RPG Night Shade: The Ravens/Part 1

[Annie]

[color=firebrick][font=times new roman][b]Annie fell asleep, after the damned turbulance stopped. She started to dream..

~Dream~

[i]"Annie! Annie run!!" a voice shouted,"Run damnit!!"

"What about you?!"

"Don't worry about me, just f~~king run!!" the man shouted and pushed her.

Annie was running, the sound of sirens was closing in. She was panting hard, her feet beat the concrete, her chest was burning. A gunshot, the bullet skimmed her calf and she fell to the ground. The sound of footsteps, Annie stood up and hopped the 3 foot brick wall. Another gunshot, it wizzed past her head and into the tree beside her.

She was in an ally behind a house and twisted her ankle in a pothole. Flashlights bobbled in the darkness, Annie tried to get up but the pain shot up her leg and into her back.

"Uhhh, f~~k! Now what?" she grabbed her ankle.

Suddenly, two hands grabbed her around the waist. Annie kicked and flailed, but the hands were strong. They picked her up and threw her in a car.

"How the hell do you think you are?!"Annie yelled from the passenger seat.

"I have been watching you these past two years. You are very strong for a young woman and I am interested in your abilities. You are 18 yes?" the man's deep, smooth voice asked calmly.

"Yes, I am 18. You've been watching me? You're sick.."

"You misunderstand. Have you heard of the Ravens?"

"Yes, I have. I have wanted to join them for so long,"Annie trailed off.

"Good, I am offering you a chance to become one of us Ravens. We will provide, protect, and teach you. Are you interested?"he asked curiously.

"Yes, I am..Who are you?"Annie leaned in closer to see his face. The light from the passing headlights cast upon his smooth face. He was smiling.

"The name is Warrington..."his glasses flashed and she saw his dancing eyes. Annie blushed...[/i]

~Annie wakes~

"Ha, you though you could run?"it was one of the suits that had chased her yesterday. He pressed a cold barrel of a pistol against her neck.

"Wha-Who are you guys?! And why are you following me!?"Annie growled.[/color][/b][/font]
