I also like the way you've rendered his eyes...kind of evil looking. ~_^ If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the arms are looking a bit weird to me...at least, proportionally speaking. And I feel that the hairstyle is a bit flat -- although I like the way you've actually rendered it. Still, it's a good piece. I particularly like the texturing/lighting on the face and arms. I see the problem w/the arms, and its that his bicep is a tad too long, and his forearm is a tad too short. I should have switched the lenghts and I think it would have made it look better. Do you start by drawing circles for your head or do you just go ahead and sketch without doing circles and stuff? Could you put up a pic of how you drew when you were 14? Unfortunately, I cannot show you something I drew when I was 14, because I started drawing when I was 16 =\. Yes, I've been a serious artist for 15 months. Not very long. I need to agree with the arms, and i feel as if they are too darkly shaded, i'm not too sure but yeah, great work! Also, i believe your Manga - Gedden is brilliant!
