yeah so i had one thread but it kinda died. . . so i started this one. this first banner is from a series of books called "the Wheel of Time". it is very good and you should consider reading it. but the quote is said by a man by the name of Lews Therin Telamon Kinslayer. he is called the Dragon because he "broke" the world. read the book or pm me to find out what that means. i prefer for you to read the books. but that brought about lots of death and choas and such so the quote makes sense. the pheonix is my addition. i guess its cuz phoenix's are reborn. . . just like Lews Therin was. but yeah. read the books. they are really really good. all of 'em are by Robert Jordan. check em out.

That banner looks really good, much better than I can do. The pic looks really good. The quote is good as well. I hope to see more of your good work! Also how many books are in that series? It sounds interesting.

you shouldn't make the font so squished. its hard to read mon no seriously mon it is hard to read. 4/10 cuz the eye straining font.

it came out worse than i expected. i think i really will change the font. i dont like it. i think it got all ugly when i changed it from its original format to a jpg. but o well

this next one is a wallpaper. its kindof cool. i like it anyways. its from gundam wing. yay. its got heero and wing custom from endless waltz in it. so tell me what you think

1. it says"death rides on my shoulder. death walks in my footsteps. i am death." and i know the font is bad. . . . but what do you mean "bad quality"? you talkin bout my picture, my font, or my banner as a whole. i didnt think it was that bad.
2.why don't you like it? i have no hope to fix it unless you tell me what is wrong. . . unless i happen upon telepathy, which is doubtful. NO I DO NOT USE PAINT!! uck! i hate paint. i use a picture editing software called "MS Picture It!" 9see it even says picture in its title). it is not a picture creating software. . .but an editing one. and i barely skirt the system by copy and pasting my pics on to a pre-made banner (a blank one).

i hope you at least like this one. i found some incredibly cute chibis of the gundam boys. they are adorable!!! i love them!!! :love: i have 1 for majority of the characters. . . but those 3 are my favorite. i think i will use it as my banner ^__^ yay. i gots a banner now. *does a dance*. .. . . . okie i will stop now.

There's nothing to it... You're supposed to read the font, which makes it bad quality.

The last banner you made is better than the last. I don't know if I'm into the plain gradient background, but at least its not black.

Now you're gonna have to know something about me. I only critique what I know I can do, so I critique banners and wallpapers. And I find what needs improvement in almost each and every banner. If you're only here to hear that your banner is kickass, you won't hear it from me, unless it is absolutely stunning. Never will I give a number rating, and I'm kinda tired of seeing people give them, when 1, it's like a 9.8/10 of a no more than mediocre banner, and they don't know how to tell the truth/don't know how to do it themselves.

Alrighty, I'm done rambling, but now you know how I score and maybe for other people to understand why I'm so "negative".

okie so here is this banner from this [color=red][I]amazing[/I][/color] band that i have been rockin out to for a while. they are too good. who is ts you ask? why its The Mars Volta of course! silly why didnt you know that? *cough* yeah. me thinks they be on mp3.com but you should look and see. then go out and buy their cd. its called "deloused in the comatorium". behold teh greatness *holds up cd* yup. its great. but here is my oogly wallpaper. i am trying out new stuff and i am not sure if it is working. i hope it is. but we'll see.

EDIT: yup my computer hates me. i tried posting it and watya kno? too big. but before we relized that we made it our banner. but that is all fixed now cuz it was like burgshlllllll *spreads out arms very wide* dont you love my soudn effect? (burgshlllllll) yup. so i might and i mean might repost it kinda smaller. if it makes you happy.
