked dumbfounded. He waited for a moment, and then finally spoke. "You can breath now." Trixie exhaled. "...in, out, in, out." Trixie finally started breathing normally again. "Yeah, you can come along. Talk to Alex over there *points* And, uh... keep breathing." Ace watched as Trixie walked away, and he got up to go to the table, that was loaded with food. He engulfed a few cresants, and walked outside to look at the scenary. The sudan was still parked, shining innocently in the rising sun. He chuckled to himself, thinking of an image he had of the guild, where they all hung out of a helecopter and stole the statue of librety piece by piece. He heard a car door slam, and he looked down to see Dallas getting out of the sudan. "Hey, Dallas!" He grinned as Dallas waved to him. "What are you doing in my car?"
"...Sleeping."
"...In my car?"

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Alex saw Trixie walk over to her. She looked at herself and knew that she would have to get ready. She waited until Trixie got over there.[/i]

"Hey Trixie. Can you hold on a moment? I've got to go put some clothes on."

[i]Trixie nodded and watched Alex walk to Ace's room.

Once Alex went inside the room and found her shirt, tie, and suspenders. She put her shirt on, then she attached her suspenders, and she put on her tie. She looked in the mirror and looked at herself. She bent down and ruffled her hair a bit and she looked like herself again. She nodded and went outside.

Walking over to Trixie, she looked to Ace and winked at him. He smiled his cocky, half smile and watched her go.

Once Alex got to Trixie she waited for her to speak.[/i]

"So, what did you want to tell me?"

[i]Trixie told Alex what she had told Ace and Alex looked to her. She smiled and nodded. She put a hand on Trixie and giggled. She took it off and walked over to Ace and sat by him. She put her arms around his neck and kissed his cheek. Zen watched as she did this. She looked to Zen and smiled.[/i][/size][/color]

Zen simply gave a shrug and got up and went to the door

" Were yah off to?" Keth questioned as she watched Zen walk over

" Ah this whole morning is like one big end sence from a romacnce moive, i got to get some fresh air and steal something " Zen said as he gave a grin but Ace then spoke up

" Hey just dont take long, i got an E Mail from Rei last night, she is in Teaxs so well will have to meet her there"

" Right, Right hey dont worry i'll meets you guys down at the airport and i'll even sorce us a free ride on the plan" Zen said as he went out the door

Trixie practically floated downstairs and out of the hotel. "Oh glory!" she sang to herself. "No more school, no more homework, no more evil stepmother or stepsister, and no more Dad!" She faltered slightly. "Well, I oughta at least tell him goodbye. I'll write him a letter though, so I won't hear him yell at me." She pulled a pen and paper out of her backpack. "Hmmm, supplies are running low. I'll need more soon, or I won't be able to blow up a hat, much less a building." she said as she passed by Ace's car. "I wonder if that guy'd mind if I borrowed his car just to go to the post office." She opened the door, and stuck one of her special lockpicks into the ignition. "Twist, juggle, and- yes!" she yelled as the car started. "Now let's see, there was a post office about one mile back. I suppose I can just ask for directions if I get lost." She drove off down the road, when there was a yell coming from the backseat. "Oh crap... is there someone [b]back there[/b]?"

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Alex started to get bored and thought she'd...play with Ace.

Alex saw Ace get up and watched him go outside. She saw him walk around towards the pool and she got an idea. She got up and went outside. She watched him stand by the pool and as she neared him, she...jumped on him and the both of them went into the pool. Ace looked around for who pushed him in and Alex was under him. She got his leg and pulled him under with her. She smiled and went back up. As did Ace.

Alex looked to him and swam around him. She grabbed a beach ball and hit him in the head. He swam towards her and grabbed her by the waist. He gently pushed her against the wall of the pool and looked into her eyes. She gave him her playful smile and splashed some water into his face.[/i]

"Having fun, Ace? Cuz I am. I can't sit still or stand still for even a minute, let alone an hour. I love being active...especially with guys. *giggles*"[/color]
"Especially with guys? Don't tease me. You know I'll catch you and..grr."

[i][color=ff66cc]Ace caught her and dragged her to the stairs. Once he was out, she followed him and as they walked, Alex jumped onto his back and wrapped her arms around her neck. Ace brought her to the front and they both shared a long, passionate kiss.[/i][/size][/color]

They withdrew, Ace with his usual grin. He flipped Alex around back again and started running. "Where are you taking me?"
"Wherever I want!" Ace responded. He ran up a building's fire escape and ran along the roof. He jumped on top of a chimney and off the side of the building, doing a flip onto the area outside of an office window. He casually opened the window with his foot and ran inside, much to the dismay of the workers there.

One of the buiseness men got onto the elevator and waited for others to fill it up. He looked very busy, glancing at his watch every three seconds. Suddenly, a wet man with a mask on ran ito the elevator with a girl with a tie on his back. They were both soaking wet. They pushed the topmost level and waited quietly, the slow elevator music droaning on.
Ace: Hi, how are you?
Man: Er...
Alex: What's wrong?
Man: Uh...
Ace: Woops! This is us. Nice talking to you!

The doors opened with a cheerful ding, and they ran off.

Ace ran up another flight of stairs, Alex on his back. They pushed open the doors to the roof and Ace jogged forward. "Hang on tight!" He jumped over the edge, clinging onto a hanging flag pole. The scenary glew with the rising sun and small casinoes. The air smelled of a burger palace below, just like a thousand other diners crammed between the casinoes. "Nice, huh?"
"Yeah."
"Glad you like it, cause it'll take a while for me to try and get back down..."

Um, anyway...

Rei pulls up on her bicycle and locks it to the rack. She looks as nervous as a girl about to go on her first date. The few people who notice her at all fail to notice that she?s loading her purse with TicTacs and candy bars. She stops to eyeball some memo pads, and a few of these slide into her purse. She hit on a new equation for her viruses last night while fighting insomnia and needs more paper to write new viruses on.
Now is where Rei is described. She has glasses and pale skin. She looks almost like a Japanese girl, except that she has large, slanted, bright green eyes. She also speaks with a Texas drawl and says ?Yes-sir? or ?No-ma?am? a lot. A bit polite, even for the people around here, who tend to be polite. (OOC: Forgot to mention the glasses in Recruitment. Sorry.)
The small girl, as fragile as a glass statuette, approaches the electronics section. She sets herself in front of the graphing calculators display, takes out a TI-83+ of her own, and starts playing a game she had downloaded from the Internet a long time ago... MegaMan.
She can entertain herself for hours with this simple program. Or she can boot up a puzzle game like Tetris to play. Or she can putter around with the properties of mathematics to create killer viruses.
She has three floppy disks tucked away in the pockets of her pleated brown skirt, along with her other electronics, a Swiss Army knife, a few shuriken improvised from the bottoms of Coke cans, and some daggers made from the sides of the Coke cans. Rei knows how to improvise Coke cans into weaponry, but she doesn?t know the first thing about guns or explosives. Heck, she doesn?t even know hacking too well, except that she can write viruses. Good lord, she can write viruses.
But that?s all. She can?t hack. She just messes around. She only pickpockets small things because she knows that most people won?t miss small things. She only shoplifts small things because they don?t trace the small things. She doesn?t have anything she can make a living from.
What the hell is she doing, trying to join this ?Thieves? Guild?? She can?t make a living shoplifting TicTacs or pickpocketing pennies! And yet... That e-mail said there might be other people there who could teach her to steal. And if she learned a thief?s art from a professional...

OOC: If somebody wants to volunteer as Rei?s ?tutor? once the Guild catches up to her, go ahead and either PM me or pose your char volunteering to teach her. Whatever works best for you.

Keth got up and followed Zen. It was raining outside, and she was soaked when she first stepped out. "Oh, great," she mumbled. "Its raining. Just what I needed." She felt the rain stop beating her head, and looked up. Zen was holding his coat over the freezing girl, and she smiled. "Thanks, Zen. Uh.. How exactly are we supposed to get to the girl?" Zen looked around, and spotted Alex's jet. He grinned. "I guess we'll have to borrow Al's jet." He suddenly looked suprised, because Keth darte out of cover and was headed toward the jet.

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Alex smiled and was looked out and a tracer started to beep from her tie. She looked at her tie and jumped off of Ace and onto the ledge. She lifted it and grabbed a small earring -like device. Her face grew angry. Ace jumped down next to her and looked at the device.[/i]

"Goddamn it! Zen and Keth took my ****in' jet. But, although they try to hotwire it, it won't work. And Veritas and King..(or was it Demon) are there. And also it's voice activated, retina activated, and you need this card to make it happen. Let's go."

[i]Alex looked down and jumped. She flipped down and caught a pole. She swung on it and flew herself forward and she caught the leg of a fire escape. She climbed down and walked towards where her jet was. Ace followed behind. Soon, Alex and Ace were standing at the door of the jet.

Alex put her hand on it and it opened. She waited for the door to come down before walking in. Inside she saw Keth and Zen trying to figure out how to work it.[/i]

"Good afternoon, Zen and Keth."

[i]Zen and Keth froze. They slowly turned their heads and looked to the now pissed off Alexandra Donacelli. They stood up in front of her. They were walking slowly towards the door, but it suddenly slammed by itself. Zen and Keth stood there while Ace was sitting with the dog and Veritas. Keth was the first to speak.[/i][/color]

"Uhm. Hey, Alex. Uh it's not what you think we were doing."
[color=ff66cc]"Oh? And what were you doing that you assume that I think it's not what you were doing?"

[i]Alex waited for an answer. It was soon given by Zen's idiotic response.[/i][/color]

"Well, it certainly isn't stealing your jet."

[color=ff66cc][i]Keth groaned and looked to Alex. Who was still very pissed off.[/i][/color]

"Look Alex. We came in here trying to figure out a way to hotwire this thing so that we were the one who brought someone back. And the only way to get to her was with your jet so...we're sorry."
"Yeah. We're sorry."
[color=ff66cc]"You're sorry? You're SORRY?! Dude, what the hell were you both thinking? This ****in' jet is ****in' off limits. NO ONE TOUCHES MY JET! And you two know better than to take my jet! "Well..Uhm..Zen tried to figure it out. But we had no luck."

In this guild...NO ONE...and I mean NO ONE ****in' steals, takes, or eve supposedly "borrows" anything. Unless you got that person's consent you take it..but if you didn't then you can forget about it. Get back to the hotel. Although Zen is older doesn't mean jack ****. I'm ****in' pissed at the two of you. Get out and go to your rooms. King(Demon?), take them to their rooms. Make sure they don't leave..if they do bark and Bora, Sabian, and Kilia will come out. Oh, just so you to know. Bora is a bull, Sabian is a Leopard, and Kilia is a large wolf. Understand that these animals are trained to be guards. They will not hesitate to hurt you. I will not be responsible. Let's go."

[i]Keth waited as the door swung down and Zen followed. Alex stayed inside and then left after everyone was out. She walked behind and she came upon a tree and slammed her fist against it. Her face was blazing and she was pissed. She walked into the hotel and watched Ace, Keth, and Zen go up. She walked to Paulo's VIP area and sat there. The bartender gave her some water and she drank it all. Then she asked for vodka and orange juice. She drank five glasses and wasn't even drunk. She gave money and went upstairs. Once she stepped in she saw that Keth, Zen, and Ace were sitting on the couch. Alex didn't even look to them and just walked to her room. She slammed the door and grabbed her gloves. She opened the door and walked to the door across the room. She went in and through the glass, the three could see her punch and kick a punching bag. She was seriously pissed. And seeing as that the jet, her hawk and dog, and her possessions were the only things that she has made her even more angry.[/i][/color][/size]

Keth stared at the cieling. "I cant believe i was such a B**ch!" She sighed, and swung her legs up over the side of the couch. She leaned back on Zens chest and said, looking up at him, " You dont mind, do you?" When he shook his head, a little starteled, she relaxed. She twirled some of her cerulean hair between her fingers, and stared at Alex through the glass. [I] I dont really think she has the right to get THAT mad. I mean, at least she has a jet, not to mention a dog, and a guy.What do I have? Nothing.[/I] She sighed again.

" Hey Ace, you would happen to have any pet treats on you?" Zen said as Ace and Keth gave him an odd look " What? just wondering thats all"

" Zen, i dont think highly trained gard animals will go after a treat" Ace said rolling his eyes

" Then do you know the pressure pionts of those things, i could hit them with a dagger"

" No, i dont" Ace said as he look at the gards animals

" Hey i havge a left over roll" Keth said as she pulled it out of her pocket and gave it to Zen

" That will do perfectly" Zen said as he lean over to the gard animals

" This will never work" Ace said as Zen whistled to get there atention

" Hey yah muts, see the roll?" Zen siad as he waved it in front of them " Then go get it yah muts!" Zen said as he sent the roll flying over into Dallas room the animals went for it and Zen ran over and locked the door behide them

" What was that bout highly trained animals not going for a treat" Keth said sarcastily

" I cant belive that worked" Ace said dumfoundly

" So, i know a good way to pick up Rei, all we need is to get to the airport with yah stuff"

Sabian can go on without food for years, Kilia only eats meat, and Bora is well...doesn't accept treats. they were trained like that. but sure why not? and also...the animals are OUTSIDE. and although she does have all that stuff..she's not interested in the guy, the dog is her long life friend, and the jet ws given her to from her father before he passed away, so it has lots of uhm..what's it called....importance...no...i forget.. sorry if this is spam..[/size][/color]

"You guys go on ahead." Ace waved them off. They turned back. "Why aren't you coming?"
"I'm not in any hurry to get on her bad side, thanks. And I suggest you do the same. She leads the guild, Which is-a-team, y'know, one of those things that trust each other?"
"She'll flip on you anyway for letting us go."
"Ya, well if you both want to go, there's not much I can do. Besides, you can't hop her jet, my car's missing, and about now the army's probably still searching for us from before. It'll be fun to see how far you can get." He looked at them in a don't-do-it-or-else look. "Besides, I still gotta ask her why I'm in trouble." He added on sheepishly.

" Was that a Chanlge, Ace?" Zen said as his left eye twiched

" Maybe its is," Ace said rolling his eyes

" Well then how bout this, i bet my and Keth can get down to Teaxs, find this Rei and make it back in oh say 1 day" Zen said as he put out his hand

" A DAY! Zen, think about what your saying before you say it stuip!" Keth yelled as Ace moved his hand out

" Fine, but if we win" Alex said as she came out from her room, still looking a bit ticked off " You two will have to clean my jet top to bottom with Thooth brusshs for a month"

" Deal! but if we win, we get half of your guys loot on the next hiest we pull" and with that Zen and Alex shook hands, sealing the deal " Well Keth, what are we waiting for? we only got a day"

Keth looked over at ace for help. He just shrugged. She threw up her hands in frustration, and followed Zen out of the room. When they made it to the hall, Keth turned Zen towards her, then slapped him. He rubbed his cheek and asked," what was that for?" Keth growled at him, "Alex was already mad at us. Now, if we dont bring back rei, well be stuck cleaninf her freakin jet for a month!" Keth stomped off to her room, mad. Zen thought,[I]man, talk about mood swings. shes got the cat in the bag.[/I]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Alex wasn't nearly as pissed before. She was just uncomfortable at the thought that Zen and Keth would take her jet. She shrugged it off and grabbed a chew toy and threw it to Demon, who caught it in his mouth. He ran over to Alex and she took it from him and threw it some more, until Demon just took it from her. She smiled and sat on the edge of the couch arm.

Ace walked over and sat on the seat beside the arm. Alex looked to him and didn't speak.[/i]

"Hey. You mad at me? Did I do something wrong?"
"What makes you think I was mad at you? I was mad at myself for allowing myself to go off at the two of the most important people in this guild. I was also angry at myself to think that I could replace the jet for my father's love. I was never mad at anyone. It just came out that way. It happens. Don't worry, unless someone tries to kill the guild members, steal them, take our money, and all the other crazy things, that's when I'll get pissed off at them. But you're not in trouble. And...I'm not going to make them wash the jet with toothbrushes...but I'll make them wax it. And the money...it goes to the guild safe. Just because someone made the heist, doesn't mean it is there's. And where's Dallas?"
"I dunno. In my car. You better tell Zen and Keth when they get back."

[i]Alex smiled and Demon walked over to her. Veritas was at the window and she got up and opened the window. She walked. Alex climbed out the window and walked to the balcony rail. She looked down and saw Sabian and Kilia playing while Bora was sleeping. She smiled and walked back in. She turned on the news and found a black sudan running from the cops. She looked closely and it was Ace's new sudan. Her smile turned to a worried look.[/i]

"Ace. Do you see what I see?"
"Yeah. My sudan. Dallas."[/i][/size][/color]

Keth slammed her door. She threw open her window, and thought,[I]Pack? What do I have to pack. Nothing. Eh doesnt pay as much attention as I thought.[/I] She tyed her bandanna tighter, and cursed Zen. Someone knocked.

Trixie screamed. "Who the hell are you?" she yelled. "And what are you doing in this car?" She swerved, nearly driving through a window, and making no less than a dozen people run for cover. A police car started following them, but Trixie hit the gas and zoomed away from them. It looked like there was going to be a chase. "Crap, all I wanted to do was go to the post office." Trixie muttered, momentarily forgetting about the mysterious person behind her.

" I'm not done packing yet"

" Well we are under a time limt remeber?"

" YAH of course i know, you got us put under that time limt, i mean a day! it could take weeks to find this Rei"

" Dont worry so much eh, she told us were to her so were are all set"

" We have no way to get to the airport"

" Its called a Taxi, ever heard of it?" Zen said a Keth salms open the door causeign Zen to get pined between the door an the wall

" Zen you there?"

" Door" came Zen's mumbled reply

" OH! " Keth said as he close the door and helped steady Zen " Sorry bout that"

" Hey no prob, now come lets go get a cab" Zen said as he stumbles a bit down the hall an Keth follows

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Alex and Ace ran to her jet and opened the door. They got in and Alex started the jet. It lifted into the air and it turned. Ace grabbed the radio and tried to contact Dallas.[/i]

"Hey! Pick up the radio."
"Huh? Who is this?"
"Trixie? Is Dallas with you?"
"Dallas?? Is that the guy in the car? Yeah."
"We're on our way."
"Get here quick. Cops are following us."

[i]Alex nodded and put it to top speed and the jet roared through the skies and followed the sudan's signal. They soon found the sudan and Alex lowered the speed. She looked down and saw the cops. She picked the radio up and changed it to the Police station.[/i]

"Attention all patrol. Do not follow the Black Sudan. I repeat do not follow the black sudan."
"Who is this?"
"Alexandra Donacelli."
"What? Alexandra Donacelli of the Donacelli mafia?"
"That's right. Now, I repeat do not follow that Sudan."

[i]Soon enough the police cars stopped following the sudan. Alex sighed and Ace opened his mouth to breath. They left the car and went back to the hotel.[/i][/size][/color]

"Ladies and gentlemen, the piss has officially been scared out of me." Ace joked. "Why? Cops are no big deal."
"Well, er, skip it. We need to get going to find Rei! Zen and Keth are miles ahead." Alex sat down and sighed. "I told you, I don't care if they win. The money gets locked away and they save us the work."

"What about respect? You don't have a whole lot of that yet."

"What are you getting at?"

"C'mon. They tried to steal your jet for gods sake. do you really think the would steal from somebody they respect?"

"Well maybe, but-"

"The first guild thrived on respect. This is a recreation. We gotta-"

"Okay okay, we'll do it your way. We'll find this Rei in texas and laugh at those two when the get there."

"That made sense to you?"

"Yeah."

"Wow, I didn't even listen to myself."

Keth got bored waiting for a stupid cab. She slipped off. Zen said something, asd when she didnt say anything, looked around. He saw her in an alley. He saw that she was twirling a key around her finger, adn was contemplating something. He said," Hey, Keht. What are yah doin'?" Keth raced away, and he followed. She slid th key into a cars lock, and the door swung open. She slid over to teh passenger seat. Zen ent over. "What-" Keth glared. "Just get in. I got tired of waiting." Zen shrugged, adn they tore off.
