RPG Through the Gates of Hell

[Squall]

[i] You must go, Azreal. Your path is set. [/i]

Clouds hovered like platforms for warriors of god. Giant, blood red ravens on the wings of hell bombarded them, sending hoards of deamons onto the clouds and dropping god's warriors to an endless fall.

[i] The chosen warriors, they will end the holy war. You must find them.

So, they bring the key to send hell to oblivion.

A warrior in a white tunic swung his mighty axe at the beast, forming a golden ball that ahnnialated the raven.

[i] The path to destruction is every bit as wide as the path to creation, always bear that in mind. Those who wish to accompany you will meet you shortly.

...I see [/i]

A figure with large white wings and blue eyes that shown from under his hood stood at a large set of pearly white gates. Behind him were no less than twenty other soilders, who proceeded in two paralell lines out in front of him. They lifted their spears high as Azreal walked through the middle. At the end of the lines, a tornado of smoke surrounded him, and a moment later he was gone.

Azreal appeared on a wasteland on earth, the tornado dissapearing soon after. The apocalypse had made most of the world as barren as the place he stood now, the continents forming closer together. He looked up at the dark foggey sky. [i] Do not be overcome with evil, but overcome evil with good. [/i]

Asphodel fell to her knees,"Ahh no"her eyes burned red with fire,as she felt more pain and grief of lovers being torn apart.she held her hand to her head and made a fist with the other.The pain was unreal and she tried to fight it.Her head filled with hate and blood lust."No I must fight it."she said with pain.It soon passed.She was breathing hard."I must go and help Azreal."
Dark forms clouded her thoghts as she tried to make it to the gates.Thousands of gods warriors where every trying to hold back the beasts of hell.When she finally got there a horrible pain shot up her spine and into her head.A vision of a man killing a young women and two little girls flashed bye in her head.Dark tears of blood rain from Asphodels eyes and rolled of her pale blue skin.She knows the man and women she had brought them togathe.Now he slays them with no hesitasion.It stops and she is left lying on the ground,the dark tears still run down her face.she sees that her hands look differnt.They are not young and pretty,but long and dark claws grow from them.She knows that if the chaos gose on she will turn to a fallen angle and hate will be all she will ever know.

Kovu luaghed, slashing at a family with her katanas. She felt joy in destroying peace and love. She cut off the fathers head in one slash, sending it rolling to the feet of a horrified mother. She runs the mother through, and the the little girl screams. Kovu put on a face, pitiful, but her eyes showed nothing but pure idiocy. She bent over the toddler. "Are you afraid to die? If you dont want to die, you can join me." She reached out a hand to the girl, but the child cried. Kovu dropped her act, and slashed at the girl, feeding on her pain. Now she slit the girls throat, laughing at the childs last gargling scream. She shook her head at the dead bodies. "If they had not refused the dark lords offers to spare their lives for the price of becoming one of us," here she gestured to her fellow demons and Hell Hounds," they would not have died." She laughed and felt good for all the pain and havoc she was causing.

[Epsilon]

She removed the right sai from the fractured skull of a human that she had inserted it into. The body then fell to the ground. Another one dead, getting rid of the fools that had opposed the force of hell made Zoma feel a small glance of happiness. She then went over to the other body of the one before, and took the left hand sai from the body.

She then walked over to where the others were. Zoma watched as Kovu laughed, she then walked over. She stared at Kovu then at the child's dead body. A smirk over came her face, she shook her head. "First come first serve," Kovu replied, "If your not fast enough, then it's your own fault." "Heh, that's true," she said, as she rolled the body with her foot. "This place is in ashes, there's nothing left to kill." said Zoma, looking up, "Shall we leave for a new place to destroy?"

Kovu grinned chaotically. More?" she asked."Yes. I guess so. Where to?" Zoma looked around. "How bout... Oh, i know. Follow me." Kovu followe Zoma n the two walked to a portal. They walked through and came opon a small, undesturbed neighbor hood. Kovu grinned. "Perfect." She signaled for her 'friends' to come through and they creid out as one," Hell has broke loose! Prepare to die!" Then, they killed like mad men.

[Squall]

Azreal looked at the rising sun, which rose a blood red. "Blood has been spilt on this night." He slowly walks across the wasteland, ignoring the beggers grab at his clothes. [i] This world has gone soft since days of old. Not a single mortal here is not guilty of a sin. [/i] One of the beggers wouldn't give up. "Please, sir. All I ask is for some food." He turned around, throwing off the begger. "And this is after you burn crops in the name of anarchy!" He unsheathed his sword. "N-no, I d-din't."
"You're lying!" Azreal swung his mighty sword, sending another jolt of pain into Asphodel's skull. The man screamed, his hand now laying a yard away. Azreal calmly sheathed his sword and continued walking. [i] Such actions are ill afforded, for the number of humans grow thin. [/i]

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc]Saffire sat on top of a branch, watching a village burn and the men, women, and children be killed before her eyes. She looked on and saw demons rampaging across everywhere, killing everything in sight. She knew it was time for some actions.

She jumped from branch to branch until she hit the ground. Once down there, she put her mouth mask on and walk into the village.

A demon smelled her human blood and ran towards her with a spiked club.

Saffire kept walking, but unsheathed her katana and slashed at his stomach before he could even hit her. Blood poured from his stomach, making the other demons smell his open blood and run to him. They looked to Saffire and they smelt her blood as well. Her eyes turned a pitch black and she put her sword out in front of her, yelling.."[/i]

"Taiyou Getsurin Taitou!"

[i]Meaning, Solar Moon Long Sword.

The demons roared into the air and stampeded towards her.

Saffire ran to them as well slashing at them and striking them with every move. Demons heads were flying this way and that, blood was spilling on the streets. Once every demon that was in her face was killed, Saffire stood there. She heard a faint scream and she jumped onto the roofs and ran to sound.

Soon, she came out to a meadow and found a high rank demon with a sword tip against a child's chest. She yelled to him.[/i]

"Hey you! What do you think you are doing, baka? I assume you are not trying to kill an innocent child?"[/color]
"Actually, you are correct and wrong. I am about to kill this child. All people are guilty of something."
[color=ff66cc]"I do not think so. Release her and fight me."[/color]
"As you wish. Gouka! Homura no Jigoku!"

[color=ff66cc][i]From the demon's free hand came a large wave of flames. Saffire blocked it with a spell of her own.[/i]

"Taiyoufuu!"

[i]A blinding wave of light appeared from Saffire's slash and it hit the demon. While she was down, she said another spell.[/i]

"Engetsu Nami!!"

[i]She ran towards the demon and slashed him while a dark crescent appeared from nowhere and slashed him.

Saffire waited with her sword in the slashing position until the demon fell to the ground and turned to dust. She got up and went towards the little girl. She grabbed her hand and whistled into the air and a horse came from the village and took them far away.

What was this world coming to? Chaos rained from all over. No one was safe anymore. All she wanted was to find the angel that she once loved. The angel who told her that when he became an archangel, she would be his one true love.[/i][/size][/color]

[Guest Wind master]

"AHHHH"another sharp pain shot through Asphodels body.This hurt more than the other two.She saw Azreal hurting a begger at his knees."No why do hurt him?Sins must be forgiven."She cryed.The pain was so horrible that blood came from her ears eyes and nose.She looked down at her hands.Than put a pair of white gloves on to cover the ugly things.She got up again.Her wings where turning black around the tips.Her hood had fallen off showing her flawless face.Her left eye was red and the other was blue.She placed her hood bake on."I must go and bring love to the broken land."With that she walked through the gates and vanished.

She was in a burned down town."Oh god what has happend."she said.As she walked along the dead ground something came after her.It looked like two girls on a horse.She felt pain comeing from both of them.A little pain shot up her back.
She looked ahead.Something dark was in the shadows.She drew her sword.Witch was turning to a dark red, but still was a pearly white.It came after her.I great beast from hell jumped over her,as it did she cut the stomach and ist guts fell to the ground."Ahh."more pain shot through her like needles.She fell to the ground and passed out.

[Annie]

Kiya watched Asphodel fall to the ground, her silky wings twitching in agony..Kiya jumps down from her perch from top of the church steaple her black cloak falls and shrouds the falling angel, picks her up and holds Asphodel in her arms.."Asphodel, please, don't die on me.."*Kiya holds Asphodel to her breast while silver tears fell from her eyes*
Kiya gasps, she looks to her immediate left a hourd of demons charge, ranting and raving. She jumps up in the air, Asphodel's limp body weighs her down and a demon swats at Kiya like a fly and his claw catches her cloak......

[Squall]

Azreal suddenly felt something in ashes. He looked to the west, but couldn't see anything. The beggar was still screaming, and Azreal turned to him. "LEAVE!" The begger limped away and crawled into a small make-do shelter, where he continued to caress his hand as he softly cried.
Azreal started walking, his sword put back into the sheath on his back. He came to the edge of what used to be a forest, lushios and green. But now it had become nothing but charred remains. He walked into the rubble and sat on the ground, his back to a buned stump. [i] How is it that I'm supposed to find the great warriors on this entire earth? [/i]

[Annie]

Meanwhile...Kiya with Asphodel in arms, crashes down to the ground...Asphodel bounces and rolls 20 feet away "Asphodel!!" Kiya climbs to her feet and from the depths of her cloak she unsheaths her Sword of Oblivion, eyes glowing blue she turns slowly and faces the crowd of demons and demands in a low tone "If you wish to obtain the angel, you must first come through me..*pulls back the hood of her cloak to reveal her long flowing turqoise hair that flowed in the breeze which was now growing stronger*Kiya, of the Lost Kind...and trust me*she crouches with her hand on the blade that points straight at the demons* you will NOT SURVIVE!!!NNNNNYYYYYYYAAAA!!!" she charges and thrusts the giant sword horizontally w/one swift motion..Hair flows and twirls around her as the demons bodies fall to the ground and disenigrate into oblivion..
She stands up and sheaths her sword and turns around to face Asphodel who is still unconious, she runs to her and kneels down, places her hand on the angels face.."Asphodel..please wake up..Asphodel"

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Saffire looked out to the open plains and started to walk forward. She knew that to fulfill her anger, she must find the anger. But if she cannot fnd the anger, then she must keep killing the evil that is. The only one who can help is the one she used to love. The angel that she must find, is the one who might be able to control her anger, like a brother would to a sister.[/i]

"I must find the one who fell from the sky and came to help us. THe one called Azreal."

[i]Saffire walked ahead and knew that she would come to him, face to face.[/i][/size][/color]

[Annie]

"...uhhh..whe-where am I...who are you? What just happened.."
"Asphodel..*sighs in relief* You have come to..I thought you were going to die.."Kiya's eyes swell with her silver tears.
"What happened.."
"You don't remember?"
"All I can remember is the pain....and your voice.."
"We got attacked by demons. Here, drink this*pulls out a vile of glowing white liquid*..It will ease your pain.."Kiya hands the vile to Asphodel who is staring at her." It's made by my people, it should also give you your energy back. You should be able to stand, I will have to help you walk for a while.."
"Thank you stranger..."
Kiya stopped in her tracks*"Stranger? She does not remember me."*Her eyes squint in pain.
Asphodel struggles to stand.."My legs feel like sand.." she starts to fall to the ground.
Kiya quickly grabs Asphodel around her waist and helps her to walk. "Are you going to be alright?"
"Yes, I will be fine...Who are you?"
"That does not matter now..*starts to choke from the pain that the angel does not remember her*..What matters is that we try to save what's left of this barren wasteland. Dead bodies of men, women, ....and children litter the earth, demons from Hell are everywhere, and there are two leaders..those of whom we need to find and destroy..Their names are Kovu and Zoma."
"Who? What do they have to do with this?"
"Everything, they brought about this destruction..this masacre, this slaughter...They opened the gates of Hell, they brought their friends with them..they are responsible. .for everything.."Kiya stares off into the distance of the blood red sky.
"How?...are you alright?"Asphodel looks into Kiya's tormented face.
"I will be fine, you needn't worry about me..Asphodel..." they stop and Kiya looks down at Asphodels confused expression.."you need to keep your soul pure..pure as I knew long ago.." Kiya starts to walk.
Asphodel, now able to stand and walk on her own, stands still looking after Kiya. "Wait up, Why did you save me?"
"It's a long and complicated story..Why are you here?"Kiya looks over her shoulder at the angel.

[Squall]

[i] What awaits her at journeys end, eternal mourning for her land... [/i]

Azreal awoke with a start. He looked around to see that he was still in the burnt down forest. [i] I, slept? I couldn't have. [/i] Azreal got up and continued walking. He decided that sooner or later, he would have to find the warriors of prophet. After all, the prophet did show him meeting them. His wing slowly raised and contracted, as if streaching. A priest smiled at him as he passed. "It is not too late to be saved, god will forgive."
"God does not forgive as much as the weak human flesh puts upon him." Azreal replied. The priest stopped. "Of course he is. God will forgive-"
"Father, it is ill advised that you do not belive me. For I am Azreal, archangel." The priest bowed down at this message. "For-forgive me, holy one." Azreal walked passed him without sparing a second glance.
[i] Holy one. The blade in my hand sealed the gates to the garden of eden, forcing humans to live in misery and come to this state they are in now. I slain many in the name of god, yet I still know I have a place in heaven. I wonder if that would be called holy, or damnable? [/i]

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Saffire heard talking in a forest nearby. She had thought, maybe it was the one she was supposed to follow. She neared the forest and found a winged man and a priest. She neared them, carefully, but wasn't careful enough.

She had stepped on a piece of twig and the archangel had heard her. He spun around quickly and had his sword against near her throat.[/i][/color]

"Who are you? Why are you follwing me? Are you a follower of Hell? Answer me!"
color=ff66cc]"Hah! Me? A follower of Hell? I doubt it. I'd burn before the eyes of God before becoming a follower of Hell. My name is Saffire. I am a sorceress warrior. I come to find the one called Azreal. Are you he?"[/color]
"Correct. I am. Why are you trying to find me?"
[color=ff66cc]"I was trying to find you sothat I may follow into the battle against those who came from Hell...as well as trying to find the Angel who had left me. Twas not my love, then my nemesis. That angel had said he would love no other than me, but no. I had to elieve...now...he is part of that evil and he must pay."

[i]Azreal nodded and turned to the priest who looked to Saffire as if she were a demon. Saffire looked to the priest and bowed to him.[/i]

"Father. I introduce myself as Saffire. I apologize if my speaking had caused you to be uncomfortable."

[i]The pirest shook his head and stood there. As did Saffire and Azreal.[/i][/size][/color]

Kovu ran down a door to a small house. There she found a young woman with a baby in her arms. She nodded to Zoma. Zoma turned and watched. Kovu siad," You are asked if you wish to join the dark lords forces. Refuse, and you and your whelp will die. Acept, and you will both live, with the training of the dark lord, and will become like us." Here she gestured to her companion. The woman stared at her, to frightened to move. Zoma said," I will give you the count of ten. Say yes before and you will live. Say no, or do not reply, and you and your child will die on Kovu's and mine swords."

"What is your name please tell me?"she says.she sways a bit as she stands waiting for Kiya to reply.Her face looks so familar."Who are please tell me this you look so familar."Kiya just stands there.Silver tears run down her face."Why do you cry?"Please i cant bare sorrow.""Please tell me whats wrong."I will listean.I know i know you but ive been......AHHHH."more pain shots through her body.A women killing her childern pass her eyes like a movie.Tears of blood fall from her face."So much pain please forgive these lost souls lord."she says as more tears run down her face.She stands up and fells horns begin to grow out of her skull but they are hidden by her hood.

Zoma stared at the women's child, "1...2...3..." Zoma contuied to count, but as she did she went slowly. So as to give the women a chance to re gain her self and say yes. Kovu looked on, Zoma had been nearing the number of ten. Kovu drew out her weapon and pointed it the mother's head. She had just said the number 7, tears started streaming down the women's face. As she was about to say 9, the women came to her senses, and her baby started crying.

"Please! I beg of you, both, please!" the women yelled out, "If you must, kill me, but let my child live on not as a deamon but a human! Please!"
"So your willing to let your child live on at the coast at your own life, then?" asked Zoma.
"Yes, just spare my child!""Since you've spoken then," Zoma said, with a smile, "This is not my choice to make."
Kovu walked closer with her weapon,"If you both do not become deamons you die, even so..." said Kovu, "Your willing to die if your child may live on as a human. That is of a different story"
Zoma took two steps forwards and took out her sai's. "It's the same as a coin," Kovu stated, "One side is always life, the other side is always death. There is no in between, you understand that don't you?" The women nodded her head. Zoma then spoke, "And which one would you prefer?"

Kiya rushes to Asphodel's side.."Angel, are you okay? What's happening to you?"
"I--I'll be fine.." Asphodel struggles to speak"..please, kind stranger..your name, I must know your name."
"My name..is Kiya.."
"Kiya..Kiya.."Asphodel repeats to herself"..Kiya!!*grabs her around her neck and weaps* It's you..I don't understand, how did you find me..Why did you leave me..I needed you, I trusted you..I-I..."Asphodel's head drops and she lets go of Kiya.
"I am sorry, my angel..I had to leave you..I didn't want you to suffer for my actions. I couldn't let God punish you because of me...but it seems now that my efforts to protect you were useless, Fate was cruel to us all..Oh Asphodel, I sorry! Please forgive me! I swear to you, I shall always be here for you, now and always!!"Kiya hugs Asphodel.

[Squall]

Azreal continues walking, followed closely by Saffire. The priest's kind look had faded, leading to one of confusion. Azreal's gaze falls onto Saffire, and she looks up at him. "What?"
"...I cannot be sure, but I think, you are a warrior of prophet."
"A what?"
"There was a prophecy, that a chosen few will end the war. Who and where they are, remains unknown." He looks back ahead of him, to what looks like the start of a village. As they grew nearer, Saffire gasps. Upon the gates, a hill of corpses burned a forboding glow. "No..." A horrid cackling fills the air as a group of figures ravege the town. Azreal unsheaths his sword and erupts into flames. "This deed will not go unpunished!" He charges at the group, but stops when they are in plain sight. "[i] Humans?! [/i]" A number of humans cackled with few demons. [i]The path to destruction is every bit as wide as the path to creation, always bear that in mind. [/i]
"This is unexcuseable, but I cant kill anymore..." He turns back to the hill, and then back to the group. "Demons or not, this will not be forgiven!"

The woman said," Please! If you must kill me, do! But let my child live!" She cowered under Kovu's hard eyes. Kovu looked at the child. She walked to the mothr, and took the babe from the frightened mothers arms. She held the child, calming it with her soft murmuring. Holding it to her chest, she looked back at the lady. " Zoma may do as she wishes with you. I will take your child to the dark lord, and put in a word for him." Kovu spun on one heal, her hair flying about her. She walked throught the door and vanashed.

Kovu knelt before the dark lord and said, looking at the ground, babe in arms," My lord, I bring you an orrefring from a mother. She did not wish for her whelp to die, but wishes that if he must become one of your minions, that he do so as a human." she stared at the cold marble, shushing the babe. Then she heard her lords deep mellow voice. "Very well, Kovu. I wil get some good trainers for him and he wil grow up here, and learn the wasy of the dark ones." Kovu let out her breath. "You will be rewarded, let me assure you..."

Zoma looked down as the women was on her knees now. The women had started to pray for her child as soon as Kovu had left. Zoma hated to even hear one prayer, ever, even if it was right before death. It was just incessant rambling to her. As the women prayed Zoma's eyes grew to a brighter red, till they were almost glowing. "Shut up!" Zoma yelled at her. The women stop, and looked up at her. As she stared up, she saw Zoma's face. But before she could see anything else, a red haze came over the women's eyes. She then felt a sharp pain going through her. Then the women saw nothing more and her pain was gone.

Zoma held her sai.s pointing up to the sky. She stared at them, the blood of the women streamed down the blade. Dropping silently to the ground. Zoma then heard foots steps behind her, she turned to see who it was. Kovu had returned, yet there were still foot steps in the far.

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=ff66cc][i]Saffire followed Azreal and watched him charge towards the humans and demons. She stopped and pulled out her sword. She held it in front of her and said a few words.[/i]

"I must follow the one who was given the prophecy. TAIYOU GETSURIN TAITOU!"

[i]Saffire's katana had turned into a bright golden white and she ran after Azreal and after the evil ones.[/i]

"Azreal! I am here to help! Taiyoufuu!"

[i]Saffire slashed at the ground and a large crescent wave of heat blasted at the group.[/i][/size][/color]

Kovu heard screaming, and Zoma quikley killed the human. They rushed outside, and saw an archangel and human rushing into a group of humans and demons. Kovu called," No! MY minions! Zooma take a half, I'll take the rest." Zoma nodded and the group seperated.

Azreal saw two demons, one had black hair, and she seemed in charge.

Kovu called to her demons," Alright! Katanas out! Now kill teh human! I'll take care of the Archangel!" Zoma did the same, and the two top demons rushed Azreal.
