Ashura Posted September 24, 2003 Share Posted September 24, 2003 I'd have to say he is the best 'evil' saiyan, as he only gets small parts compared to the other saiyans, which doesn't allow him to grow like the others have through the series. If his character had time to develop (as in that he was actually a major character in the episodes) he would most probably be my favourite.
