They're a shadow unit employed secretively in plitically sensitive operations where the overt introducton of military assets would be otherwise impossible. All members of the unit are masters of airborne, underwater, and survival operations as well as experts in infiltration missions. Terrorists have taken over the white house in secret. They threaten to kill the president unless an amount of 20 billion dollars in cash is delivered to them, no strings attached. Along with the death of the president, they threaten to launch a nuke straight into the heart of New York City. That's when it's time to send in FOX-HOUND. Also, the white house is pretty huge w/all those secret doors and gizmo's, and this may just spill out somewhere else... But when their the good guys, your probably right.
