Art Return of the Dark World

[color=indigo]I may be using my classic warp portal avatar again, but I've made a new banner to go with it this time. As with most of my banners lately, I got the idea for it all of a sudden and so I made it. (Though I'd been thinking about making another Dark World banner for a little while, I didn't have any ideas on what to do with it).

It's really not all that complex graphically, and it didn't take that long to make, but I think it portrays my thoughts rather nicely. You have to look close in order to see the whole thing, with the faded text in the background, but when you do you see that the banner has a darker, more sinister theme to it. Fitting for a banner with the Dark World as its theme, I think: The portal draws you in with its swirling colors, and only when it's too late do you realize just what you've gotten yourself into. "...Step into the Portal" ;)

Eh. Nice font for the green text, and nice font for background text. I really liked your paint it black banner/avi and I don't like this one so much. I suppose it is OK, it just doesn't hit me on the head with a big X-Factor mallet. Which I like in a banner (where it hits me with the mallet).

As long as you like it it doesn't really matter. I personally give it 5.5/10
