satan665
This is for all of the He-Man fans! Are there any He-Man fans? He-Man is one of my favorite shows from my childhood, and also one of the best re-make cartoons of the 80's liscences. There is going to be finally some new episodes coming of the new show on CN, and I'm really excited about it. By far my favorite episode of the new show was the introduction of Stink-OR, the villian who has no powers except that he smells bad. It is a really fantastic episode. I still have an original toy of stinkor and I think it may be the only action figure to have a smell. It still smells pretty strongly to this day. Every time I open the box he is in I get a wave of his stink. Anybody else a fan of the new or old He-man cartoons? I don't remember too much about the old ahow anymore. Favorite episodes? Anyone have the toys for the new show?
Harry
I honestly don't like the news ones that much. They should just let it RIP.
satan665
I agree a little, I think there are way too many revival shows and not nearly enough new ideas. Its hard to find good non-anime cartoons though so I'll take what I can get.
WW2
Masters of the Universe rules! Me and my older brother used to collect the toys back in the 80's and early 90's. We had just about everything. As for the new show, I think its great compared to the 80's cartoon. I really like how they modernized the character designs, without changing who the character was. So far my favorite episode is the one with Cobra Kahn. He was always one of my favorite characters. Hopefully in the new episodes they will introduce the Evil Horde. They were really cool. Pagan
I can't stand this show, to me the old one was better. I thought Cartoon Network had gave it the boot but now I see they just moved it to different time. This is seriously the worst show I've ever seen. It has a ok plot and some pretty good characters but it has some major flaws in it. Some shows should never be made over and this is one of them. My dad used to watch the old one,but he never really liked it; he show no intersest in the show at all. This show doesn't even have its old fans to back it up; most remakes have their original fan behind them pushing the show and getting other to watch it but no one really like He-Man it was just a show you watch because you didn't have nothing to do. I can't wait until Cartoon Network wakes up and realize He-Man isn't an anime and remove it from Toonima and puts it on really late after the old GI Joe where it belongs. Guest Kenji
I think that the new show is nice I liked what they did with it. But everyone thinks differently. I hope they make a people movie YEA!!!!! J/K
Semjaza
If you want to get technical, the old He-Man stuff was pretty lame in a way as it is. Lame to the point that it was somehow cool and enjoyable. If that makes any sense. I loved that show. I remember the crazy movie with Dolph Lungdren and such. I still have all my toys, vehicles and cars packed away. The new show is decent, but when you look back on the older ones in nostalgia... of course, it's never going to compare. I remember watching Thundercats a couple years back and thinking "I used to LOVE this????". Things change.
