Sign Up Mark of the Ninja

Darting through the shadows a Ninja weaves in and out of the trees and shrubbery. He bounds into the air and leaps over a large river. He stands and peers behind him. His chasers stopped at the river bank, they slowly trod into the water and begin wading across. Of course the Ninja wasn't going to wait around for his chasers, he turned around and darted off into the darkness. He ran for a long while and stopped, he scanned the area and slowly walked to a large tree. He turned around and leaned against the tree breathing heavily, after a short while of catching his breath he scanned the area once more. He fished into his garb and produced a scroll, unraveling the scroll he began reading it.

"Gods! This is tragic! No wonder Sensei wants this so badly.."
The Ninja said to himself. He wrapped the scroll up and placed it back into his garb. He turned on the ball of his foot and started down the beaten wood path again. A sharp pain befell his chest as he tumbled to the ground, and arrow pierced his heart. He slowly twitched and pulled at the arrow. He died out in his own pool of blood. Archers rustled in the bushes and appeared around the Ninja, they moved aside as another Ninja walked into view. He walked over to the dead Ninja and turned him over with his foot, he bent down and took the scroll from the dead Ninjas garb.

"We have the Scroll of the Wolf...Let us move out." the Ninja said turning around and walking back into the shadows. "and pike the head. I want the Steel Heart Ninja Clan to know that they must never steal from me..Ever..."

"Hmm..This is a tragedy.." the Sensei said as he slowly stood, pulling his cane beside him, he scanned the Dojo at his bowed Ninjas and smiled "You must go and retrive the Scroll of the Wolf...At all costs"
The Ninjas raised thier heads and whispered amongst themselves, the hushed quietly as the Sensei left the room.
The Ninjas slowly stood and glanced around at the faces of the other Ninjas. Some showed fear, some showed revenge for their slain comrade, others showed nothing. These were the elite, the ones that would carry the rest in the new war against the Black Scorpion Clan. The clan that took the Scroll of the Wolf in the first place.
This is the War of the Shao Zhang Era.

Clan: Black Scorpian Ninja Clan

Appearance: Short(5'2") 110lbs, dark brown hair that hung about chin length, tanned skin, golden yellow eyes. She wears a black suit(like Sango's) with blue accents and a blue cloth that straps behind her hears covering her face from the nose down. A blue sash that hangs around her waist.

Carries the usual ninja weaponry. Chinese throwing stars, a tanto and ninjato, numb chucks, and, her personals, a staff and whip.

Bio: Born in a small village, Anya had a normal childhood. She was always getting into trouble, all of her friends were boys, and when they came of age they began training to become ninja's for the Black Scorpian Ninja Clan. Naturally, she wanted to be one too, but she was a female. It was forbidden for a female in the village to be a ninja.

But her best friend, who was a ninja, taught her the ways and techniques of the art. They became closer than friends, their parents found out and exiled him from the village. They punished her by cutting her very long and beatiful hair. In this village, this act showed that she was a disgrace and she was a dishonor to her family. Shortly after, she ranaway to find her love. She has been wandering the lands for three years alone, running into people and fighting other ninja clans.[/color]

Clan: Steel Heart Ninja Clan

Appearance: Wearing the usual Black Ninja garb, he has a Midnight Blue belt around his waist. His forearms are covered with black and gold lacquered leather gauntlets. He covers his face with a large black scarf. His hair is a glossy silver that naturally spikes up. He hones the usual Katana, but as a Broad sword sheathed, sideways behind his waist.

Bio: His Mother and Father were killed while he was still young, he wanted to follow in his foot steps and train to become a Ninja. After finally becoming fifteen and able to join, he did so. His years of Martial arts and self-taught sword training proved well as he was striving to become a Ninja. After years of hard-work and pain, he became a Ninja. Kazuki has fought in many Clan Wars and has gone on many missions for as young of a Ninja he is. But one fateful day almost ended his hopes and dreams, when he found out his Brother, the last beside Kazuki of that bloodline, was killed trying to get back the Scroll of the Wolf. From then on Kazuki wanted revenge on the Black Scorpion Ninja Clan for what they did to his brother.
