[COLOR=darkblue][i]FOXHOUND agent Solid Snake infiltrates Outer Heaven, a fortress-nation deep in the heart of South Africa, and destroys their prototype weapon Metal Gear, a walking tank with nuclear capability. In the process, he discovers that the leader of Outer Heaven is none other then Big Boss, the supreme commander of FOXHOUND, and puts an end to his former comrade's twisted schemes.[/i][/COLOR]

That was sixteen years ago. Since then the place has been bombed and its survivors were integrated into various black projects for the government, such as the Genome Army and the Out-of-Earth Environmental Special Forces. The fortress has also been rebuilt, now used as a simulated training ground for soldiers, for it?s jungle-forest, desert, and fortress environments. That is, until a strange call was sent to the White House stating?

[COLOR=darkred][i]?I?m pretty sure you want to know what this is about so I?ll be blunt. My name is Shalashaska, other wise known as Revolver Ocelot. I?m the leader of FOXHOUND, not the old High Tech Special Forces Unit, but a new terrorist group. I?m simply here to say that we have taken over the training fortress known as Outer Heaven, shame as how it was once a great nation, but I?m not here to reminisce. I also have about 100 hostages with me, counting every soldier and worker here. Anyways, as you know about any hostile takeover, we have demands. There is only two and I?m pretty sure you can accomplish this.

Our first one is that you transport 30 billion dollars in cash to us, no strings attached. The other is that you evacuate the entire Manhattan City area. If you do not reach our demands we will launch a nuke at your location.

If you think this is a bluff then your wrong. I believe you know of Metal Gear so I won?t go into it. But anyways, I have it, and I?ll launch if you fail to reach our demands. You have 24 hours to make your decision. I will talk to you personally the next time.?[/i][/COLOR]

After hearing this, the government sent in a group combined with the best soldiers they had. They lost contact with them six hours after they were sent in. Now the government had no choice but to retrieve the best soldier ever, Solid Snake. He was located in New York along with his partner of Philanthropy, Hal Emmerich, also known as Otacon. After being informed of this takeover, they agreed to help for two reasons. One was because that Ocelot and Metal Gear was involved, and the other was that the charges against them for destroying many of the Metal Gear clones would be dropped.

Now, with only six hours left until the President must make his decision, Snake has made his way to the shore of the jungle-forest, heading toward Outer Heaven.

Alright. Here is pretty much how the story is going to go. The story starts a year after MGS2 and the person who assumes the role of Snake will make his way through the jungle-forest, into Outer Heaven with two objectives:

1) Find and rescue the hostages.
2) Locate Metal Gear RAY and destroy it.
3) Find the terrorists and disarm them by any means necessary.

Along the way Snake will be ambushed by the terrorists and will have to go through traps that were set. Use your imagination!

Now FOXHOUND aren?t the only terrorists. They also have the Gurlukovich Private Army with them, but we?ll need at least one person to play as the leader of the army. Also, Solid Snake will not be the only good guy. We?ll also need some people to play as the survivors of the first group of soldiers sent in.

Once this starts I?ll PM you on the general layout of the area.

Bio: He took part in the Shadow Moses takeover and lost his right arm in the incident. After stealing the specs to Metal Gear REX he sold them in the black market. Now every group, organization and dot com have their own version of Metal Gear. His arm was replaced with Liquid Snake?s and he is somehow able to take over Ocelot?s body when Snake is nearby. He hijacked Metal Gear RAY from a Tanker, killing his old friend Sergei Gurlukovich in the process. He was involved during the Big Shell takeover and revealed that he was a spy to The Patriots and that the takeover was simply to create a training simulation so that ?anybody can be shaped into Snake.? After escaping with RAY he went to kill The Patriots only to be given a fake location. For a year he looked for mercenaries to help him and to re-recruit the Gurlukovich Private Army. His true agenda for starting this take over is unknown...

[B]Bio:[/B] Solid Snake's real name is David and he has an IQ of 180. He is a
highly trained, elite soldier with a personal preference for
parachuting, S.C.U.B.A diving, free climbing, rappelling, small and
medium range handguns, and various hand-to-hand combat techniques.

Snake is a living legend. A former elite soldier serving in the
special FOX-HOUND unit, Snake is a past master of silent
infiltration. He first demonstrated his unique skills in the Outer
Heaven crisis, defeating Big Boss and the Metal Gear robot.

Not long afterwards, he voluntarily left FOX-HOUND. He was then
recruited by the Central Intelligence Agency as a non-official covert operative. His affiliation with the CIA didn't last long as there was a conflict in philosophies and Snake ultimately found himself fighting the system that is the CIA. After this, Snake spent some years as a mercenary before leaving for the deep wilderness of the Canadian mountains for self-rehabilitation. It was there, four years later, that he was contacted by his former commander, Roy Campbell and in to assist in the Zanzibar Land Revolt.

In the Zanzibar Land Revolt, Snake found himself up against Big Boss and Metal Gear again. During the mission, Snake has to defeat his friend and former comrade in Outer Heaven, Grey Fox, as well as killing his own father - Big Boss. Snake had been cloned from Big Boss's DNA, making him the perfect fighter, from Big Boss's soldier genes.

After Zanzibar, Snake retreats to Alaska, to live in solitude. It is
here that he pursues a frugal lifestyle in the Alaskan Mountains, an elementary existence living off the local flora and fauna and the wild animals he hunts. Blending in to his environment, he has become at one with his surroundings mastering the rough conditions of the great outdoor. Snake has been suffering post-traumatic stress disorder following his military career. Abnormal experiences and extreme trauma in the battlefield have brought about illusions as well as guilt, causing mental confusion. His new lifestyle is a search for some kind of inner peace, an attempt to forget about past events. Snake also participates in dog sleigh racing to distract him from his psychological condition. He was preparing for the world's longest and toughest dog sleigh race taking place in Iditarod, before Shadow Moses..

Six years after Zanzibar, Snake is called up again by former FOX-
HOUND commander (at Zanzibar) Colonel Campbell. Snake was called in to deal with hostage takers on Shadow Moses Island; rebelling FOX-HOUND members, led by Snake's brother, Liquid Snake, who was also cloned from Big Boss. Snake succeeded in destroying Metal Gear REX - a nuclear equipped walking battle robot - and eliminating the terrorist threat, with the assistance of Grey Fox, who was being kept alive via a cyborg suit, and the designer of Metal Gear REX, Hal "Otacon" Emmerich.

After Shadow Moses, Snake and Otacon formed an anti-Metal Gear organisation, "Philanthropy", to combat Metal Gear development. They received information about a Metal Gear on the tanker "Discovery" - Metal Gear RAY, developed by the US Marines. RAY is then stolen, the tanker destroyed, Snake is blamed for acts of terrorism, and is reportedly killed in the explosion that sunk the tanker.

But Snake survived, via the help of Otacon and then enters the Big Shell, again after reports of a new Metal Gear - Arsenal Gear - is being developed there. He works firstly under the alias "Iroquois Pliskin" to aid Raiden. After Raiden killed Solidus Snake in a sword duel, Solid Snake wasn't to be found...'til now.

When he graduated high school, he was recruited into a covert operations academy and got the highest marks out of the 84 students. This is Jacob?s first official mission.

These are just the characters that we need but we could also use some people to play as soldiers of the Gurlukovich Private Army and Otacon, so contact your buddies about this! The sooner we get more people the sooner this thing starts!
