Artemis
I spent nearly three hours this morning getting my senior pictures taken, and I'm kinda nervous to see how they turned out. I'm not exactly photogenic... :nervous:  I felt really goofy posing in odd, random places all over downtown. Why is it that we need senior pics, anyway? Did anyone ever think that maybe twenty years from now, I'd be very happy not having proof of what I look like right now?!?! Yeah...that's what I thought! *giggles* It's all the 'rents, huh? (Mom: "Now smile for the camera, you're so pretty!" Me thinks: "Yeah, whatever. Don't make me do this!") Oh well, it's over and done with. I'll just get ahold of the proofs and negatives, and there won't be any more evidence...:naughty:
Drix D'Zanth
*eyes strain over the jumping of thoughts and random smileys* Please try to keep the topic a bit more focused and your ideas a bit clearer. As for senior pictures.. mine took maybe an hour! The lady took over 300 pictures when we did it, and she said I was the record! At first I thought that being a quick pic would result in poor photos, her skill stood the trial of my scrutiny. The pictures were marvelous. I think I'll enjoy them twenty years from now, to see my youthful babyface! I plan on posting one of them on OB, as soon as I can manage to find a scanner. I have such a shexy face ;). Actually.. now that I look at it *looks at picture*, I had quite the babyface! O.o It's hard to belive I was that old in the pictures. I hope the youth lasts ^_^. AzureWolf
I've always seen senior photos as a way for photo studios to make some cash. I mean, it's not like I've become anything better or worse by graduating from High School. Just because I have to get up and go to another area of "higher learning" doesn't mean that I would want to remember that transition. Still, other people think differently, and those are the target audience for this gimmick.
Sara
I'm supposed to have senior pictures taken...well, some time soon-ish. I don't know, I'd rather not have to deal with it. The alternative, of course, is a school photographer taking a three-second shot in our school's old coatroom. Decisions, decisions....
Soliel
I got my senior pics taken a cupple of months ago. I was kinda worried because pictures of me usually don't come out very well. But the lady who took my pictures was really nice and she took her time with me. The result... those are some of the best pics of me in my house. I might post my one later, but my scanner seems to have a mind of it's own.

Carr
I took my senior pics a couple weeks ago. I really hope they turned out ok. The guy was kind of wierd, but I suppose that is good, because I couldn't stop laughing at him. >_< Anyways they took almost an hour (heh, It felt a whooole lot longer though) and He took a lot of pics in really funny poses....hey, whatever works right? oh, and Sara, I don't think the coatroom exists anymore... :therock:
Sara
Carr- Wouldn't that be funny, though? (Where did you go, anyway? If I have to do this, I would rather be amused than completely miserable.) Hmm....If I were to fly out to Southern California, do you think Miss Jenna would take pictures of me? That would be so fun(ny).
future girl
I take these things tomorrow. My mom made me buy two new outfits, a haircut and she told the lady wax my eyebrows, Jesus, that hurts >_< I'm actually not looking foward to this. Ppl say I'm photogenic, but I really don't believe this. I also think I gained some weight and the camera does add ten pounds. Meh. Hopefully all my little worries are proven wrong. Queen Asuka
Ah, Senior pictures. Well, I went to my mema's house because she is the make-up artist of the family. We re-highlighted my hair and she made my bangs awfully blonde. I hated it. But my make-up was gorgeous and I wore my one shoulder dance top that was black. The guy photographing me was SO into me. He kept staring at me and talking to me and he took some good photos. There is one that I HATE that they call the "Sexy shot." It's got the angry/irriated model look to it. Everyone loves it so much. And yes, they put that one in the yearbook. I never posted my Senior pics because a week later, I started growing out my bangs. So I didn't even look like that my Senior year. That's why it sucks to have to take them during the summer. We never bought mine. We just kept the proofs. Cheap parents.
Vegitto4
Mine took about 10 minutes. I walked in, put on my fake tux top, sat down, turned my head to the left, ::click, click::. 2 down. turned my head to the right::click click:: 2 down. I was done. That simple. Carr
Sara, I went to Camera Masters. We should cut a whole in the plastic where the coat room used to be and take your senior pics in there. That would be so you! I didn't really worry that much about mine. I mean, I got my hair trimed like a week before and I picked out the outfits the night before....not really a big deal. :therock:
