Dag, I'm surprised no one started a thread on this yet, and the DVD's been out since Tuesday. But anyway, I guess I'll start it.

Well, bein the huge fan of Scarface that I am, I bought the 20th Anniversary DVD(with my Blockbuster discount of course), and I must say that they remastered this DVD VERY well. Kept all of the good scenes in there and all that. Plus, the deleted scenes werent that bad either. Some of em were pretty friggen funny to be honest(mainly that first deleted scene that they showed.)

But other than the movie itself, I have to say the best part of the DVD was the Def Jam Presents: "Origins of a Hip Hop Classic". I mean, the way that this movie impacted guys such as Scarface the rapper himself, Snoop Dogg, Trick Daddy, Mobb Deep, and everyone else in it was just simply amazing. Plus you gotta love the way that they talked about all of the scenes in it, and talked about his rise and his downfall.

But all in all, the Scarface 20th Anniversary DVD is definetly a must get for any Scarface fan. Now, since I didnt have much at the time, I didnt get the delux gift set yet. But I definetly will be so I can get my hands on that Monogrammed Money Clip and the original 1932 version of Scarface. Plus those Collectible Lobby Cards. The gift set is also a definete must get.

So who all has this DVD so far? And for those of you that have it and this is your first time ever watchin the movie, what did yall think of it?

Well, I cant wait to hear what yall got to say about this one. I'm out. Peace!

I remember the first time I watched Scarface, I couldn't really say anything when the movie ended... and like an hour later, I wouldn't shut up about it! ?_? Amazing movie, just bloody great.

Actually, I was rooting for Montana!
I really wanted him to somehow survive that huge gunfight at the end...
Tch. Such is life...
