Matchbox 20

I love Matchbox 20! I'm addicted, really. They're practically the only CD I listen to! I love their new single (I can't remeber what it's called). MC20 is just so talented. I would do anything to see them in concert. I've been an obsessed fan for about 4 years!

I think Matchbox Twenty is okay. They're not the best but they're ggod. I wouldn't pay to see them in concert unless it was under $5. I like their song Unwell pretty well. :stupid:

I don't know about Matchbox Twenty. I mean their songs do sound good, but they're starting to sound the same right along with 3 Doors Down.

I agree with Rockstar Haruko. They are a pretty good band and some of their songs are good, but they are sounding alot like 3 Doors Down.

I've never noticed a similarity. I guess 3 doors down is OK, i like that song kryptonite. I think Matchbox 20 has more of a folk type of sound. I've never listened to a 3dd CD so I can't really say how they are similar. I can say Rob Thomas is way hotter than 3 doors down!

matchbox 20 and 3 Doors Down sound nothing alike... If you listen to Matchboxs other songs they are so much better then the ones that get stuck on the radio

[size=1]I happen to like Matchbox 20 and 3 Doors Down, however, I can see the similarities between there singles it took me quite a while to realise that 3 Door Down was the owner of the song I'd attributed to Matchbox 20! However, I do really like both of their songs, so I have no complaints.

And I have to agree with whoever said it before, but the Matchbox men don't sound like 3 Doors Down.. they're a little more rock and roll, and Matchbox Twenty is, as somebody else said, more folksy and in my personal opinion, they write better songs. Granted, I'm a 3 Doors Down fan too, so don't jump me or anything.

On their new CD ([i]More Than You Think You Are[/i]), what are your favorite songs? Mine are gonna have to be You're So Real, So Sad So Lonely, All I Need, Cold, Downfall, Could I Be You... Okay, so that's about half the CD. :sweat: That's just the thing, though - you know it's a good band if you can't find a bad song on any of their disks.

I think 3 Doors Down is way better, but I think that I like Matchbox Twenty's song "Bright Lights". It's really good and it has good music played by the guitarist that stands on the piano in the music video. It's a cool song.

I love the whole CD! Normally, you buy a CD for one or two songs and the rest of the CD is trash or OK (at least for me). But, MB20's CD is the best. When I bought it, it was only for their first single "Disease". But I got to listen to more and more of it and it's all so good! My favorite song is "Bright Lights". The guitar player is so fine and talented. *sigh... I wanna see them on tour so bad!
